I am having trouble regaining access to my old account. I created this account when I was around 15-16 and used it on my iPad, which I no longer have. I lack detailed information about the account. Despite providing all the details requested by the automated system and the support person, I logged back into Clash of Clans to find it banned for phishing. I was not attempting to steal an account but to reconnect with my old one to support my clan. I know I was friends with this account on my main one, and it closely resembles my old account. A simple notification that the account was incorrect and guidance to find my old one would have sufficed. Getting banned without warning is extremely frustrating. I have cherished that account for years and just wanted to participate in the clan war league with my friends, not face a ban.

Recently, while attempting to upgrade my Town Hall to level 10, I accidentally clicked on the gem cost button. This led to the cancellation of my upgrade and a significant loss of gems. I have an iPad that I keep in my house for my children to use. My children, aged 8 and 13, do not have their own devices yet. Today, when I logged into my Clash of Clans account, I received a notification stating that my account has been banned. Upon discussing this with my children, they mentioned that they were involved in some inappropriate behavior within the game. I have since informed them that they are no longer allowed to use the iPad or access my Clash of Clans account. I am part of a clan that is eagerly anticipating the CWL and aiming to rank in the top 10 in the United States. I am feeling extremely upset about my account. I had invested a lot of time and effort into it. I requested Supercell to assist me in changing my email, but unfortunately, my account got locked instead. I have all the required information, including the email I use to log in to my Clash of Clans account, but I haven't received any help despite reaching out through the in-game "contact us" option. I am now sharing the email linked to my Supercell COC account. Please, I am desperate to get my account back. Your assistance would mean everything to me.

Hello, I hope to receive a message back regarding my lost Clash of Clans account. I am unsure why it was banned - perhaps due to a report, but I am not certain. I am reaching out because I do not want to start over on a new account. I had made significant progress on the account that was banned. I did not receive any explanation or have a chance to appeal the ban. I have seen videos where others were banned for a few days or a month, but I was banned permanently without any reasons given. It seems quite unfair. I have invested a lot of time in this game, but I am not sure if I want to continue playing after this disappointing experience. I live in a village named Gnes with a Town Hall level 12 in the clan Proud2b CHNDmll with a XP level of [redacted]. My player tag is #9LGJV2CGY, and my clan tag is #GUGPYVGY. I initially used my friends' phones to play my Clash of Clans account due to not having my own device. When I contacted Supercell about my account being accessed from different locations, they lifted the in-game ban for security. I set up my account in Khatima, India in November [redacted] on a Redmi [redacted]. Over the years, I used various devices like Oppo A33f, Samsung GT-I9192, Vivo vivo [redacted], Vivo [redacted], and Realme RMX1801 to play. I changed my name from Gnes to Iñstint warløck and reverted it back to Gnes on April 27, [redacted], with 1,[redacted] gems. Recently, I noticed unauthorized access, leading me to contact Supercell to secure my account. Despite providing my Gmail information, I am unable to play after making a complaint. I request the restoration of my village as I have invested years into it and seek your assistance.

My account was created in India, Khatima, in November [redacted], and I have used various devices to play including Redmi [redacted], Oppo A33f, Samsung GT-I9192, Vivo vivo [redacted], Vivo [redacted], and Realme RMX1801. I changed my village name from Gnes to Iñstint warløck back to Gnes in April [redacted]. Recently, I noticed unauthorized access and reported it to Supercell. The game is connected to my Gmail account [redacted] My latest activity was on Monday morning, April 27, [redacted], with 17 gems, upgraded wizard tower and queen, and had around [redacted] trophies. I haven't made any purchases in the game. The initial device used was a Redmi [redacted], followed by various others like Oppo A33f, Samsung GT-I9192, Realme RMX1801, Vivo vivo [redacted], and Vivo [redacted]. I am unable to access my account despite having the linked Gmail. It seems there is confusion regarding ownership and security of the Supercell ID.

Dear Support Team, I am an active player of Clash of Clans with the player tag #UPCL02QY, and I go by the name ☯️MR.RAHUL☯️. Currently, I am at Town Hall 13 with a level of [redacted] and am part of the INDIA clan. My account is linked to a Supercell ID, which is associated with my email [redacted] Since this morning, I have been experiencing unauthorized login attempts on my account. The game keeps indicating that another device is trying to access my village, causing disruptions to my gameplay. I suspect that my account has been compromised as I have not shared my login details with anyone. The unauthorized user keeps leaving my current clan and immediately joins FLYING TOGETHER. This situation has been troubling me all day, and I fear losing all the progress I have made. I have reached out through the Help & Support section, but unfortunately, I have not received any responses or solutions to resolve this issue. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the problem. I kindly urge Supercell to disconnect my current Supercell ID and allow me to connect a new Supercell or Gmail ID. Dear Supercell, I need to bring to your attention a matter regarding the Indian clan tag #QR2C4G2R. This clan belonged to my deceased brother, Sudhan. I am his younger brother, Shubham. My late brother's tag was #8UJ2CVCYL, and mine is #LL900222C. Recently, an automatic email was sent to our clan indicating a leadership change to an individual named Anuj. Sadly, as my brother passed away, the account has been inactive since I do not have access to the Gmail and password associated with it. This inactivity is causing numerous issues in the clan. I kindly request that you consider transferring the leadership to me, as I am the younger brother of the deceased leader. This change would help resolve the problems in the clan. I understand and agree with you that stealing others' accounts is a serious offense that warrants a ban, especially if someone is taking credit for another person's hard work. I want to clarify that I am not that type of person, and I can provide evidence to support this. I have been an active player of this game for around 4 to 5 years, and I would never engage in something as dishonest as taking someone else's efforts as my own. This account is my primary one; although I have had other accounts in the past, I have given them to friends. I tried to assist my friend in recovering his account, which led me to contact Supercell using my main account. Unfortunately, I provided incorrect information during the process, resulting in my account being banned. As a long-time player of Clash of Clans, I admit I have not reviewed the Terms of Service (TOS) recently. It would be helpful if players were given a warning before being banned, especially since some players, like myself, may not have up-to-date information and could unintentionally provide incorrect details.

My TH11 account, known as #HAUSER#, has been hacked. I am aware of the hacker's identity, but he has blocked me on all platforms, making it impossible to reach out.
