Hello, I am feeling quite disoriented and would appreciate clarification and possibly your judgment. I began playing Clash of Clans approximately 6 and a half years ago while residing in South Africa for 23 years. I have been a member of a clan for about 6 years and was promoted to leader around 5 years ago. Things were going smoothly, I elevated my base to level 12, and many friends enjoyed the game and the clan with me. I have invested a considerable amount of money into the game. In the last two years, I relocated to Namibia for work and currently live there. After the move, while still actively playing the game as the clan leader, my house was burglarized. They took all my possessions, including my wallet and bank cards. Following a request for the latest game update, I faced difficulties as I couldn't update my payment method since I could not provide the stolen bank card's last digits. I sought advice at a store in Windhoek and was advised by the technician to create a new Apple ID and re-download the game. I reached out to Apple and my phone carrier in South Africa, both confirming that my accounts were secure. Subsequently, I created a new Apple ID and reinstalled the game. Upon contacting your support team and providing them with the necessary information, I was unexpectedly informed that my account was banned due to alleged phishing activities, which is perplexing to me. I am at a loss as to what went wrong, especially as my clan is urging me to return. I have dedicated countless hours, days, and months to the game, recruiting numerous new players, making it difficult to comprehend why I am being treated this way. As a 44-year-old business owner, I find this situation quite unjust. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated as I genuinely miss the game and my friends in the clan. Thank you.

Hello, I seem to have lost my YH12 village in Clash of Clans. I accidentally formatted my Android device and now can't remember how I originally set up my Supercell ID. I initially played using my Google ID. Currently, I have a new village linked to the same Google ID, but I am unable to recover my old village. Strangely, my old village still shows in my previous clan, "Indian Rocks." My village was called KOTHARI G. Now, in the clan, I go by the name XYZ but hold the same position as before, which is an elder. It's frustrating that despite numerous attempts with my Google Pay ID, I cannot retrieve my old base. I last played with my old village on July 27, [redacted]. The tag for my lost village is #2J2L9QVQV, and the clan name is INDIAN ROCKS.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Clash of Clans account. Previously, it was linked to my old Gmail that has been compromised and unused for the past three years. My village, known as Genius with the tag #28PJV89V2, was at Town Hall level 9. I belonged to the clan Scared of TH10s with the tag #8JYVRQCV. The Gmail associated with this account is [redacted], and it was also linked to my Facebook account under the name Umar Salman ([redacted]). I started playing Clash of Clans in [redacted], sometime after August, and played for approximately two years, stopping around [redacted]. We are the Homestead Hillbillies #PPCQPV82, made up of 2 players. Recently, we joined the group KICKIN-AZZ-KNITTERS for a few weeks but left once we discovered that three players, Helper, Pep’s Farm, and Little Boy Mike, were actually the same individuals from other farms. We found it unsettling and suspected cheating when they joined Knitters right as the Derby started. After receiving a rude message from Heidi, which I promptly blocked, we decided to depart. We noticed an account under the name Big Frank, level 91, was linked to M&H Lostboyz, causing us concern that it was an attempt to disrupt our gameplay. We value fair play and felt uncomfortable being associated with KICKIN-AZZ-KNITTERS. We seek assistance in addressing this issue, anticipating further interference from Heidi’s Happy Place. We adhere closely to the game's regulations and are troubled by these multiple farm connections.

In games like Clash Royale or Brawl Stars, there is an issue with players leaving matches, causing difficulties in 2v2 battles due to the constant losses. I suggest implementing a rating system for gamers based on performance, such as awarding 5 stars for active players and 1 star for those who frequently abandon matches. I need help with my Clash of Clans account. I was using it to chat with support, but it got permanently banned. I provided the information needed to recover my uncle's account in order to get back to my village. After submitting it, I got logged out of the game. When I tried to log back in, I found out my account was banned for phishing. I hope the support team will understand I was only trying to inquire about the recovery process and not claiming ownership of any account.

My Town Hall level 8 account under the name Adam 2 got banned recently due to "phishing," a term I am unfamiliar with. I had just purchased the Gold Pass for my account, but before I could even use it, my account was suspended. I've been diligently playing for years to earn enough gems for a fifth builder, and with around [redacted] gems saved up, I am devastated by the ban. Additionally, my clan was gearing up for a team war with "Team Truly," and as the number 2 player, my absence is greatly felt. I truly hope to retrieve my account as it means a lot to me and to my clan.

This situation is becoming excessive and frustrating. I've just been handed a 14-day ban, which follows a recent 7-day ban I received not long ago. I decided not to contact support last time due to the inadequate assistance I received during my previous ban. I am a dedicated player who invests significant time and money into the game. Being given bans repeatedly is unreasonable. I am part of a clan where we engage in jokes with fellow adults, which might be perceived as inappropriate. It's becoming absurd that I can't even communicate without facing a ban. This approach may drive players away from the game. It's disheartening to think of the hours and money I've put into my account only for it to be banned at the convenience of Supercell.

While playing Clash of Clans, my phone suddenly turned off. When I restarted it and opened the game again, I received a message stating that my account had been banned. I'm unsure why this happened, but now my account is permanently banned, and I'm unable to access it. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue and lift the ban on my account, as my account has been eliminated for no reason. I suspect someone might be accessing my account. If given access, I could disable my Supercell ID and remove anyone else logged in, allowing me to enjoy the game peacefully. In short, I would like the ban removed so I can continue playing Clash of Clans without any problems, as the only issue I've faced is this ban that I don't understand. Thank you for your time.

I linked my second Boom Beach account to my wife's Gmail, [redacted], through Supercell ID. Accidentally, I removed it and now need to relink it with a verification code from her email. We can't recall the password and are struggling to recover it through Google. Unfortunately, I am currently locked out of Google due to unsuccessful attempts at password recovery. My Boom Beach account name is Murdock, level 63 with a level 22 HQ. I had instant training which expired around the 9th. I am unsure of the Task Force name but we were doing Foxtrot daily and ranked around the top [redacted]. My other account, named Face, is linked to [redacted], level 65 with a level 22 HQ. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased a bag of gems for $9.99 and received 1,[redacted] gems instead of 2,[redacted] gems that I expected. After contacting Apple about being charged an extra $9.99 on my receipt totaling $21.38, they approved a $9.99 refund, but only refunded the second charge. Supercell then informed me that they would deduct 1,[redacted] gems from my account since I received a refund. I questioned why they deducted the gems when the refund was for the second charge, not the initial one where I got the gems. I paid $21.34 and should have received 2,[redacted] gems, not 1,[redacted]. I would like Supercell to reverse the gem deduction as I did not receive them due to the refund from Apple.

I'm acknowledging my past inappropriate behavior in my Clash Royale clan and expressing genuine remorse for my actions. I have come to understand the impact of hurtful words and how my behavior can affect others negatively. After being permanently banned, I now realize the importance of respectful behavior, especially towards fellow players. I have been a dedicated player of Clash Royale for 2 years, enjoying the game and investing approximately £[redacted] in in-game purchases. The news of my ban deeply upset me, as playing daily brought me joy. I am 14 years old, and I recognize the repercussions of my actions. Unfortunately, I lost access to my village due to my broken phone. After two years, I decided to return to the game and reached out to customer service for help in retrieving my old progress. Despite two days of communication with multiple questions asked, I couldn't recall all the information from my previous account due to the long break. To my dismay, they not only failed to recover my old village, but they also banned my current account for alleged phishing attempts, which I did not commit. I simply wish to either regain my original village or have the ban on my current account lifted, as I value playing the game with my family and friends.

I recently purchased the Season Gold Pass in Clash of Clans and redeemed my rewards like the 20% builder boost and research boost. However, these boosts are not working as expected even though they show as active in my rewards list. I have tried closing and reopening the app, restarting my phone, and waiting for two days, but nothing has changed. I have been a long-time player of Clash of Clans and have never encountered this issue before. Hello, is there a possibility for me to regain access to my permanently banned account if I commit to refraining from using inappropriate language again on Clash Royale? I lost my cool around 4 days ago when another player defeated my giant deck on the ladder by countering it effectively and then proceeded to taunt me with emotes. I understand I could have muted the player, but I enjoy collecting emotes. I acknowledge that permanent bans are serious but after speaking with my clan leader, they suggested that if I control my temper while playing, there might be a chance. I have been a dedicated player for 3.5 years and have made significant investments, especially considering I am a 17-year-old student. I am aware this may not adhere to your policies entirely, but I am willing to make an effort to improve. I hope there is a possibility to recover my account, even if it means not reaching the same level I was at with my level 13 king tower. Best regards. ✌

The Clash of Clans War League appears to be unbalanced. Some clans have higher Town Hall levels than ours, creating unfair matchups. Additionally, the recent changes to the store, now requiring a 7-day wait for purchasing magic books, may lead to player dissatisfaction and reduced gameplay. I urge for a return to the previous system that allowed unlimited purchases and for the clan wars to be more evenly matched based on Town Hall levels. The current situation is frustrating, as my clan is consistently pitted against opponents with significantly higher Town Hall levels, making victory difficult to achieve. I have been attempting to regain access to my account, but unfortunately, I keep encountering bans due to phishing accusations. Please note, this account is genuinely mine. I lost access to it when my phone broke, leading to a hiatus from playing "Clash of Clans." Upon trying to recover it, I reached out to support, truthfully answered all questions, and verified ownership successfully. Despite this, I ended up being permanently banned for phishing. The account I am trying to recover has the old tag #G2RL9JUC, initially created in Sheffield around 2[redacted]. I changed the name from "Billy199" to "Crazy Full." I last accessed the account within the past three years, primarily using an iPhone 5SE and occasionally an iPhone 6s Plus.

Hello Supercell team, Our Clash of Clans friend, Jag Hagen, has been hacked. Even though he remembered his last Supercell login, his account was compromised via Google Play. Jag was the leader of the level 16 clan, "Cheat 2 Win," with the clan tag #9GU2QJQ2 and had won [redacted] wars. The hacker logged into his account using Supercell and changed his in-game name to Kratos. The hacker used Jag's account to kick all the members out of our clan. We kindly ask for your assistance in restoring Jag's account and our clan, as the hacker has caused a significant disruption. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.
