Since the last update, the game has stopped working for me. It either stays on the home screen or closes by itself. The last time I played, I joined a league match, the game was running fine, but it got stuck loading into the match. I thought it was my internet, so I exited the game and tried to re-enter, but it wouldn't let me in. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game, but the issue persisted. I noticed that the loading screen image was very different from the Christmas theme, as the characters were dressed similarly to the movie "Aladdin." Since then, I haven't been able to play. I hope you understand my situation. Thank you.

Hello, I recently tried to recover my old account but unexpectedly got banned on my new account for "Account Phishing." As the rightful owner, I provided all the requested information, only to face a ban without any prior email or warning messages. I have invested money into my new account and hope to continue playing without interruptions. I need help getting back into my Clash of Clans account. I can't remember all the devices I used to access my village, and I don't know the exact month when I created it over 6 years ago. I do have some receipts for gems purchased in [redacted] that are linked to the account, but it seems this information wasn't sufficient. Now, I'm locked out of Clash of Clans. The email responses I received seem automated and don't address my specific problem.

I've been attempting to reach out through the in-app messaging service, but the support provided has been unsatisfactory. Despite providing accurate information, my accounts have been blocked unjustly. As the clan leader, waiting for 31 days is not feasible. I possess ample evidence to verify my identity, including details from our WhatsApp group. I urgently seek assistance in recovering my accounts without unnecessary delays. I remain hopeful that this request will be successful.

My account got banned because it was claimed that I shared it. When I contacted support, the bots mentioned that multiple devices had access. I am aware of this as all the devices belong to me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9, a Huawei P9 Lite, a Huawei P20 Lite, an iPad 6th generation, and an iPhone XR. I was hacked in the past and couldn't do anything about the ban. Additionally, I was always told it was related to "inappropriate behavior," which wasn't the reason for the ban as I haven't done anything of the sort. I have over 70 purchase receipts from my account, showing every purchase, which I know by heart. I kindly request that they unlock the account after review, so I can create a new email to which the account can be assigned. Please, I just want a chance to get my account back. I recently encountered an emergency situation which caused me to accidentally make a purchase in the game. While managing a child-related issue, I inadvertently tapped on the purchase option. I believe I accidentally spent $75 in the process. Can you please assist me in stopping or reversing this transaction? I will refrain from accessing the game until this matter is resolved. Hello, I received a ban when I attempted to recover an account from six years ago. Unfortunately, I was mistakenly flagged for potentially providing false information about the ownership of the account. I am eager to have my account unbanned promptly since I believe I have not violated any rules. I am scheduled to lead a clan in a week, and I don't enjoy playing on any other accounts. Clash is a significant part of my daily routine, occupying eight hours each day. I am reliant on my main account and would find it challenging to go a month without access. During my conversation in the account recovery chat, I shared details regarding my previous coc account. I attached a screenshot of an email receipt to clarify the information. Surprisingly, right after uploading the screenshot, my account was banned from the game without any chance to appeal or explain further about the screenshot. The receipt contained all the transaction details, making me confused about the reason for the ban since the provided account information was accurate.

Good afternoon. I need help with getting my Clash of Clans account unbanned. I have been playing for a long time, and I recently got permanently banned for allegedly using third-party software. I had my account hacked before, managed to recover it, and then unexpectedly got banned permanently. I find it puzzling since I have always played on an iPhone, and I do not understand how I could have hacked the game on that device. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. The banned account is a TX10 account under the name "dj1gga," and it has been inaccessible for about 5 or 6 years now.

On December 24th, someone hacked my iPad and accessed my Clash of Clans accounts. I witnessed them using my account to disrupt my clan, Iron Edge (#9LRY9290). The hacker used the account "Fury" and shared the email [redacted] They promoted their account, Master (#QQLJ9GVGR), to leader, evicted all clan members, and shut it down. They also stole my accounts "Thor" (#VUPPVOU9) and "Ares" (#8PRLPRQCVV) from the clan "Clan War Mafia" (#P8CVGU99). Despite regaining control of Thor temporarily, it got suspended for phishing. Support acknowledged my issue but later stopped responding. After steps to recover Thor, it was suspended again, and now it shows as non-existent. I request the restoration of my three accounts and control of Iron Edge, with Master removed. Multiple witnesses can verify my ownership, and Thor and Zeus are featured on the OTBgaming YouTube channel.

Supercell seems to be causing issues beyond just reclaiming gems. I had purchased a special offer for €30, which included 20,[redacted] coins and 10 megaboxes. While I received the coins, the game crashed after opening the 2nd box, causing me to lose 8 boxes. Instead of resolving this issue fairly, Supercell deducted [redacted] gems from my account, even though my purchase was unrelated to gems. This deduction amounts to around €[redacted], far more than the value of my initial order. I simply wanted what I paid for and it seems unjust to penalize me for a game error. It would have been reasonable for Supercell to remove the coins and allow me to repurchase the offer. Unfortunately, their support has been lacking and their actions have soured my gaming experience, especially on my birthday, December 24th.

I have a Clash of Clans account that was not connected to Supercell. I've played this account for the past 4 years and reached Town Hall 13. Last month, my Gmail was hacked, and I lost access to my account. After seeking help from an expert, I managed to recover my Gmail. However, the hacker connected my village to Supercell using their personal email, and now I can no longer access my account. Please assist me with this issue.

I accidentally made a purchase when a random offer popped up while logging into my account. I obtained Bibi from the boxes included in the offer and received some coins. Approximately [redacted] gems were deducted, leaving me with about 40 gems. I intended to save for the Brawl Pass, so I would appreciate a refund of the gems. I have not used Bibi or the coins received.

I used to have an account on a previous phone connected via Facebook. Unfortunately, my Facebook account was hacked, and I never created a new one. My game account is a town hall level 10 where I've invested real money. Upon logging in, it says the account is recognized but not linked to a Supercell ID. I skipped the tutorial and created a Supercell ID, yet I'm unsure how to link it to my original account. I would really appreciate any guidance on recovering my account. Thank you!
