I just signed up for your first level upgrade with Survey Monkey. I am very disappointed with what I am unable to do with this product, even the initial upgrade. One would think that I would at least be able to print a copy of my own document. Apparently that is not the case, and even it it is, it is difficult to get the technical support needed. I signed up for this product because I am taking two graduate classes online and thought that this product would assist with the required work. it has not. I wanted to be able to at least email my survey to my professor to demonstrate that I did, in fact, create the required document. That apparently is not the case, unless I upgrade again to be billed annually, and I may not even receive the technical support to justify the cost. All I want to do is to be able to send my survey to my professor! I would like a refund of the moneys spent on this initial upgrade, as I am going to have to rebuild this document through other channels.**Clarinda Gipson
