I have a suggestion for the game 'Clash Of Clans'. The season pass seems a bit too easy to complete, so I propose adding an option to pay an additional $4.99 for more tiers after finishing the initial pass. This enhancement could increase player engagement by offering more content. Personally, I have already completed the current season pass and now have to wait 14 days until the next one. Dear Sir, I recently changed my phone due to water damage and lost access to my account associated with the "Village name: Rambo" and "Clan name: Mafia WaRRioRs" at level 17. My Tag is #2Y29CLOCL. Despite multiple attempts to contact help and support, I have not received any assistance in retrieving my account. When I started playing on a new device, I was given a new level 1 village automatically, and my attempts to reach out were blocked. Even emails to them have resulted in unhelpful automated responses. As players who have invested money in this game, we require attention from a real person, not just automated replies. I kindly request someone to assist me with this issue, as it has been over two months since I have been able to access my game. Good afternoon Supercell, I'm reaching out because my account, Draken, was permanently banned. I have had this account for almost 6 years, and there was a mistake. I was trying to recover an account that belonged to a family member who no longer played. They said I could have the account if I managed to recover it, and without warning, my account was banned. There was a misunderstanding; I was not trying to steal. I have evidence to support this. I have a total of 6 accounts, 2 of which belonged to friends who never played. One was a gift, and the other friend had their account stolen. I went through a similar situation with one of my accounts, and when I helped that friend recover their Brawl Stars account, they gifted me the account that is now banned. I had even purchased 3 premium passes on that account. This game is the one I have dedicated the most time to in my life, and it would be devastating to lose it. Unfortunately, I don't remember the account ID, but it was in the clan SOUL DRAKEN, and it was a TH10 that I upgraded a month ago. Please, I don't want to lose that account. I participated in an event where I won a book of heroes, but when I tried to use it after already having one, it disappeared. The game developers claimed this is how it has always worked, but I believe this is untrue. I encounter situations like this about six times a month, and I am frustrated with the constant rule changes. As a paying customer, I simply want to receive the book I earned without being fed generic lies. The inconsistent policies are becoming tiresome.

Hello, I am Romeo Șerbă***, the owner of a Supercell ID linked to my Gmail account, ****@gmail.com. I play Brawl Stars and my in-game name is Ro****s. Yesterday, I was trophy pushing with Emz and Pam, both recently unlocked. After reaching around [redacted] trophies, I noticed a discrepancy when I returned to the game today. Pam was replaced by Emz on the main menu, and my trophy count had increased to [redacted]. Upon checking my battlelog, I discovered two games had been played without my knowledge. Additionally, I was removed as the leader of my club, ×HatzGamerz×. Suspecting my account was hacked by a Romanian player, I am concerned as I have invested over [redacted] euros into the game. I have never shared my account information and value playing independently. Losing my progress due to unauthorized access is disheartening, especially as I aspire to create YouTube content. Kindly assist in securing my account and preventing unauthorized access. Thank you.

I'm Quentin Lay, and I got banned for using a farm bot that was supposed to be safe. I spent over $[redacted] on my account and had it for 4 years. The person who sold me the bot disappeared after I got banned, leaving me in a tough spot. I want my account restored, and I promise not to use any exploits again. I lost touch with the seller who misled me about the bot's safety. Starting back at th1 in [redacted] isn't ideal as I'm th13 and don't want to miss out on updates or spend years catching up. I regret the wasted money and time, and I've learned my lesson not to trust shady sellers. It's been a tough year and a half without my account, so I won't risk using exploits or contacting unauthorized sources for help.

I have been trying to contact you regarding an issue I have been experiencing for the past 8 days without any resolution. I recently acquired a new phone and would like to link my existing Brawl Stars account from my iPad to the new device by using my Supercell ID. However, due to my email being compromised, I needed to update it to a new one that I created. A few days ago, I reached out to support and had my email changed to the new one. Unfortunately, this led to all my game data, including records and trophies, being reset. Despite this, my original account is still active, indicating that a new account was created instead. I have been patiently waiting for a solution to this issue.

I need help with retrieving an unlock code as my Supercell account got locked. My younger brother used my account and now it's asking for a code to unlock it. Hello, I am reaching out again to request the unbanning of my account as contacting Supercell support directly has been unhelpful. I am disappointed in how my situation was handled, as I believe the ban placed on my account was unjust. A few years ago, I had two accounts, "GHALI THE KING" and "~~ZIZO~~". Recently, when I attempted to access them, only "GHALI THE KING" was accessible. The second account was linked to another email address without my permission. Despite explaining this to Supercell's in-game support, my "GHALI THE KING" account was permanently banned without any assistance regarding the stolen account. My attempts to communicate via email have been futile, receiving only generic responses claiming a violation of terms and services. This is frustrating as I am seeking help for a stolen account, not punishment. I am disheartened by Supercell's lack of support and hope for the restoration of both my accounts. I possess evidence proving ownership of both accounts and have always played fairly. I urge Supercell to rectify this situation promptly. Thank you.

I have two accounts, one named GHALI THE KING and the second ~~ZIZO~~. I stopped playing with both for 4-5 years and then came back to try to access them. I only managed to regain access to the first account. The second account was taken by someone who accessed my GameCenter and linked it to their Supercell ID. I reported this to Supercell through the in-game chat, and they unfairly banned me. I have contacted them via email, but they either do not respond or simply state that I violated their terms and services, which I did not do. I'm seeking help to retrieve my accounts as I miss playing the game. I am a fair player and have never engaged in any unfair practices. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering either of my villages. I am truly let down by Supercell's actions towards me.

On March 2, [redacted], my friend inadvertently used my account, unknowingly leading to it being banned. This account has been part of my Clash of Clans experience for the past 6 to 7 years, reaching XP level [redacted] and over [redacted] war stars. Recently, I even purchased the February season's gold pass. I primarily play on a Honor 9N device, previously on an Itel device. My player tag is #8ULVRVPG8, and I was last active on March 2, [redacted], at 12 PM, under the clan name "SK Boys." I assure you of my innocence and commitment as a player. The recent implementation of immediate permanent bans without warning has caused distress among loyal players like me. The lack of clarity in these situations, where some have been unjustly banned, is concerning.

Hello Supercell, Today, when attempting to log into my game, I was prompted to confirm my Supercell ID. After entering the code, I received a message stating that access to the game was restricted for security reasons and requested a security code. I am unsure why this code was set automatically and by whom. I have invested significant time and effort into this game. I had an issue where I lost my account while attempting to create two accounts for one game. I tried changing my email to receive notifications from Super Sale, but in the process, my account got deleted. I had to start all over, and I'm frustrated. I've been trying to resolve this for a while and would appreciate a prompt solution.

My Clash of Clans village tag is #2RJLQPPUV named Anisul. While adjusting my mobile security settings, I unknowingly changed my password and got locked out of my account. Despite numerous attempts, I could not recall my new password and had to format my phone, resulting in the loss of all my accounts. I created a new Google Play account to reinstall COC, but I am struggling to remember my previous account details. I interacted with the O.T.T.O automated system for assistance but could not retrieve my lost village. I currently have a TH 10 base borrowed from my brother while I try to recover my original account. I am reaching out here with high hopes for assistance in reclaiming my lost village. I would like to recover my account. I have been told it was due to reports, but I have done nothing wrong. There were two of us involved in an argument. It started when a member of the clan was instructing me on attacking strategies, and I politely corrected him, which escalated the situation.
