Hello, I was banned with another account because of a former friend. Some time ago, I lent my Clash Royale account to a friend who I'm no longer in touch with due to a heavy argument. Unfortunately, he tried to steal the account of a famous YouTuber through your platform to get me banned, which succeeded. My account was banned due to phishing, and I'm unsure how to recover it. I invested three years in that account, achieving important goals, and I hope to resume playing. I can provide any necessary information as proof of ownership. I deeply value this account and would appreciate any assistance in recovering it. Currently, I'm reaching out to you through my cousin's account.

On July 10, [redacted], I received a ban for "disruptive behavior" from Supercell. I acknowledge that all companies have rules, but being banned just for my language use seems excessive. My clan comprises people I know in real life, all adults over 18, and though it might seem offensive, we don't mean any harm. I unintentionally used a word offensive to another clan, thanks to a friend's joke. I apologize to the affected clan for any offense caused. Clash of Clans is meant for fun, and I regret if my actions affected others' enjoyment. I kindly request a reduction in my ban as I cherish this game and value the connections it provides, especially during the challenges of the pandemic. I hope to demonstrate my growth from this incident and enhance others' experiences in the game.

I've been playing Supercell games for a while, moving from one to another based on my interest. Recently, I became interested in COC and wanted to play it, but I needed to recover a Supercell ID linked to a village in COC. The issue is the email connected to it has been deleted, so I can't access the code sent to me. I reached out to in-game support to change the email so I could play COC. Although I answered all their questions correctly, they accused me of phishing and temporarily banned my account. I'm unable to explain to them that the account is actually mine and that I wasn't involved in any phishing activity. I hope someone can assist me with this situation. I serve as the leader in a clan tagged #9PPOYOCY. Recently, I've encountered an issue accessing my COC account after a period of inactivity. Upon trying to log in using Google Play services, the game prompts me for a Supercell ID, which I don't recall setting up for this account. Although my account is linked to [redacted] through Google Play games, I'm unable to proceed without the Supercell ID. Hello, I have unfortunately lost my clan in the game I have been playing for the past seven years. Around seven years ago, I founded the clan and dedicated a lot of effort to reach level 19. Recently, I entrusted leadership to a friend who had their village hacked, leading to all clan members being kicked out. Despite my friend's efforts to reclaim the village, their account has been permanently banned, likely due to the hacking incident. Our clan, Doda Warriors, from the same location, has almost no members left, and we are unsure about the remaining member's identity. This unfortunate event occurred on December 3, [redacted]. This ban was unwarranted and unjust. Hello! I had a Clash of Clans account that I've lost access to because my iPad can't update anymore. I can't remember my SuperCell ID, but I have my Game Center name and email. I've invested a lot of time and over $[redacted] into the game, and I don't want to lose my progress. I can't load the game to transfer the save to my phone. When I log in on my mobile, it asks for a verification code sent to my email, but I haven't received it. I'm willing to provide my CoC ID and Clash Of Clans name to help recover my account. I am still experiencing an issue. There are -39k gems in my account. Previously, I was advised to contact Apple, who then redirected me back here. I have not made any gem purchases on this account, as evidenced by Apple confirming there were no gem transactions on my account. I request that these incorrectly added gems be removed. Despite purchasing Pass Royale and some offers, I cannot access free items, emotes in the shop, or participate in tournaments. I can provide the message from Apple confirming this situation. This back-and-forth between your team and Apple has been frustrating. Finally, Apple has acknowledged the random addition of gems without any corresponding purchases. Dear Supercell team, I haven't played Clash of Clans in a long time but started a new village two months ago with the ID #Q2CUYGJVU. Several years ago, I had another village named Godson 2.0, previously called Hulk, with Town Hall 10 and over [redacted] levels. I lost access to this village when switching from an iPhone 6c to an iPhone SE. In my Game Center, I still have achievements from the old village, 70 out of 91. The account was possibly at Master 2-3 and had a trophy record of around 2,[redacted] in the Builder's Base and Builder Hall level 5. There should be a bookmark for a clan named "Auriga," which is at least level 10, where I was a member for a long time. I hope this information is sufficient to restore my account. Regards, Jona

I lost access to my main Clash Of Clans account a while ago. When I tried to recover it using a new account, the customer support team accused me of trying to steal an account and permanently banned me. This left me unable to play COC on my iPhone. Undeterred, I created another account on my Samsung tablet and managed to recover my original account. Despite providing evidence of my innocence to the customer support team, they upheld the ban. I am hoping they reconsider and lift the ban so I can enjoy playing Clash Of Clans on my phone once more.

Hello, I am reaching out because I believe I have been banned mistakenly. The reason stated was for buying or selling my account, which is untrue as I have never engaged in such activities. I suspect this might be due to a misunderstanding. Recently, in my clan, where I have been a leader for three years, we were joking around in the chat and voice call about a person who used to buy/sell accounts. We were sharing light-hearted jokes, and since humor is something I enjoy, I didn't see any harm in it. I feel being banned for harmless banter with friends seems unfair, especially when there are individuals who have been reported for using racist language and wishing harm on others, yet they remain unbanned. I was attempting to recover an old account, and during my conversation with the Supercell employee, we reached the verification stage. I was asked about the brand/model of the account, and regrettably, I mentioned that I didn't know. I have since realized my mistake and consulted my mom, who provided me with the information. I now have the answer and kindly ask for my account to be unbanned and for the restoration of my other account, please.

I reached out to Supercell within the game and was assisted by an agent named Athay. While using my second account, Iceboy, I was trying to recover my main account, Vyper. The agent located my Vyper account but requested bank receipts for identity verification, which I explained I couldn't provide due to the account inaccessibility for over a year. Upon logging back in, I discovered my account was banned for 31 days due to a phishing attempt. I have screenshots of all interactions with support, including the ban message, and emailed [redacted] Unfortunately, I can no longer contact the agent as my communication account is banned. Desperate for a solution, I've provided my associated email addresses, phone number, and partial card and bank account details. Feeling frustrated, I hope Supercell can resolve this issue promptly. I have dedicated years to building it, and I am uncertain who tried to access my account. When I tried to unlock it from my TH11 account, it was temporarily banned as well. I was recently banned from Supercell's Clash of Clans for 31 days for an alleged phishing violation. I've reached out to the O.T.T.O bot on the Clash of Clans support, but unfortunately, no progress has been made yet. It seems I should be on my last day of the ban tomorrow. I'm eager to resume playing as a friend has just started playing again. I use a Huawei P40 Light, and due to its lack of support for Google Play, I encounter difficulties with Google games and apps. To secure my progress, I linked my email to the SuperCell ID. While I can't recall the exact wrongdoing, it's possible that I attempted to log in on a friend's computer. I understand the rules but seek a review of my case for a possible unbanning.

I have two Supercell IDs, one linked to my Android and the other to my iOS device. Unfortunately, my main account on Android is linked to my University email, from which I am currently locked out indefinitely. This poses a challenge as I cannot receive the verification code to transfer my progress to my iOS devices. Given that my Android device is old and nearing the end of its lifespan, I am eager to resolve this issue, especially considering the investment I have made in the game. I am uncertain about the steps to remedy this situation but would appreciate assistance in changing the email associated with the Supercell ID on my Android device. While I can still access the account, the inability to transfer progress is a concern. I am willing to provide the email addresses of both accounts via mail to address this matter with privacy in mind.
