Hello, I am trying to recover my very old Clash of Clans account that I created. I cannot recall the email I used to link the account to. I initially thought it was connected to my current personal email, but when I attempted to log in, no verification code was sent. The account is approximately Town Hall level 8 or 9, likely 8, and the original name set for it was "Ross." Possible emails associated with the account could be: - [redacted] - [redacted] (This email was deleted, but I remember linking it to the previous one) - [redacted] I am eager to regain access to this account and believe the current email should be [redacted] Any assistance in recovering this account would be highly appreciated.

I have been playing Clash of Clans for more than 3 to 5 years. I dedicated a lot of time to improving my base and recently upgraded my Town Hall to Level 13. However, after taking a short break, I couldn't log in and realized my account had been hacked. Before the hack, my account details were Town Hall level 12, in the clan Kavanam Warrior, and my player level was around [redacted] to [redacted]. Now, I have found my account but it has been moved to a different clan, Flor de Mayo, and my player level is [redacted]. I would greatly appreciate any help in recovering my account. I love playing Clash of Clans so much that I have six IDs and two clans. On December 17th, a new member joined my clan and we started chatting. He asked how many IDs I had, and I mentioned my multiple IDs and the rebuilding of my clan. He then asked me to promote my second ID to leader as proof. I did so, only to find out later that my second ID had kicked everyone out and someone else was now the leader. Shortly after, my third ID that I used for donations became inaccessible. I contacted in-game support without much help. Now, Team Supercell, I urge you to return my accounts to me. I may have lost my clan, but I have put a lot of effort into these IDs. I've attached a screenshot for proof. My clan tags are NK Power Stone (#20RJ8JJ8Y) and Wing Crusher (#28C22GURC). My IDs are Prince (#YJ8Q28LJO) and Donator (#Y9V2CJUYU). I'm willing to provide any necessary information to reclaim my IDs. I await your response.

I have been an avid Clash Royale player for the entire six years of its existence. Recently, I upgraded to a new phone and encountered difficulty logging in as I couldn't recall my Supercell ID. A clan member shared my player ID and our clan ID with me. Despite attempting to recover my account through the in-game settings, I received error messages stating that the information was incorrect, leading to a ban for alleged account phishing. I am in need of Supercell's assistance to lift the ban and aid in the recovery of my account.

I am a town hall 14 player who has been genuinely playing Clash of Clans for 5 to 6 years. I have never cheated, used any unauthorized apps, or engaged in any ban-worthy behavior. Yesterday, I attempted to recover my second Clash of Clans account using my main account. However, after 3 to 4 hours, I found my main account banned for 31 days due to alleged phishing activities. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and am considering filing a complaint. Any advice on what steps I should take would be greatly appreciated.

I am inquiring about why my account was banned for 31 days. I believe it was due to mistakenly flagging it for phishing activities because I have multiple accounts. Unfortunately, I lost access to my email and desperately need help to recover it. I have been dedicated to this game for over a decade, specifically playing Mobile Legends since Clash of Clans isn't popular in my country. I hope to have my accounts restored as it's a current trend for me. Instead of an immediate ban, I wish a warning would have been issued. It's important to note that I have multiple accounts, which can be verified through the history records. Due to losing my email and screenshots, my main account is crucial for account recovery. I'm puzzled why contacting customer support resulted in a ban rather than assistance. My accounts have all been compromised, including my clan ownership. Upon trying to log in, I was shocked to see that all game data had been erased from my accounts. This is impossible as I have been using these accounts for four years. How could your security system allow someone to hack into three accounts simultaneously and transfer ownership to a different email address without notifying me? I am extremely disappointed by this situation.

Hello, my name is Karan. I have been playing Clash of Clans since [redacted] and have 3 accounts. I'm encountering issues logging into one of my accounts. I shared that account with a friend a few months ago when I was less active in the game, but now that I am playing again, I can't access it. I receive an OTP in my email, but when I enter it, it says the game was not found and to log in with another account. Hello everyone, I'm Ridham and I made a big mistake that I deeply regret. I want to apologize for giving my account to individuals I've never met but are my in-game friends. Unfortunately, they are causing issues by interfering with my account and the hard-earned gems I have accumulated. Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to be online frequently, and when I did log in, they persistently asked for access, which I eventually granted. I now realize my error and seek assistance. I am the rightful owner and can provide detailed information about my gaming history, the device I use, and that the account is linked to my Gmail. I am trying to regain access to my old gaming accounts, Drg and fancy, which I both played and owned. I shared that one of them was linked to my husband's email. They requested purchase verification, which I couldn't provide after six years. I tried to explain the situation to support as I wanted to play with my teenage sons on these accounts. Despite my efforts, my son's account got banned. It's frustrating as I see no reason why I can't access my accounts when my dad had no trouble accessing his. I was accused of phishing, which I found confusing. I am eager to be in touch with management to resolve this issue. I can prove my identity with legal ID verification in Google and Apple, so I am puzzled by the accusation that I am not who I claim to be.

I need assistance canceling all subscriptions under my minor grandson's name. We have been repeatedly charged hundreds of dollars for unauthorized subscriptions we have already unsubscribed from. These charges are appearing on multiple cards. I would like to speak directly with a customer service representative over the phone to resolve this issue. The situation is frustrating, and I should not be required to pay to speak with an "expert." It seems like his account may have been hacked, as the charges are occurring daily. We are seeking a refund for all the unauthorized charges. It is concerning how easily children can be conned. The lack of real human contact is disappointing. Even the expert chats require a fee, which is not acceptable. This practice is unfair and needs to be addressed promptly.

I have been playing Clash of Clans since [redacted] and created my account in March of that year. On February 7, [redacted], I changed my Supercell ID from '[redacted]' to '[redacted]'. However, after a period of inactivity due to personal issues, I recently resumed playing the game only to discover that someone else is now using my account, with the account name changed to LexyWasTaken (originally Sarthak > SARTHAK > NINJA). I am currently using a Redmi Narzo 30a, Redmi Note 4, iPhone 5s, Oppo A3s, and Samsung Core Prime. My account was created in March [redacted] in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. I have attached screenshots of my achievements and other important details. My Town Hall Level is 13, and I am seeking assistance in recovering my account. I submitted a new request and provided a brief answer based on my Apple ID payment history, noting a 99-cent in-app purchase. However, this cannot be the date I downloaded the game. Later, I discovered my account was banned for 21 days due to alleged account fishing. I can confirm my identity, but I am having issues receiving the verification email at [redacted] as instructed by Supercell ID.
