Good afternoon, I am writing to you as a last option to request a refund for purchases made by my * and * year old children on April *th. We have tried working with Apple, Capital One, and Visa to no avail. Our children, without our knowledge, purchased $**** worth of "Brawlers" on the game Brawl Stars. The purchases were made without our knowledge and our children were unaware that they were playing with real money when the incident occurred. They have not played the game since and will never again play Super Cell games with in-app purchases offered. We strongly feel there is blame on both sides of this incident. We should have hidden our password better and there should have been an alert to us from your company and the credit card company for the repeated charges within minutes of one another. These are young children who didn't know their actions would have such serious ramifications. We would like to work with you to come to an agreement to reduce the charges now that our claims to everyone else have been denied. Please contact us to let us know the next steps we can take. We will gladly uninstall the game, remove their accounts, and move on so they won't benefit from the star packs they purchased. **Thank you for your time, *Becky
