Hello Supercell community, I have been playing Clash of Clans for the past three years along with some college friends in our clan, Magical World!!!, which was created in May [redacted]. In the clan, my name is Mr. Mridul Devil. I have been leading the clan interchangeably with my friend whose gaming name is War Devil☠️. Today, I accidentally made a stranger named "❤️Ali Naqi❤️" the leader of the clan, potentially endangering its future. Clan Name: Magical World Clan Level: 9 Clan Tag: #CP8PRLGL After this mistake, all the clan members were kicked out when I requested my position back. I kindly request to reinstate either myself (Mr. Mridul Devil) or my friend (War Devil☠️) as the leader. Three years of hard work was lost in just 5 minutes. Despite our efforts reporting to Supercell for assistance, we have not received any help yet. Thank you for your support. My brother's account was banned for apparent phishing, but I am confident that I did not engage in such activity. I worked hard and had a lot invested in that account a few years ago. I recently tried to access my account to play again, only to find it banned. When trying to contact support through my brother's account, I was accused of phishing and banned for 31 days. My brother even purchased a gold pass, making it a waste if this ban was unfounded. I am certain that the account belonged to me. Mateo from support is the one who issued the ban. I provided all the requested information, so I'm unsure what more they need. Please review this situation fairly. It is unfair to be banned like this, especially when I am just trying to reclaim my account, which I am confident is mine. My brother's account ID is #P82CCQGJG. This situation is unjust, and I hope it can be resolved promptly.

I need assistance with obtaining refunds for all the purchases made during my time playing Clash of Clans. My account was hijacked, and despite numerous attempts through email and the Clash of Clans support page to recover it, I was banned and falsely accused of theft. I am unable to access my old accounts due to a partial memory loss from a car accident in December [redacted]. I am simply looking for guidance on how to proceed with getting a refund for my entire account. It is disappointing to be treated this way by a company after going through such a traumatic experience and paying for in-game items.

I apologize for not providing my account information in my previous message. Today, I was banned while attempting to recover my account on Clash of Clans. The account is significant to me as I have spent considerable time and money building it up from my own bank account, which I’m willing to prove. Unfortunately, the support team accused me of phishing despite my genuine efforts to regain access. After enduring a near-fatal accident and spending two years in the hospital, my account holds sentimental value as it helped me during my recovery. Now, facing a ban without proper assistance from the chat room, I have doubts about resolving this issue. Despite providing detailed information about my account, including being a Level [redacted] player named Eric79 with the user ID #Q8ULQ2GG and [redacted] trophies, I'm still blocked from accessing it. This situation seems unfair given the time and money invested in the game.

I have a Clash of Clans account connected to Supercell ID. Recently, I decided to disconnect my account from Supercell ID because my friends knew my email and I was concerned they might try to take over my account. However, when I tried to reconnect my account with a different email, I encountered issues. I reached out to Supercell support in Clash of Clans and provided all my account details, but they were unable to locate my account. Hello, I was recently banned from Clash of Clans due to violating several rules, including harassment, sexual topics, and being offensive. The messages in question were exchanged with my real-life friends within the clan, and we had previously removed all non-friends to avoid conflicts. We thought it was acceptable to have such conversations among friends. We never intended to offend or harm anyone. I apologize for my actions and assure you that I will refrain from using inappropriate language in the future. Since my ban, the entire clan has stopped using such language out of fear of being banned. My friends in the clan can attest to my character and our bond. Hello, My name is Prajyot Desai from Goa, India. I started playing Clash of Clans in [redacted] or [redacted] when I was in the 9th grade. My village was named "PrAjYoT," my Town Hall was level 9, and my experience level was around [redacted] or [redacted]. I distinctly remember this because I took a screenshot of my experience level to share with my friends, and I have it backed up on my Google Photos as proof. Unfortunately, I lost my account when I accidentally clicked on a new feature in the Google Play Games app that erased all the data. I thought it would free up some storage space, but it ended up deleting my account. I am eager to get my account back because I am bored now that PUBG is banned in India, and I haven't found another game that I enjoy as much as Clash of Clans. I love Clash of Clans (CoC). I had a Clash of Clans account linked to an email I've since deleted, causing issues accessing my game through Supercell ID. Although I've tried the automated support ("o.t.t.o."), the problem persists because the email no longer exists, and I can't recreate it with Google. I'm reaching out to customer support manually as a last resort. I'm hoping Supercell can disassociate the ID from the deleted email and enable me to link the account to my current email to resolve this issue.

Hello, I have contacted you before but did not get what I wanted: a refund and a cancellation of purchases. I fear you may not understand my request, which indicates you are not reading the messages correctly. I am asking again for THE REFUND of the accidental purchase of gems because there was no validation request at any point during the purchase process. I also request the CANCELLATION of the purchases made with these [redacted] gems, namely mega boxes and tiers. With over a billion dollars earned in [redacted], this should not cause a significant loss to your company, which seems dubious in the methods used to target young players and encourage them to buy more products in the game. I will investigate the legal procedures I can use to limit Supercell's scandalous practices. I am particularly confused by the inadequate response you have provided. I never claimed to have difficulty accessing my son's account, but I WAS ASKING FOR A REFUND AND A CANCELLATION OF THE LATEST PURCHASES. My Gmail account has been hacked, and someone else has taken over it, changing the name and all the details. I am unable to log in now. When I reported it to Coc help and support, the bot couldn't understand my issue. I need a human to assist me. My Clash of Clans village name was SHAWN, and I started playing in [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted]. After a few years, I recovered the account on a Samsung phone, where it was a town hall 5. I stopped playing at town hall 8, and I believe it was hacked in [redacted]. I can provide more details if needed. Please help recover my account.

I have not played Clash of Clans in years. Recently, my friends are back into it and want me to join their clan. I wish to retrieve my old account as I invested a lot of time in it, but I can't recall my username, password, or other details. I re-downloaded the game and sought help through settings, only to find out I am banned for 31 days due to account phishing, which I do not understand. I know my old account is linked to my Facebook page and the user ID is [redacted][redacted]. I hope to recover my account and stop facing bans. Starting over is not an option for me after progressing significantly before.

Hello Supercell support team, I am writing to report an issue with my Brawl Stars account under the username Alkhys, part of the Camp Halfblood club, with the gamer tag (PQYJ8YJ8P). Recently, during the trophy road season end, I opened a mega box and unlocked Leon. However, when I returned to the game later in the day around 7:30 pm (India time), after some downloading, I noticed that Leon was missing from my brawlers list. Despite restarting the game multiple times, Leon remains unaccounted for. I have tried reaching out to your company with no luck, only receiving automated responses. Hello, I'm Marta Ibáñez, 17 years old. My Brawl Stars account got blocked for security reasons. Someone else had been playing matches using my account, and I kept getting security code emails that I didn't request. I contacted the in-app support, but did not receive the promised email explaining the block. Despite trying to get help via different channels like Twitter and Instagram, I haven't heard back in about two weeks.

My son is trying to sign up using my Supercell ID but is not receiving any code. The email works fine, and there are no emails from you in the spam folder. He doesn't have the option to "chat with an agent" - only preset bot choices. What's the point of support if it's not helpful? He has no way to contact you, just bot questions that don't apply. He can't sign in with my Supercell ID because he hasn't received a code despite many tries. If someone can help, his player name is Pea-junior (QYGOVYYR2) and he's in the Clan VfB [redacted] - U19 (2YGUURPVQ).

My Clash of Clans account was originally connected with my Google Play, but recently it got hacked and someone linked their Supercell ID to my account, locking me out. Despite having all the necessary information like my account tag, previous and current names, clan details, troop levels, and Google Play ID, I can’t regain access because the hacker connected their Supercell ID. I’ve spent a lot of time on this account, and now I can only visit it without being able to play, which is truly disheartening. I’ve been trying for a month to resolve this issue, but haven't received any help. The situation is incredibly upsetting since all my hard work and progress seem to have been ruined in an instant.

Hello. Today has been quite a challenging day for me. I found out that my Clash Royale account was locked, so I reached out to the support team in-game and provided all the requested information. However, they mentioned that some details were missing and advised me to resubmit everything once I gathered it. I was confused as I thought I had provided everything initially. After resubmitting the information, I received a response stating that they could no longer assist me. I am worried that my account is now inaccessible. I want to clarify that I have not violated any terms of service and I am very cautious with my account information. I am eagerly awaiting a response to see if there is any way to regain access to my account by providing the necessary information.
