I'm seeking assistance regarding a ban I received related to my actions on Clash of Clans last October. I had taken my school friends' accounts to assist with their clan castles, not realizing it could be considered phishing. I now comprehend the mistake in requesting their logins in the Clash chat. I have familiarized myself with the terms of service thoroughly post-ban and acknowledge the established rules. I sincerely apologize for the previous actions, and I believe I have reformed and am deserving of a second opportunity to rectify the situation.

I helped my friend recover his account from a hacker, and now my account is banned. I can provide all the chats between me and "pangken" to prove our innocence. While my friend got his account back today, mine was unexpectedly banned. Please assist me in recovering my account. I did not engage in any phishing activity on my account. I simply used my main account to assist my friend in contacting customer service. After helping my friend recover his account on 05/11/[redacted], I found my account had been permanently banned. I have been a fair player in Clash of Clans for years and have evidence such as screenshots and chat messages to support my claim. I was unfairly banned for helping my friend, not for phishing. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue as I enjoy playing Clash of Clans. I assure you that I will not assist others in reaching out to customer service using multiple accounts in the future. I have been a fair player in Clash of Clans for years and have evidence to support this, including screenshots of conversations with my friend where I guided him on what to communicate to customer service. I believe it was unfair to be banned for simply helping a friend and not engaging in phishing. I hope for a prompt resolution as I enjoy playing Clash of Clans and promise not to assist others with customer service in the future if multiple accounts are not allowed. Please reinstate my account. I also have an active GOLD PASS and have always played the game without causing any issues. Dear Supercell Team, I am reaching out regarding the status of my Clash of Clans account, eric542gt. I acknowledge that I was banned for violating the terms of service by attempting to access a friend's account without permission. I understand the severity of my actions and have previously misled you in emails claiming ownership of the account. I admit my wrongdoing and lack of understanding of the terms of service. I am sincerely sorry for my behavior and would greatly appreciate it if you could reconsider the permanent ban. Even a reduced ban of a few months would mean a lot to me. I assure you that I have learned from this experience and will not repeat such actions. Thank you for your time and for your consideration in possibly lowering the ban duration.

I am experiencing an issue with my Supercell ID. Despite logging into my village from various phones, the Supercell ID remains logged into those devices. As a result, I am unable to regain leadership of my level 17 clan, and I fear someone may take advantage of this situation. I have spent a significant amount of money on this account, including purchasing a $50 Google Play card recently and using it on the village. After struggling all morning to resolve this issue and eventually managing to do so, I was suddenly locked out due to suspicious activity. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

On the morning of April 22nd, upon opening my village, a message indicated that my Supercell ID had expired and required relogin. After entering my email address, I received a verification code. Upon inputting the code, a new window requested an unlock code for my village. Despite sending an email to Supercell detailing the issue from my registered email address, I received no response. Further attempts through the Supercell Contact Us forum also proved futile. Recently, an agent advised me to seek assistance through Help & Support in-game. Despite daily efforts submitting all required information, I consistently receive messages that OTTO cannot locate my village. Though in two responses my village was reportedly located, providing a reference number and a special reference number, all my subsequent emails in the last 10 days remain unanswered. The pattern continues with the OTTO bot responses at Help & Support appearing unchanged.

On the morning of April 22nd, upon opening my village, I received a message stating that my Supercell ID had expired and required a relogin. I entered my email address, received the verification code, and input it, only to be prompted with a request for an unlock code as my village was locked. Despite reaching out to Supercell through various channels, including email and their Contact Us forum, I have not received any resolution. I was advised by an agent to seek help through the in-game Help & Support, where I have diligently provided all necessary details. Unfortunately, the responses from the OTTO bot consistently state that my village cannot be found. Despite being given reference numbers, my emails remain unanswered for the past 10 days. This has resulted in me missing out on the entire season of Clan Games and CWL. I am urgently in need of an unlock code to regain access to my account and village.

Dear Support Team, I am a Free to Play player in Brawl Stars and appreciate the game's friendliness towards us. However, I encountered an issue. The recent release of the Brawl Pass was unknown to me when I spent my gems on skins, realizing later that the pass could have been a better investment. Unfortunately, I now find myself 17 gems short if I aim to complete the pass. Given this oversight, I feel frustrated and would have appreciated knowing about the Brawl Pass sooner to make a more informed choice. Hello, my account has been suspended for 3 days, even though the ban was only for 2 days as mentioned in the message I received when entering the game. Since the 2 days have passed, I have been unable to access my account. The issue seems to be with the Supercell ID. When I go to settings, click on connect, then sign in, I enter my email but the verification code never arrives. I have checked everywhere, including spam folders, but the code never comes through. This is after the 2-day suspension from the game. I am providing you with all the data of my account and clan, and I hope you can resolve this as I have invested a lot of money and time into this account, and losing it would be very disappointing. I am unable to access my Hay Day account after signing in with Facebook. It is prompting me to sign in with Super Cell ID, but I do not remember the email and password I used for it. I typically play my games through Facebook and would appreciate assistance to regain access. My Hay Day farm is FSU's 52, and my mom's is 54 something, and I don't want to start over. I use Facebook for other games like 8 Ball Pool. Please contact me to help retrieve my account, as the only way to access it is through the Super Cell ID, where I have spent a significant amount on in-game purchases. I have a Clash of Clans account. I was buying items using my mum's card, but she disputed the charges. The payment was suspended, and my account went into a negative balance of -[redacted] gems a couple of months ago. Although the payment was eventually authorized, the -[redacted] gems were not removed from my account. This is unfair as I had paid for them. I am unable to receive free promotions or purchase season passes now. I would like to resolve this issue so I can use my own card for purchases. We have been playing this game since [redacted]. We were in a clan for a long time with some people and became good friends. During lockdown, we contacted some of our old friends to join us in a new clan. One friend mentioned that he stopped playing Clash of Clans and offered my husband his account to play with. My husband decided to change the email associated with the account through Super Cell to ensure our friend's peace of mind. However, after playing a few raids, the account got locked. Despite multiple discussions with Super Cell, they banned my husband's main account without providing any evidence of wrongdoing. We acknowledge that sharing accounts is against Super Cell's policy but believe the punishment is harsh given our history with the game. We are frustrated by the lack of communication and transparency in the process, and we are willing to cooperate to resolve the situation fairly. Having a single dedicated agent or a phone conversation with Super Cell would greatly help clarify the matter. We are disappointed that we can no longer enjoy the in-game purchases and perks. We seek clarity on Super Cell's policies regarding consumer rights and fair treatment of loyal customers like us.

It is unjust to ban accounts for phishing attempts. I have never used Xmod or any third-party software. I am confused why my account ⚡Wai Gyi ⚡​ was banned. This account has numerous skins and a fully maxed Town Hall 13. I have been playing since [redacted], investing both time and money into the game, so it feels incredibly unfair to be banned. I have not done anything wrong, so why is my account targeted for phishing? If my account remains banned, I will share my experience on social media. It's disheartening to be treated this way. I hope Supercell reconsiders and rectifies this situation. Please review my account #URPVPL9Q. I just want to know why I am being punished like this.

Hello Supercell, I am a big fan of Clash of Clans (COC) and have been playing for 5 years. The game helps me destress and relax. I have two accounts - "dodey" and "MasteR dodeY". Recently, while trying to play on my second account, "dodey" was unexpectedly banned. Sadly, I can't access "MasteR dodeY" as I forgot the email and password associated with it. I assure you, I didn't break any rules or engage in any malicious activities, just wanted to enjoy the game. I miss playing COC, especially during this boring home quarantine period. Hello, I wanted to share my son's message to Supercell regarding an issue he's encountering in Boom Beach. My in-game nickname is 'EVILSTAR,' and I was recently banned, which I believe happened due to a misunderstanding. I play on both a Samsung tablet (old device) and a Samsung phone (new device). On my tablet, I had a level 35 base with [redacted] medals and player tag #9LPYUL9PP. On my phone, I had a level 19 base with [redacted] medals and player tag #8VJ2PRC08. On May 19, I attempted to link both accounts using Supercell ID, hoping to access my higher-level base on my phone as well. Unfortunately, I inadvertently ended up with my lower-level base on both devices. When seeking assistance, I was banned after failing to provide specific details about my old base's creation date. I am requesting that my ban be lifted, and that I regain access to my original base on both devices. I can confirm that my old account was briefly accessed on May 19, after a long period of inactivity. Your help with resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

In [redacted]-14, I had an account named Pizza Man. Unfortunately, I lost access to it. Later, around [redacted], I created a new account with the same name. Sadly, this new account got banned when I tried to reclaim my original one. I mistakenly associated with a similar-looking account named Pizza MAN, only to realize it wasn't mine. Upon trying to rectify the error, my new account was permanently banned the following day. The tag of the mistaken account is #U9R298V2, and the banned account's tag is 2RVCJGGYP. Regrettably, I've invested a significant amount of money into the new account. I understand the mistake I made and the repercussions. I have learned not to attempt to recover any more accounts due to the severe consequences.

I was recently banned from my Clash of Clans village at Town Hall level 11 under the name Sergio in The Warlords clan. I have reached XP [redacted] with [redacted] war stars and 3.4k trophies. This ban feels extremely unfair as it was due to letting my cousins access my account briefly. I had important exams, and during that time, I needed to participate in clan wars, donate, and contribute to clan games. Only a day after sharing my account, I was banned by Supercell for violating the Terms of Service by sharing account information. I acknowledge the concern about account security, but I assure you, my cousins are trustworthy, and our connection was even from the same location (Lebanon). Over the years, I have invested over $[redacted] in the game and have been a dedicated player since [redacted]. I kindly request a review of my ban as I am certain I did not intend to breach any rules knowingly.
