Hello, I am 4got10. Recently, I was unfairly banned by an individual who was upset after being removed from our clan. I explained the reasons for his removal as a co-leader. He had shown repeated negative behavior which we could no longer tolerate. I have been a devoted player of SuperCell games since the beginning and have active accounts in all of them. I have invested a lot of time and money into your games because I see your company as a family. I have never been banned before in any of your games. Please review my case and lift the ban so that I can get back to enjoying Clash of Clans. I made a recent purchase of a $10 pack, and waking up to a ban this morning was extremely upsetting. My Clash of Clans account was stolen by someone promising to provide a Town Hall twelve or thirteen account. This person took me to a new clan, gave me an email to sign in with on Supercell, but no game was linked to that email. Unfortunately, my village ended up connected to that email. Feeling like I lost my ID, I logged out from Supercell using the email provided by the scammer. My in-game name is Badshah with player tag #9CVPOJPJY, and I was at Town Hall eleven with an experience level of one hundred and sixty-five. I've now connected my two other accounts to Supercell to prevent further incidents. I need help recovering my account. Thank you.

The new system for users under 16 restricts me from connecting my Supercell ID or logging out of the game, leaving me unable to start fresh with a new account. I attempted to recover an account from around [redacted]/[redacted] that I believed belonged to me. I lost access to the account while transferring the Town from an old iPod to a newer phone. Recently, a friend discovered it on a friend's list and sent it to me, leading me to think it was mine. I contacted customer support about the recovery process, but upon checking for a response on my iPad, I found out I had been banned due to account phishing. I sincerely believed it was my old account as I was a TH 10 in my last session, and the setup matched my previous base. I am experiencing an issue with my Clash of Clans game on my phone. I have two accounts that I enjoy playing, particularly my Town Hall 9 maxed ID. However, when trying to switch accounts to my Supercell ID, I keep getting an error message saying something went wrong. This is very frustrating as I am currently in the middle of a clan war, and any delay could result in substantial losses. The codes sent to me by Supercell to access my senior account are taking too long to arrive, sometimes more than 15 minutes. Now, I am not receiving the 6-digit code at all, and the system is showing an error message. My brother's phone is broken, and because he used my mobile to recover his clash of clans account, my Supercell ID got banned. They accused me of phishing another account, but I have strong evidence that proves my innocence. My account email is [redacted] I am very upset about this situation and feel that my concerns have not been addressed. I only have this account that has been banned, and I urge Supercell to return it to me as I am in a difficult financial situation. I have been playing Clash of Clans for the past 5 years under the name Keerti, as a TH9. Recently, I contacted Supercell to update my address after misplacing my phone to ensure the security of my account. However, I later found my phone at a relative's place. Upon logging in today, I was shocked to discover that my account had been permanently banned for alleged sharing. I find it unjust that a genuine attempt to secure my account led to losing 5 years of progress. I previously changed my email address to correct any sharing mistake and have been careful since. While I understand the authority to ban accounts, I am disheartened by the lack of information provided in my case. It seems unfair when other players engage in real fraud without consequences. When I open HayDay (HD), I keep getting the message "Could not connect to server, please try again" despite having no issues with my internet connection. I've tried resetting my iPad mini and clearing my browser, but the problem persists. I recently bought 10 days of Tom and have been unable to use it for almost half the time. I am at level 84 and do not want to lose my progress. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Jon Z.
