Hello,. I am a dedicated fan of the sunscreen mist and have purchased and used three bottles in the past. Unfortunately, my current fourth bottle is not spraying anything despite hearing the ball shaking inside. I obtained this bottle through the Verizon rewards website and do not have a purchase receipt. There is still about 85 to 90% of the product left in the bottle. While I could manually use the product, I prefer the convenience of the spray feature, especially for use with makeup. I am wondering if there is any possibility of exchanging my faulty bottle for a functional one.

Good evening! I previously reached out to you, but it seems you may not have received my email. I am in need of assistance from customer services. While on vacation in New York, I purchased the supergoop rosemary setting spray, which I now regret buying. After using it only twice, it has become clogged and unusable. This has been disappointing as it is quite expensive, and I feel like I wasted my money. I am hoping to exchange this item for the Supergoop unseen sunscreen SPF 40, a product I really enjoy. I no longer have the receipt as I am not in New York, but the supergoop spray is still brand new. I would greatly appreciate it if you could facilitate the exchange. As a Medical ICU nurse at Yale New Haven Hospital, I'm at the forefront of the pandemic. Our team faces challenges with wearing tight masks for 12-hour shifts, causing severe irritation and discomfort. We can't use products before work to avoid compromising mask fit. Hello, I recently purchased Supergoop! PLAY Antioxidant Body Mist from Amazon. However, upon application, I found it to be greasy and not absorbed into my skin as advertised. This was surprising as the website described it as a 'lightweight, refreshing mist'. It did not meet that description at all. Comparatively, I am a fan of Unseen Sunscreen which I use daily on my face due to its velvety texture that I adore. I contacted Amazon to return or exchange the Supergoop! PLAY Antioxidant Body Mist for the lotion version, but they declined, citing it as a hazardous material for return. I wonder if there is any possibility of exchanging these two products?
