I recently upgraded to an iPhone 11 and attempted to log into my previous Clash Royale account. I recall being at level 11. However, I mistakenly associated my old Gmail with a new account, resulting in starting afresh at level 1. Any assistance in restoring my original account would be greatly appreciated. I really cherish playing the game and would be grateful to have my former account reinstated. The email linked to the account is bigpolocrew69[at]gmail.com.

My son, a minor, has been charged around $[redacted] in the Clash Royale game using my credit card without my authorization. These charges are illegal. I have already contacted Apple/iTunes but they were unable to reverse the charges. I am planning to file a class-action lawsuit as charging a minor without the card owner's permission is unacceptable. Please contact me via phone or email for further details. Thank you. - I.

Hello everyone, I need help with Clash of Clans. I recently purchased a new phone and created a new Apple ID. Unfortunately, I can't remember the password for my old Game Centre account named KingKarl003. I was advised to reach out here to assist in recovering my account. I am a town hall 10 player in Australia, but I am unsure about the email and password associated with the account. I am in the process of upgrading to max level, with most, if not all defenses already maxed and working on leveling up the walls to level 10. Thank you for any guidance you can provide.

In [redacted], I had a Town Hall 7 base in Clash of Clans under the name Dipanshu (K). Unfortunately, in May, my Samsung device encountered a software issue that erased all data, including my COC village. My cousin had my phone for a few months during this time. Upon getting my phone back, I couldn't remember my account details. I've searched everywhere for help through support, Google, and other means, but haven't had any luck in recovering my village. If anyone can help locate my lost COC ID, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

While playing Clash Royale, I've noticed that I'm losing more trophies than I gain. The recent changes have made it challenging to progress through the current arena/league. It would be great if the losing trophy amount could be adjusted back to the previous update where it was around 14 to 16 trophies lost per match. This would help players who are on a losing streak from dropping arenas too quickly.

When I attempt to reach out to Supercell for help within Clash Royale by accessing the "Help and Support" section and selecting "Contact Us," I experience a frustrating issue where the game repeatedly kicks me out to my device's home screen. I have made several attempts to contact them, but the problem persists. My intention for reaching out to Supercell is to request a clan name change from "MAVERICKS" to "PRODIGY." As the clan leader, I believe the new name would better reflect our group. My username within the game is SPEEDY19.

I suspect my account has been compromised as it was accessed by unauthorized users and led to a ban due to third-party applications. I've been unable to access it for a year now and kindly request for it to be unblocked. In the future, I will promptly reach out if I receive any warning messages. However, I haven't received any notifications regarding this issue, which seems to be a flaw in the interface. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Hello.. I have been playing Clash of Clans for many years. It has been 1 year since I lost my account. I contacted the help center for assistance, but they have not responded. Unfortunately, my Gmail ID was mistakenly deleted last October. I kept the COC game uninstalled at that time. When I reinstalled it, my account showed up as Town Hall 1 instead of my original Town Hall 11 account. My account name is Ashwin at Town Hall 11 and I was a member of a clan called Awesome Machis. I am experiencing frequent raids on my base in Boom Beach. Despite my attempts at changing the layout and statues, I continue to be raided multiple times a day, resulting in resource loss. I find this unfair and frustrating. The responses from Sparky, though perceived as unhelpful, further exacerbate the situation. I seek clarification on why the matchmaking system seems to target my base excessively. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I recently logged back into my previous Clash of Clans account on my iPad and realized that I deleted the email address linked to my Supercell ID. Now, when I try to access the account on my phone, a verification code is sent to the deleted email address. My account may have been hacked, which is concerning as I have never encountered any issues with it before. If any warning pop-ups appear, that would indicate a problem. I am looking for assistance in transitioning my email to a super sell account for added convenience. Although I also have a Clash Royale account, thankfully I have not faced any complications with it. I want to assure that I have not engaged in any dishonest behavior. I was taken by surprise as I received no prior warnings before discovering my account was inaccessible. I have a Town Hall 10 base named Kuff. Unfortunately, I can't recall my serial number. Before creating a Supercell ID, it was backed up to the email account [redacted] I've been playing the game on and off for over two years. Even though I can't remember the email used for my Supercell ID, I do recall my password. I'm hoping for assistance in retrieving the email associated with my account so that I can follow the regular procedure to regain access. My account lacks legendary cards; I hardly receive any. While my friends get a legendary card almost daily, I struggle to obtain one even monthly. Despite opening every chest with a chance to offer a legendary card, my efforts have been futile. I even purchased fortune chests in attempts to acquire one, but to no avail. I am considering whether acquiring the Royale Pass would offer me a better and fair chance at obtaining legendary cards.
