Dear administrators, I am Ahmed from the Kurdistan region of northern Iraq. I have been dedicated to playing Clash of Clans for years in a fair and legal manner. Recently, I came across X mode, which I believed would make the game more convenient. After trying it briefly, I realized there wasn't a significant difference, so I stopped using it. Unfortunately, due to using this third-party software, my friend and I, under the names Pashaa Dhk (Town Hall Level 9, XP Level [redacted]), have been banned permanently. I was unaware that X mode was considered unfair, and I deeply regret using it. Clash of Clans is an important part of my life, and I sincerely hope there may be a chance to recover my account. My friend asked me to assist in claiming back their village, and during this process, I exchanged information with the support system. However, I received a message stating that I was attempting to loot the village, which is untrue. I want to emphasize that I have not tried to steal anything. My account has been banned for 31 days when I attempted to retrieve my friend's village, and it was banned 7 days ago. I have invested a lot of time and effort into building my village, and I am immensely attached to it. I assure you that I am innocent and only trying to help a friend. Today, I attempted to retrieve my old Town Hall 6 account through Supercell's lost account feature in Clash of Clans to use as a secondary account. During the process, I provided approximate details about the account's creation and last login since it was created many years ago. Despite my efforts, the digital assistant accused me of attempting to steal the account, resulting in a 31-day ban on my current account. The specific and challenging questions posed during the account recovery process make it nearly impossible for users like me to regain access to old accounts. While I've accepted the loss of my old account, I am eager to have my main account, Felix (#9CCYQJ8R), unbanned. Thank you.

I recently found my old Clash of Clans account, "One Man's Son," which I used to play on before giving it to my father. Wanting to retrieve the account, I reached out to Clash of Clans support for help. During the conversation, I learned that the account was being used by one of my dad's friends, a fact I was unaware of. I immediately clarified this with the support agent and apologized for any confusion. Unfortunately, shortly after this conversation, my account was banned for what they perceived as attempted phishing.

I received a 31-day ban for attempting to retrieve an old Clash of Clans account that I mistakenly thought belonged to me. The account, named "One Man's son," was initially created for me to play with my father, known as One Man. I stopped using it and later gave it to my father, who subsequently lost the login details. When I tried to recover it through Clash of Clans support, they asked how many devices the account had been on, a detail I did not know. After consulting with my father, I learned the account was actually owned by one of his friends, not us. I promptly informed the support team of this error and apologized for any inconvenience caused. The Clan leader informed us about a breach that has left us unable to access our clan. The security of our virtual home has been compromised, and we seek Supercell's immediate assistance in rectifying this issue and preventing such unauthorized access in the future. I am reaching out to report a distressing incident where someone threatened the Clan leader, resulting in the loss of our clan access. I recently experienced a Discord malware attack, leading to the loss of several accounts and the unauthorized purchase of $[redacted] worth of Discord Nitro. Furthermore, the hacker has accessed all my passwords. When attempting to log into Clash of Clans, I discovered my account had been banned for alleged selling activities, which I did not engage in. This individual also compromised both mine and my little brother's PlayStation accounts. Although I managed to recover my PlayStation account, many other accounts remain inaccessible. Please assist me urgently in resolving this issue as it was not my doing. My in-game name was C. Enes or Enes C, associated with the clan PROMETHEUS. I was at approximately level [redacted], with Town Hall level 11, Builder Base 9, a level 50 queen, level 35/36 king, and a level 17/18 Grand Wizard. I have cherished this account for over 9-10 years and seek your help in reclaiming it.

I was helping my brother regain access to his village, but the developers insist it isn't his. Despite contacting them from my own Supercell account to clarify, they accused him of phishing and banned him for 31 days. After discussing the issue with them, I exited the game, hoping for a resolution. When I returned, I discovered I was also banned with the message "You have been banned." It's frustrating since I have my own account linked to Supercell and have no reason to create another. Yet, the ban persists, and it's been 31 days already. How much longer must I endure this wait?

I created my Clash of Clans account #PGCQGGQJ five years ago in [redacted]. You can verify this by checking my account details, including the device name, model number, and other information I provided in the three attached pictures. I started the account at the end of March or the beginning of April in [redacted]. By TH8, I reached the Master and Champion leagues, and by TH11, I achieved Legend status with over [redacted] cups while in the clan THRISSUR CLASH. My name was initially ÚLtron before using other aliases like AKHIL SB NAIR, joker, Akhil freekz, and AKHI. There were significant cloud issues during my time at Legend, requiring extended search times for bases. Please assist me in recovering my account so I can transfer it to a new email for added security. Kindly provide an option to change the email associated with the account. I have two accounts, "Nathanpower01" and "Denduvetpro", each with different emails. I am currently logged into both accounts but have lost access to the email "[redacted]" due to getting a new phone and number without updating the email information. My main email is linked to "nathanpower01". I am unable to log out of "denduvetpro" without losing progress as I have invested real money in the game. I need assistance with my account, PetitDanDijk, which was suspended for one month for account phishing. I am not guilty of phishing; I was simply trying to recover my old account, Dwizard1234, from about 5 years ago to help grow my clan's player base. I admit that I did not realize the level of detail required to recover an account, and in my attempt to provide accurate information, I may have made mistakes due to the passage of time. I have no recollection of the original account details after so many years and I had no ill intentions of stealing any accounts. Even when faced with challenges in retrieving the account, I abandoned the process. I am genuinely sorry for any oversight on my part. Please reconsider the ban on my account, PetitDanDijk, as I never intended any misconduct and this experience has deterred me from attempting recovery in the future. Thank you.

I know others who did the same successfully, but due to not providing a specific date, my old account was also blocked on grounds of "attempted account theft," which seems unreasonable. When attempting to log back in, I encountered a "session expired" message. Despite providing my Gmail and verification code, I received an "account not found" error. Upon trying to recover my account in-game, I discovered that the hacker had purchased a Gold Pass in my village without my knowledge. Hello Supercell, my account was banned due to phishing, but I can explain everything. I was trying to recover an old account of mine that was lost a while ago. While recovering, I accidentally mentioned that I sold my account, which is not true. It was my friend who had access to my email account, changed my password, and sold it to someone on Facebook. I swear I did not sell my Clash of Clans account. I value and cherish my account, which was banned today. Supercell, I am desperate to regain my account. I spent years building a maxed out TH9 account. I feel devastated for something I did not do. I swear I am innocent and I have faith in myself. Please help me have my account unbanned. I'm having trouble accessing my ID. I recently switched to a new phone, and my old device was connected to an email address that I can no longer access. The email account got locked after someone tried to log in, and it's been inaccessible for a while now.
