I am appealing a 31-day ban I received recently. I was attempting to regain access to an old account, but due to losing the password stored on a broken iPhone, I couldn't provide the requested information to the admin, who then accused me of attempting to steal the account. I can verify my ownership by providing the email associated with the gamecenter account. As memories from my teenage years are not as clear now that I'm an adult, I believe I shouldn't be penalized for not remembering certain details. Reacquiring my old account is important to me as I invested a significant amount of time in it. I request the ban to be lifted. Thank you for considering my appeal.

I am having trouble accessing my Clash Royale account. After my phone updated, I was prompted to enter a Supercell ID, which I completed. However, when I entered the Supercell ID registration number, I found myself at training level 1 despite being a level 13 with higher-level cards. I logged into my Supercell account as usual, but it said my Supercell ID had expired. I tried to log in again by entering my Supercell account details and I received an OTP. However, when I entered the OTP, an error message appeared saying something went wrong and to try again later. This issue occurs every time I attempt to log in. My player tag is #P9VJRV9L8, my profile name is Purab G., and I am a member of a clan named Amazing Taiwan. I need assistance with this problem.

Greetings fellow Clasher, I am facing an issue with my th13 account in Clash of Clans. SuperCell has locked my ID and I have not received the unlock code. I have tried contacting in-game support, but when I enter the SuperCell support and provide my details, SPARKY claims no player found. I have given all necessary information to SuperCell, but they keep asking me to contact them through the in-game support. I am quite frustrated and experiencing significant difficulties. Dear Sir, I am reaching out for assistance regarding my account under the name Ashish with TH13. Several months back, while attempting to recover my old Omkar account from my Ashish account, I provided all the correct information. However, I encountered an issue as I had forgotten the names of some devices since this account is not frequently used and was created in [redacted]. Upon explaining this to a Supercell agent, they requested the names of the remembered devices. Following our discussion, I provided the information on the remembered devices. Subsequently, the Supercell agent requested two email addresses, but unfortunately, my Ashish account got banned unexpectedly. Kindly review this matter to assist me in recovering my Omkar account. Two days ago, when I launched Clash of Clans, a prompt appeared asking me to log in with a Supercell ID, which I don't have. When I tried to link my village to my Google Play account, I didn't receive a verification code. Subsequently, someone removed my account from my clan. I suspect that my account was hacked and linked to a Supercell ID. I've been a loyal player for five years and urgently require access to my account to continue playing.

I'm experiencing difficulty accessing my account called Bl3yme (ID #G0GCLV2Y). The Supercell ID email linked to this account should be [redacted] When attempting to log in with the verification code, I receive an error message stating that something has gone wrong. This issue has been persistent for a week, preventing me from accessing my account. I suspect that changing the email for this account to [redacted], which was already associated with another account, may have caused the problem. Although I updated the email for the account Bl3yme2™️, the account Bl3yme should still be linked to [redacted], yet I am unable to access it. Apologies for any confusion in my message, as English is not my first language. I hope to receive assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently updated the email linked to my Supercell ID account, Bl3yme(ID #G0GCLV2Y), to [redacted] However, it appears that this email is already associated with another account. I subsequently changed the email on the other account and attempted to log into the Bl3yme account using the [redacted] email. Unfortunately, when I enter the verification code, the game displays an error message saying, "something has gone wrong. Please try again later." I am facing a frustrating situation with my account. The account I am trying to access was created 4-5 years ago without an email linked to it. However, it seems that someone else may have linked an email without my knowledge, possibly my brother or grandfather. The account was lost when the iPhone it was on got broken. After finally seeking support to recover the account, they ended up banning my new account instead.

My first Clash of Clans account was created with an email address that I no longer have access to. I set up a Supercell ID about six months ago, or maybe longer, which allowed me to play on my iPhone as well. However, now I am having trouble reconnecting to it.

I am struggling to access my old Clash of Clans account linked to my previous email. My current account is far behind in progress compared to the years of dedication I put into the older one. After trying various methods to recover it, I reached out to customer service only to get banned for apparent phishing attempts, leaving me frustrated. Today, on 1/4/21, I spoke with Artemis in the support chat regarding my issue. I've been playing Hay Day for 10 years with the username Lisa22222le. I was supposed to receive an email containing my level [redacted] farm Supercell ID code. My email address is [redacted] I was informed to check my email for the code, but despite waiting, it did not arrive. I attempted to resend the code request but was notified that I already have a code linked to my email. I have checked all my folders and still have not received the email with the code. As I heavily invest in this game, purchasing diamonds regularly, it's crucial that I regain access to my account after a decade of playing. Recently, my brother's account got locked due to security reasons while he was trying to recover it after his phone screen broke. I have been an avid player of Clash of Clans since its early days and have grown to love every aspect of the game. I have invested a significant amount of money in purchasing gems for my account and have dedicated countless hours to experimenting with new base designs and strategies. However, I acknowledge the reason behind my permanent ban. Occasionally, my brother would use my account to play and engage in battles under my name. He also made inappropriate remarks in the clan chat and global chat while posing as me. I understand if this explanation may not be sufficient to appeal my ban, but I assure you that I am genuinely committed to playing fairly moving forward.

Yesterday, I tried logging in, but it said my Supercell ID had expired. So, I waited for the OTP to come to my email, but when I entered it, an error occurred. I thought I might have been blocked for 24 hours. Today, as I woke up, I noticed my ID was online, and someone had left my clan. I observed everything using my other ID. I have a total of 3 IDs. Sadly, my clan was hacked, including my clan leader's account. We eventually created a new clan. I reported the suspicious ID, and it showed someone else trying to log in. Unfortunately, I lost my second ID as well. Please assist me. My first ID is TH11 fully upgraded, and my second ID is a rushed TH13 for which I bought a Gold Pass.

As the leader of a Level 18 clan, everything was going well with nice players and preparations underway. However, when I logged into Clash of Clans to play a game, I later discovered that I had been unexpectedly kicked out by a player named sts. Despite being the leader, this person somehow removed all clan members and changed the minimum trophies setting, replacing me with a new ID as the leader. It seems this was a deliberate move to take over the clan. I am seeking help from Supercell to regain my rightful leadership of the hard-earned Level 18 clan, which I dedicated a lot of time and effort to build. I am requesting Supercell to assist me in restoring my leadership status in the clan.
