Hello Supercell, I've been trying to recover my secondary account as I changed devices and couldn't remember the email linked to it. I would appreciate your help as it's unfair to be permanently banned due to a game error assuming I wanted to steal an account. I've been playing for 4 years and losing my account this way is unjust as I am innocent of the identity theft accusation. The ban states it's for "impersonation in an account," but I was only trying to recover my own account. How could I be stealing from myself? I hope you can assist me, friends. I recently switched devices and realized that the email address I entered for my secondary account was incorrect. I reached out to Supercell through the in-game support for assistance. Everything was going smoothly until I received a permanent ban for allegedly attempting to impersonate someone else's account. I was only trying to recover my secondary account, so it feels unfair to be accused of such actions. It's been painful for me as I've been playing Clash of Clans for 4 years without any issues. I always play by the rules and respect other players. Being permanently banned feels unjust. I've been trying to seek help everywhere to recover my banned account, which was at TH13 and took a lot of effort to build. It's disheartening that the game made a mistake in banning me this way. Last night, while playing Clash of Clans, I asked my uncle if I could recover his old account that he had given me. He confirmed that it was possible as he had recovered his account the night before. Assuming the same, I tried to recover his Town Hall 11 account. Unfortunately, my account got banned after attempting this. I had invested $30 in purchasing diamonds to strengthen my base with builder upgrades. It's frustrating that my account was permanently banned without understanding the situation or my intentions from last night. All I wanted to do was try and restore his old account.

I have been playing Clash Royale since its release, and I'm frustrated with the imbalance in matchmaking. It's disheartening to face a level 13 player with maxed cards when I'm just at level 10. The disparity in levels seems unfair, especially when dealing with opponents who have dropped trophies intentionally. This issue is not unique to me; my friends who also play are experiencing the same problem. The game used to be balanced, but now it feels skewed and illogical. I hope the game developers can address these concerns and restore balance so that players like myself can continue enjoying Clash Royale. I recently opened my clan and started CWL. I have been participating in clan games, wars, and donating troops actively. When I logged in today to participate in our second war day, I was surprised to see that I have been banned for 2 days. I have only been contributing positively to the clan by donating and congratulating members on promotions. I suspect there may have been a misunderstanding or someone from another clan who joined us may have reported me mistakenly. I have only communicated with my son in the clan, and he would not have reported me as he relies on my donations for war. Hi, I'm Dev. Let me share with you what happened to my account. I attempted to change my Supercell ID due to suspicions of someone else using it. During the conversation with Supercell support, they asked me about 9-10 questions. I provided accurate answers to all, except for the starting date of the game as I couldn't recall it precisely. Supercell, my brother's account got hacked. My younger brother inadvertently shared all the account details when our account was inexplicably locked. The hacker, pretending to assist in unlocking it, has taken over my brother's account. Please assist, as my brother worked hard to reach Power 10 with Leon. The hacker known as Jaylee YT, now Troiter, likely targeted my brother's account due to his own being banned. The hacker has changed the password and SuperCell ID. Despite attempts, no SuperCell employees have contacted me. I have evidence, including screenshots of the hacker admitting to the deceit after joining my Brawl Stars team. I enjoy playing Clash Royale, and I've noticed patterns in my gameplay. When I win multiple matches then consistently face opponents with decks that counter mine, such as log bait, it seems like there might be algorithms at play. I don't mind if there are algorithms, but I would appreciate some confirmation of their existence. Similarly, in Clash of Clans builder base, I experience winning streaks followed by losing streaks despite using the same strategy. It's puzzling how this happens without some form of manipulation. I acknowledge that algorithms may not be foolproof, as there are instances where I could defeat an opponent using log bait who plays poorly.

Dear Supercell, I have been a dedicated player of your game for 6 years now and I must say, it's one of the best games I have ever played. The goblins in the game have always fascinated me with their design and intriguing background in the Clash of Clans universe. However, I believe they are missing a key character - a leader, a Goblin President. This new unit could bring a fresh dynamic to the game by having the power to steal a percentage of the enemy's funds, much like historical figures such as Harriet Tubman, Donald Trump, Obama, and Andrew Jackson. By introducing a strong leader for the goblins, you could add depth to their storyline and gameplay. I believe this addition would enhance the game experience for all players.
