I made a mistake and my Level 77 account "Sherries Berries" got banned. I was trying to retrieve my mini account because my old Facebook was hacked. I have multiple email addresses, and my "mama Sherry V Gmail" is linked to the account, while my Facebook was under a different Sherry account with numbers. I lost my Level 47 account and was attempting to recover it. Unfortunately, while seeking assistance, my main Hati account got banned. This situation is frustrating as I've invested time and money into the game "Hay Day" over the years, all under the name Sherry. I need help resolving this issue promptly.

My account got banned for unclear reasons I apologize for the inconvenience. It seems there is an error with my account, which has been accused of sharing. I use two devices with this account, the Samsung Galaxy Note10+ and iPad 7, both of which are my personal devices. 1. Devices I have used with this account: Oppo CPH1605, SMARTFREN A16C3H, PICOPAD GGG, Oppo X9009, Xiaomi 4A, Vivo [redacted], Oppo A11W, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, Samsung Galaxy J2 Prime, Oppo A1601, Xiaomi 4X, Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro, Asus Zenfone 2 Laser, Oppo CPU [redacted], Infinix Note4 Pro, Xiaomi Mi A1, Asus Zenfone2, PC, Fujitsu F202H, Samsung Galaxy J7, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro, iPad 7, Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ 2. First name on the account: Cungcungprutz 3. Sequence of events that may have led to the account being banned: In August [redacted], I received several 6-digit email notifications for Clash of Clans. I contacted Supercell to change the email for fear of unauthorized account access. After contacting customer service, when I tried to log in for clan war, a message appeared stating the account was banned. Only my spouse and I know the email. Recently, I sold my computer where my email might have been still logged in. 4. I apologize for the initial purchases. I have three purchase receipts for my accounts, and I cannot recall which is for the RollingStones account, so I am attaching all three: GPA.3[redacted]-1[redacted]4, GPA.3[redacted]-8[redacted]8, GPA.[redacted]-3[redacted]5. I have been spending a considerable amount each month on Clash of Clans, purchasing the bonus rewards for $4.99. Although I completed all the rewards some time ago, I have not received the birthday cake statue that was supposed to be included. The spot where it should be displayed is empty, and I even took screenshots to document this. I am unable to reach out for assistance without additional charges, and the rewards will expire soon. Hello, my account seems to have a problem. I'm only 14 years old and I've been using my big brother's account to play for the last 2 years. Recently, my father sold his phone, and now I can't remember the password. My brother doesn't remember it either. I really don't want to lose all the progress I've made in the game. The player tag for the account is #YCPJ8LCP, and the village name is Echo. It's not connected to Supercell support. Can someone help me recover my account, please? Hello Supercell, I want to start by saying that your customer service is really bad. I provided all my information regarding my account to recover it, but it hasn't led to anything. I have gone through the process several times, and they are telling me that it's not the correct transaction associated with my account, even though it is. I bought gems with my bank card, and I have the transaction receipts, but they are asking for the receipt of the first transaction, which does not show up on my Google Play. I provided the one that shows up first, so either Google Play is not displaying my receipt correctly, or they are not taking me seriously and don't want to give me back my account. They have locked my account even though it was never hacked, I just lent it to a friend. All this to say, please do something, I want to recover my account as soon as possible. Best regards, J.

Hello, I was recently permanently banned for allegedly "phishing an account." I want to clarify that it was not an actual phishing attempt but rather a foolish joke I played on my friend, where we both knew it was in jest. I understand my error, and I did not have any malicious intent to steal an account. I kindly request that the ban be lifted or at least modified to a temporary one. My account, -SPIDER-REDDY-, has been hacked. My player ID is #9U2C9RVVU, and my clan name is "bad boys," but it was changed after the hack. I never shared my account details with anyone, and it was linked only to my Google account using [redacted] The hacker connected it to a Super Cell ID. I need assistance in recovering my account. I made a one-time purchase of an Archer skin during the Lunar event. My account was created in India, Andhra Pradesh, on a OnePlus 1 A001, which is no longer in use. I am currently using a Vivo [redacted]. This is the device that was last logged into my account before it got hacked. Please help me regain access to my account.

While enjoying my game, a notification informed me that my account was linked to another device. Subsequently, my account was locked, prompting me to input an unlock code or seek assistance from help and support. During my chat with support, they requested details such as my player tag (#LUG9LORLU) and account name (SakshamBagaria). They also inquired about my email ([redacted]) as well as an alternate email for account recovery. Unfortunately, the conversation was interrupted when my internet connection dropped due to a phone call. I am seeking help to regain access to my account "God of Coc" with tag #289GLR88V, which was associated with [redacted] I am hopeful for assistance in recovering my account SakshamBagaria (#LUG9LORLU) linked to [redacted] Additionally, I have made three consecutive gold pass purchases: on July 7, [redacted]; August 1, [redacted]; and September 1, [redacted]. Hello, I recently switched to iOS and wanted to play Clash of Clans with my friends again. I contacted Supercell support to retrieve my old account by answering their questions about my account details. After providing the information, I was surprised to find out that my account was banned for alleged phishing attempts. Despite my confidence in my responses, I would never try to steal someone else's account. I have invested a lot of time into my account over the years since I was young. I managed to log into my account on an old device, setting up my Supercell ID; however, it's inconvenient to always rely on that device. Unbanning my iOS device would grant me access to my account. My clan has recently been matched for a clan war with KrazyKreatures #2YYJP822P. Many of their clan members have creatively crafted names that are vulgar, using symbols in place of traditional letters, such as the word "cunt" (I apologize for the language). As a 77-year-old player, I have encountered various language tricks in games and I believe Clash would not typically allow such terms. However, they seem to bypass the rules by using symbols and trickery to convey the same offensive messages. With many young members under 12 in my clan, I am concerned about them being exposed to this disguised vulgarity. Could you please address and rectify this issue? At the very least, I kindly request that this clan war be ended promptly. Thank you.

My clan recently got matched for a Clan War against KrazyKreatures #2YYJP822P. Their clan members have chosen vulgar and creatively spelled names, such as using symbols instead of traditional letters to spell inappropriate words. As a 77-year-old player who has seen many language tricks in games, I believe Clash should not allow such terms. However, they manage to sneak by using symbols and tricks to display objectionable content. With young members under 12 in my clan, I am disappointed by this thinly disguised vulgarity.
