Today, I attempted to purchase your season pass for this month. After clicking the buy button and entering all the necessary details, all the items for sale in the shop became grayed out. Whenever I tried to click on them, it displayed a message saying pending transaction. This issue has persisted for 1-2 hours. I attempted to resolve it by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem remains. I kindly request for this to be fixed promptly, as I am eager to purchase the season pass. Notably, no money has been deducted from any of my payment methods so far.

I need help with my Clash of Clans village linked to my account "[redacted]" Another player logged into their Supercell account on my village, changing its name from "ThunderX." I've been away from the game for some time and can't access my village now. I kindly request prompt assistance in investigating this issue and recovering my account. I am reaching out because I am experiencing an issue with my Clash Royale game. I have battled my way up to [redacted] trophies, which is correctly displayed on my profile on the home screen. However, in the league progress section of my profile, it is showing me stuck at [redacted] trophies. The league reset is approaching in a few hours, and I am concerned that it won't reflect my true trophy count of [redacted]. I have attempted to resolve the problem by restarting the app multiple times and installing the optional update as recommended. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I shared my account with a friend from school without realizing it was against the rules. He just wanted to try the game at a higher level. However, after he finished, he couldn't remove the account from his phone. I'm reaching out to ask for help with this situation. I didn't intend to disrespect your guidelines, I wasn't aware I was breaking any rules. I have been playing the game since 7th grade and now I'll be a senior. I genuinely love playing your game, and I hope I won't receive a permanent ban for this incident.

Hello Supercell, My name is Bsd, and I have a TH12 account. Recently, I discovered that my account was locked. I contacted the Supercell team, and after answering the security questions, my account was still locked. Due to the time difference and the slow response, I couldn't reply in time during the communication. One of the support team members I spoke with was Michel K, but then another joined the chat and seemed unaware of the full situation. They mentioned terms and policies and blocked my account. I am the primary user of my game, though occasionally my brother plays on it. I would like the chance to continue playing. If there are further security questions required, please let me know. Hello, I used to play Clash of Clans about three years ago and recently logged in to play again. I encountered an issue with the new Supercell ID. After creating a Supercell ID, I was unable to retrieve my old account and kept starting with a new base. I tried to recover my account through in-game support, but it didn't work. I also asked a friend to help, but they faced the same problem. Despite reaching out through the Clash of Clans contact form multiple times, I haven't received a resolution after two weeks. A couple of years ago, my husband canceled his card, and my account got blocked due to suspected activity. I thought I lost everything, but luckily I have the ID numbers for both accounts, Maximus G761968 and Christian G465753, written down. A friend who plays the game informed me that I could reach out to you or Supercell with my husband's purchase statements to potentially resolve this. I now have a new number, [redacted], as the old one was [redacted]. I really want to play again but starting a new account feels overwhelming after investing so much time and money into the previous ones. I've removed the IDs before changing devices and could provide my husband's statements if required. Please, I urge you to assist me in reinstating my accounts. I contacted Supercell, but the game seems very different now. I'm willing to play and invest as before. Thank you for your help in advance.

I attempted to buy the $20 "sack of gems," and my iPhone prompted me to update my payment method. After resolving that issue, I am unable to purchase what I want from the Clash of Clans store. I recently switched to a new phone and had to reinstall Clash of Clans and Clash Royale. When I tried to log in to my account, it asked for a verification code from my email. However, after checking my inbox and junk folder, I didn't receive the email with the code. I even tried searching for it directly but had no luck. I attempted to use a different email, but it stated that it didn't recognize it. It seems like I'm not receiving the verification code email at all.

My brother and I recently reconnected with Clash of Clans (CoC). We have been avid players since the game's inception and decided to return after a hiatus. Both of us own two accounts each, one on our iPhones and one on our Kindles. Today, we encountered issues with our lost village and provided our account details for assistance. While my brother managed to recover his account successfully, I attempted to log in and discovered that my account had been permanently banned for alleged account phishing, despite the account belonging to me without a doubt.

I do not have a Gmail account linked to my primary Clash of Clans profile. Initially, I created the account, followed by establishing five more accounts to form my clan. Out of these, only my original account does not have a Gmail association. Three out of the five additional accounts have Gmail linked and are members of the clan. While I can still access my original base using the Clash of Clans app, I created it before Supercell enforced the Gmail requirement. Consequently, when the association became mandatory, my Google Play account defaulted to the Gmail address I was signed in with. As a result, the Clash of Clans account linked to my second Gmail address replaced the original account in Google Play. I can provide the base ID number and remember the last email and password used for the account. Can you guide me in recovering my primary account?

I created my Clash of Clans account before Google Play required a Gmail address and used my Yahoo email. When Google Play mandated Gmail, it prompted me to switch, inadvertently using my second Gmail account tied to another Clash of Clans profile. Consequently, my original account lost its Google Play link. I can still locate my first base and ID # through other accounts in the same clan. Any assistance in retrieving my original base would be greatly appreciated.

I seem to have lost my bonus percentages from the crystal mines. I have tried updating the defense ones, Boom Cannon, and the Healer unit, twice now to no avail. Unfortunately, I do not have the resources to keep doing this repeatedly. I reached out via email, but the person I spoke to was unable to assist me. Their suggestion to contact Supercell in-game did not resolve the issue. When attempting to contact support through the app's options, the contact button only redirects me back to the game without any contact options available. I hope for a solution to this matter as it has become quite bothersome to explain repeatedly. My player ID is #2YUJ9QPRQ. Thank you, Kosmas

Hello, two years ago, I created an account with the ID name "PandaT Boy" with the code #8YVC2UP2L. It's important to have this ID for my records, but I'm having trouble remembering the password. Although I can't recall the details of my first phone, I remember that the Gmail ID associated with it is [redacted], and the phone number linked to it is [redacted].

A while ago, I had an account named JB111 under my mom's email. When I created a new account on my phone with the email [redacted], it got banned mistakenly. The old account I am trying to recover is linked to [redacted] I would appreciate it if I could either retrieve my old account or have my new account unbanned so I can continue playing. Thank you!

Hello, I am the owner of a Town Hall 11 account that got locked some time ago. My cousin has been contacting me because he got banned by you for attempting to assist me in recovering my base. There seems to have been some confusion. The account he was trying to help me recover is my old Town Hall 11 that got locked. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the necessary email to obtain the unlock code as my phone is broken. My account name is "Nirob." I would appreciate it if you could review this message to understand the situation. You banned my cousin for "account phishing," but he was genuinely trying to help me regain access to my locked base. I will ask him to reach out to you from his alternate account, and I kindly request that you communicate with him as he was only trying to assist me. His in-game name is SavageMode, and I believe he mentioned being part of the "All For One" clan. I feel terrible about this situation as Clash of Clans is his favorite game.

Hello, I have an old account from a few years ago that I would like to recover if possible. It was actually stolen from me somehow. I used it on an Apple device back then, but I now have an Android. When I last used it, it was at Town Hall level 9, but now it's at level 11 with the name i.kelll and player tag #YL9RCLGO. The Apple ID associated with it was [redacted] I've tried mentioning this issue before but never received any real help or advice. I really just want to get it back because I spent a lot of time and effort on it, not to mention over $[redacted].
