Hello Supercell Support, I am seeking assistance regarding my Clash of Clans account which has been compromised. I shared my Gmail account with a friend back in December, later changing the password. Subsequently, Supercell placed a security code on my account. Not having a suitable phone at that time, I had a newer friend from the game help me with this issue. After providing details about my account and purchases, Supercell requested my account to be linked to a different Gmail. My friend added his Gmail along with mine to which the game was connected and then failed to provide me with the new Gmail account connected to my game. My account, previously named Dark Predator with the ID #PVLPGPUPG, has been renamed to Hero by the scammer. I earnestly request your support in retrieving my account on the Gmail address [redacted] Feel free to ask me any questions related to my account since its inception, Gmail connectivity details, or purchases made, as I can provide screenshots of the receipts. I am willing to provide my Gmail account as proof if needed. Kindly investigate the matter, as when attempting to connect to my Gmail, the Supercell code is generated but does not successfully link the account. The scam occurred in December, although due to not having a phone, I was unable to report it earlier. Your prompt help in this matter is highly appreciated. Warm regards.

Dear Support Team, My child's account was banned over a year ago for account sharing, and he has been deeply upset since. He has been acting strangely, which is concerning. As a long-time fan of Supercell games, this ban has had a negative impact on his discipline and overall well-being. Unfortunately, he has resorted to using my credit card to purchase accounts for Brawl Stars, only to see them banned shortly after. I kindly request that you consider giving him another chance. We have tried therapy and various treatments, but his addiction persists. If his account is reinstated, I assure you that I will monitor his activities closely. He has promised to improve his grades and behavior if given this opportunity. I am genuinely worried about his well-being and academic performance. Hi, I'm a loyal fan of Supercell games, especially Clash of Clans. Recently, while hanging out with friends, I let one of them use my phone to contact support as he couldn't do it from his own phone. Later, I noticed that he had contacted support regarding an account, which surprised me as I didn't know he played the game. Shortly after, I received a notification stating that my account had been permanently banned for account fishing. I had no knowledge of what my friend was up to, and I'm devastated by the ban. Is there any way I can appeal this decision and get my account reinstated?

My Brawl Stars ID is #2G9C00P0, and I have been temporarily banned for two days. I believe this ban is unjust as I have not violated any rules. Please review the chat logs to confirm that no wrongdoing was committed. If someone falsely reported me, resulting in the ban, I urge you to reconsider. I am a dedicated player and have always followed the rules in Clash Of Clans, Clash Royale, and Brawl Stars. I am disheartened by this ban, and I promise to leave the club and avoid similar situations in the future. Please lift the ban as one day has already passed, and I do not want to lose progress on my quests. I hope for a swift resolution from your team. I recently switched from an Android phone to an iPhone and while trying to link my Clash of Clans account, I mistakenly got banned during a support chat. Unfortunately, I can't recall the correct email address associated with my main account. I am a solo player and don't use any third-party apps. I'm reaching out to request assistance in recovering my account promptly as my clan members are concerned about my absence. I've been an avid player of this game for three years. My account name is GEET, the email linked to Game Center is [redacted], and my SuperCell ID is #PRQ98CUC. I am unable to access Clash of Clans as I receive a pop-up stating that my account has been permanently banned due to an account phishing attempt. I only have one account with the given details and can't reach out to support because the game won't open beyond the ban message. I managed to capture a screenshot of my account before contacting SuperCell. Seeing this message upon opening the game has left me very worried, especially since I was participating in a war league.

I have played Clash of Clans for a while now, but I never expected Supercell to be slow in adding new features. I can't seem to find a way to Opt Out of Supercell ID and link it to a different email since I can't access my old email anymore. Supercell's responses are unhelpful, with no proper option for changing emails. It's frustrating.

I misplaced my previous phone, a Redmi Note 4, which had my Clash of Clans game progress on it. Unfortunately, I can't recall which Google account my game was linked to, or if it was even linked to one at all. I do remember that it was connected to my Facebook account only. I reached out to Supercell via email to recover my account, and they advised me to contact them through the in-game support. However, when I tried, the automated assistant, OTTO, asked me four questions about my lost village, including the name of the clan it belongs to, which I can't remember. I'm facing difficulty in retrieving my account as OTTO wasn't able to locate my village, probably because I couldn't provide the clan name during the process.

Every morning, I habitually browse the shop for new items. Today, I noticed that the Road Rage Carl skin was on sale. When I attempted to try on the skin, it led me to a loading screen that abruptly disconnected twice. After restarting the game, the issue persisted. Interestingly, the same issue occurred when trying the skin in the training cave, leading to the loading screen. Upon reopening the game, I was surprised to find my gems reduced to 47, causing some panic. Upon checking Carl's profile, I discovered that the skin appeared as intended.

Upon investigating, it seems the cause was my 16-year-old child. The game was also on my old PC that I gave to them, and they must have done something that resulted in my account being banned. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Clash of Clans account tagged #PP222VQLG. I am currently at Town Hall 11 and part of the clan The Landers, under the name Gam€ changer. About a year ago, a player deceived me into connecting my account to his Supercell account and took over my account. Previously, my account name was fighterking and it was linked to my Google Play account [redacted] When I attempt to log in with my Google Play account, my ID appears, but it requires the Supercell ID logins that the hacker possesses. I have been playing this game for almost five years and I am requesting Supercell to restore my account to my email [redacted] I am willing to provide screenshots and screen recordings to prove ownership of the account. Good afternoon, I am reaching out as a final attempt to seek a refund for unauthorized purchases made by my 6 and 9 year old children on April 9th. Despite our efforts with Apple, Capital One, and Visa, we have not been successful in resolving this issue. Our children unknowingly spent $[redacted] on "Brawlers" in the game Brawl Stars. They were unaware that they were using real money during the transactions and have not played the game since. Moving forward, they will not be allowed to play any Super Cell games with in-app purchases. We acknowledge our responsibility in not securing our password adequately, but we believe there should have been alerts from both your company and the credit card issuer regarding the multiple charges made within a short timeframe. Given the circumstances involving young children, we would like to find a resolution with your assistance after being denied by other parties. Kindly advise on the next steps we can take to address this issue promptly. We are willing to delete the game, close the accounts, and move forward to prevent any further unauthorized transactions. On July 2nd, [redacted], I contacted Supercell via email to link my Supercell ID to a new email due to suspicious activity on my current email account. Later that day, at approximately 10:00 PM, when I logged into Clash of Clans, I received a message notifying me that my account had been permanently banned by Supercell. Despite never sharing my login information with anyone and playing the game on multiple devices, Supercell has not been receptive to hearing my side of the story and providing assistance. I have invested a significant amount of money in the game over the past five years and feel like I am being unfairly treated by Supercell. I submitted screenshots of the unusual activity on my Google account to Supercell on July 3rd, but I have not received any response from them. I kindly request assistance in reclaiming my base as I am innocent and have not violated any terms of service.

After the last update, I encountered issues updating the game through the Play Store. Despite reinstalling, a new account was created. Hello, I wrote to you yesterday evening. My son played Brawl Stars and purchased gems through my Google Play account without knowing he was actually buying something. My phone is password-protected, and I allowed him to play through my account thinking I would have some control over it. Everything was fine until now.
