I am reaching out for assistance with my son's Brawl Stars account. He is only seven years old and has unknowlingly made 14 purchases of Gems Pack using his father's card. This has resulted in a significant expense for us. I have already contacted [redacted] with the transaction codes, but have only received an automated reply. I can be reached at [redacted][redacted] or [redacted] Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A few years back, I used to play Clash of Clans and had reached level 96, investing around 20-30 euros in the account. Recently, my friends restarted playing, prompting me to retrieve my old village. It was linked through Facebook and possibly Google Play, although I now only use IOS. Upon reconnecting via Facebook, a prompt appeared, and without much thought, I clicked yes, assuming it meant to load my old village. To my dismay, nothing occurred, and my friends could no longer view my old account on their list. I fear I mistakenly indicated starting a new village. Is there a way to recover my progress, or is there a possibility to attempt this? Preserving all the effort I put into the game is crucial to me.

I cannot remember the email address I used for my Supercell ID, and I no longer have access to that account. I do have my Gmail account, but I am unable to access the game using it alone. When I try to connect with my Gmail, I am prompted to log in with Supercell ID. I have tried seeking assistance from 'help and support', but even after providing the correct details, the new O.T.T.O bots are not helpful. I would like to either delete my current Supercell ID or change the email associated with it. Supercell, I can provide proof that the account is mine. Please assist me in recovering it. Clash of Clans is essential to me.

Two years ago, my phone was stolen by someone who violated the terms of service set by Supercell on my account. Although I managed to recover my Gmail account, the thief still had access to my gaming account. Now, as I try to regain access, I find that it has been banned. This account was special to me, a Town Hall 11 with an XP level of [redacted], my very first account. I am eager to reclaim it and have all the necessary information to prove my ownership. I hope for just one opportunity to restore my account. Thank you.

I am having an issue with my Clash of Clans account. I have no problems with my Hay Day or Clash Royale accounts. I keep receiving the same response stating that my account has been associated with a third-party application, which was not me but someone else. I used that profile a while ago. Please assist me in resolving this issue and lift the ban on my account. My linked Google Play Games account is [redacted], account name ROHITH. I am not sure of the clan name, but I used to be in War Lockers. It's possible they removed me. My Town Hall is level 10. I hope you can understand the situation as I have been a TH level 10 player for two years. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I've partially solved my previous issue. I can now access my main account. However, I'm facing a new problem when trying to switch from my main account to my secondary account, which I registered with Supercell ID. Should I register my main account with Supercell ID or just log in? I used my main account email to register my secondary account with Supercell ID. Should I create a new Supercell ID or simply log in where my secondary account is already registered?

Hello Supercell, I am writing to address the recent ban on my account, Antonio777. My account was banned after my cousin played Clash of Clans on my phone without my permission, leading to this unfortunate situation. I had specifically asked him not to access the game, but he still did. He was actually trying to log into his own account, so please note this was not a case of phishing, but an honest mistake on his part. I am truly saddened by this ban as I did nothing wrong, and it was my cousin's actions that caused the issue. I assure you I will not allow anyone else to use my phone for the game, despite me initially allowing it. Kindly reconsider and lift the ban on my account. The player tag associated with my account is QPV8RCR. Thank You

I submitted a message via the Help and Support feature in the game, but just to follow up, I'm reaching out via email. I'm facing difficulties recovering my account because of an email issue. I'm hoping you can assist me in updating the email associated with my account to one that I can access. This will enable me to log in to my Town Hall 10 base. I haven't been able to access this account for approximately 7 months or possibly longer. Below are some details for reference: - Account Name: Capt_America - Account Level: [redacted] - Account Number: JOCCQ89L - Town Hall Level: 10

I experienced a frustrating issue with Clash Royale last night. The game would get stuck at 50% loading for about a minute and when it finally opened, opening a chest would freeze on the animation for another 2 minutes. I kept restarting the game, sometimes it would work, sometimes not. Brawl Stars seemed fine, so I assumed it was just a problem on my end and decided to sleep. However, the problem persisted today with Clash Royale showing a red Wi-Fi icon and Brawl Stars getting stuck at "connecting to services" or "92%". Even when I tried to start a match, it would freeze at "6/6" and I couldn't get into the game at all. It's frustrating me as it's wasting a lot of my time. I'm certain it's not my phone's fault as I've tried all troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the game and checking my Wi-Fi connection. I'm quite upset about this and I hope for a quick resolution.

Hello, I'm Tara Takuli. I've been playing Clash of Clans since [redacted]. I have my own clan, and I'm a Town Hall 12 player. Unfortunately, my second account, also a Town Hall 12, was scammed by someone I know on Facebook. This person cheated me by obtaining my email ID and password and is now using my account. He has promised to return the account to me. I desperately want to recover my account. I'm willing to provide any additional details if needed. Thank you.

I have been playing this game for years. Upon turning 18 and graduating, I realized my account was linked to my school email. Since switching to a new phone, I have been unable to access my account as the email is no longer active. This has left me feeling frustrated as I have invested a significant amount of time into this game. I cannot even recall the exact day I began playing due to the long duration. I remember the game's name and the clan it belongs to. I genuinely miss playing. Thank you for your assistance.

It would be beneficial if the game's matchmaking system took into account not only the number of trophies but also the level of the king, as it can be frustrating to be matched with opponents of much higher levels. Additionally, some players find certain cards like the Megaknight and Balloon to be overpowered and suggest they be adjusted. There is a request to balance the rewards in the Royale pass, as it seems unfair that the paid pass gives significantly more legendary cards than the free version. Legendary cards are recognized as being very powerful in the game compared to other card types.

I recently purchased a new iPad and attempted to transfer my Hay Day game progress. I have a farm named Spikeadelic, which is at level [redacted] with 17,[redacted],[redacted] coins, [redacted] diamonds, as well as various vouchers and boosters. After transferring to the new iPad, my game restarted as if it were brand new. I tried setting up a Supercell ID to transfer the game to the new device, but did not receive the six-digit confirmation code via email. As a result, when I attempted to proceed on my phone, it deleted all my game progress as well. Although I still have the game on my old iPad, I am unable to transfer it to my phone or new iPad due to the Supercell ID setup causing issues. I am feeling quite frustrated as I simply want to enjoy my Hay Day game on my new iPad without losing my progress.

I am experiencing a troubling situation with another player in our clan. This player has been making threats to get us banned for months now, and today our leader was actually banned. Immediately after this happened, the player in question joined our clan and continued with the threats, causing a lot of stress for all of us. This behavior is seriously affecting our gaming experience, and we are unsure how to handle it. I am seeking guidance on how to address this issue and find a resolution.

I initially linked my ID with Google, but then I decided to link it with Supercell. It seems there's an issue as it displays that my TH10 ID is connected to Supercell; however, when I try to get the code from Gmail, it states that someone is trying to access my ID, even though there's no ID connected to Supercell. I attempted to open my ID using my friend's account, which is linked to a different village via Google. I connected to Supercell using his account, and I receive the code, but when the game starts, it shows my friend's base instead of mine on my ID. I require assistance, please help me resolve this confusion.

I've been locked out of my Supercell ID for Clash of Clans for 24 hours. Remembering numbers isn't easy for everyone, and the constant emails with different codes are confusing. I've put a lot of effort into this account over the years. I would appreciate getting my Google sign-in back; it's much simpler and more convenient. Could you please unlock my account sooner than 24 hours? I haven't been able to play all day due to work, and I was looking forward to relaxing with the game.

I am unsure if this is the official Supercell email, but if it is, I am facing a significant issue. My Brawl Stars account has over [redacted] trophies and was linked to an old Gmail address that I accidentally deleted and cannot recover. I am inquiring whether it is possible to change the main email address associated with the account named "yee_yee" from the now-deleted email "[redacted]" Due to the email deletion, I am unable to sign in on other devices as verification emails cannot be sent to a nonexistent email address. I can verify my ownership of the account with the password "Danikahale9." This may be an unusual problem, but my love for Brawl Stars makes it crucial to resolve. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently received a ban in Clash of Clans due to a breach in the terms of service. I fully acknowledge my error and apologize for my behavior. I admit fault in not thoroughly reviewing the terms of service. I am reaching out in hopes of assistance in unbanning my account. I have made multiple attempts to contact support as I am eager to regain access to my village. I am aware of the severity of my mistake. My village was intricately linked to my email and Facebook accounts, causing confusion amongst my friends and clanmates. I understand the strict enforcement of rules but kindly request Supercell's help in rectifying this issue. This account is significant to me, being my primary and strongest one. I have invested both time and money into it.

I am writing to inform you that I encountered an issue while setting up my Supercell ID that resulted in the loss of my original village in Clash of Clans. Despite not playing the game for some time, I recently re-downloaded it only to find a default village. Upon connecting my Google email [redacted], I was prompted to create a Supercell ID, which I did successfully. However, the game continued to load the default village instead of my old one. After conducting some research online, I followed Clash of Clans support's advice to reconnect my Google account in the settings. Despite logging out of Supercell and logging back in with my Gmail ID, I was still unable to retrieve my old village. I attempted to resolve the issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the default village persisted.

I have a clan with two bases. When I opened the latest one, I only saw the newest base but couldn't access the oldest one. The name of my clan is "Why Not?" and I was the leader. My name on the base I need to retrieve is Cranck, while I can see the newest one named Cranck II. I need to know how to access Cranck. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]
