My primary account recently received a 2-day ban for what seemed to be constant attacking in the game. I apologize if this behavior goes against the rules since I was not aware of the restrictions. I was utilizing training potions to gather more dark elixir for my new Barbarian King and to progress in clan games, given that my clan has only two members. I would not have used the training potions if I hadn't been removed from my prior clan, which is now disbanded due to a disruptive player named DESTROYER who manipulated leadership roles. Subsequently, I created my own clan named "FaZe" as a joke but genuinely sought to connect with my friends. Despite participating in clan games and attacking frequently, I unexpectedly received a ban notification upon getting disconnected from the game. I request clarification on the ban reason and kindly ask for the account to be unbanned or to wait out the remaining duration of the ban if it was not done in error. Thanks, Jaco Visser.

I have a level 77 farm that I am struggling to access. Recently, I installed the game on a new device and faced difficulties opening my farm. To bypass this issue, I connected through my Facebook account. Despite entering the verification code correctly twice, I keep being prompted for a recovery code that I do not have. Years ago, my great niece set up a second farm named Thea's Place on my device, which I no longer need and wish to remove. I wonder if this could be causing the access problem to my main farm, TJ's Place, situated in a Romanian-themed neighborhood with a name resembling Bucharesti Michel Paris. Unfortunately, I'm unable to retrieve my ID number as I cannot access the game properly; it seems to detect my Level 77 farm but then redirects me to start a new farm when I try to log in. As a 69-year-old avid player, I cherish my farm and seek assistance to regain access to it.

I understand that Supercell does not provide a phone number for customer service inquiries. I am currently facing an issue with a PayPal transaction that appears to be a duplicate charge, and I am seeking assistance to clarify this matter. Due to the lack of a phone number to reach out to them directly, I am concerned about canceling the transaction in error. Ideally, speaking to a representative would provide me with the necessary information to avoid mistakenly removing the payment. I have already contacted PayPal regarding this issue, and they have advised me that without further details from Supercell, they are unable to provide a clear explanation. I hope to resolve this situation promptly and prevent any unintended cancellations.

I started playing Clash of Clans when the game was first released four or five years ago. Back then, Town Hall ten was the max level. After taking a two-year break, I realized I had invested a lot of money in my account. I had a nearly maxed Town Hall 9 named Chase and an almost maxed Town Hall eight as well. These accounts were on an Android device of unspecified model, but since I work in construction, I now use an iPhone 7. I tried to recover my old account but couldn't find the first purchase receipt from four years ago. I decided to start fresh and created a new account named Chase in the clan CES, a Town Hall four. Hello, I have been trying to reach out to you using the clash of Clans "help and support" feature but have not been successful. I would appreciate assistance via email instead. I was attempting to assist my friend in recovering his account (NotDrSoap), but unfortunately, I got banned for supposedly trying to phish for an account. This accusation is unfounded as I did not engage in any phishing activity. My friend had requested my help as he too had been banned for allegedly attempting to phish for an account. I believe implementing a verification system, such as asking a single question to confirm identity, could prevent such misunderstandings. Additionally, I feel I have grounds to take legal action against Supercell. It is worth noting that in my previous emails, the word "back" was inadvertently replaced with "banned" due to autocorrect.

My clan leader is never online, and I would like Supercell to make me the leader. My clan leader's tag is **R**V**Y* and my tag is **G*VR*PU*. I play Clash of Clans every day, and it's important to me. Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

Hello Heyday Support team, I am writing to report an issue I encountered on June 25 around 1 a.m. while playing. The game suddenly crashed while I was inside the valley trying to complete a delivery. Despite my attempts to deliver the crate, the deliver button was unresponsive. In frustration, I repeatedly tapped the button until it finally worked after about two minutes. However, this glitch caused me to receive rewards multiple times, resulting in me having an excess of [redacted] red tokens, [redacted] green tokens, and already possessing 40 blue tokens. Due to this, I am now unable to complete deliveries or purchase items from the shop, jeopardizing my chances of getting the exclusive decoration at the end of the valley season. Hello, my name is Shivaansh Bansal from India. I began playing this game on June 17, [redacted], when I linked it to Google Play ([redacted]). I went by the in-game name "Millan" with Player tag - #PQ9YYVLY9. I reached Town Hall level 12. A few months ago, I lost my village on Supercell but it remained connected to Google Play. I have been unable to connect with Supercell support to resolve this. Recently, on June 26, [redacted], someone claiming to be from Supercell, with email [redacted], offered to help. Unfortunately, after following their instructions to connect my account, I lost access to my village, and it became linked to their ID. They changed my in-game name from "Millan" to "RyeRye" and placed me in a clan with Tag #2800LLVV0 and the name Ballistic Kings. I possess [redacted] gems and can provide evidence through Google Play achievements and previous screenshots to validate my ownership of the village. I seek your assistance in reclaiming my village. I have faced some tough times in the game and in life, leading me to make a regrettable decision resulting in four of my accounts getting permanently banned. I am seeking reinstatement for at least one account, especially my TH12 named MrStealYourLoot. This account holds sentimental value to me as I have been playing since I was 12 and invested a lot of time, money, and emotions into Clash of Clans. I acknowledge my mistake and assure you that I won't repeat such actions. My current player tag is #PCU9900V9, part of the clan Solo, where my TH12 was actively involved before the ban. I need assistance with retrieving my old Clash of Clans account, KONGA X GAMER, a th12 star 2 at around level [redacted]. I am unable to remember which clan it was in. The account I was recently using is OG.StonerBoy at about level [redacted]. I informed the Supercell agent that I have difficulty remembering due to brain damage, but I got banned. Could I please have my banned OG.StonerBoy account reinstated and help recovering my lost KONGA X GAMER account due to phone damage? Many important things are lost, including irreplaceable photos. Currently in the hospital awaiting brain surgery, I hope to have access to my accounts. Please assist. Thank you.

I originally had an iPhone 6 where I had my Town Hall 9 base named ColeYahearrrrd. Unfortunately, my iPhone 6 broke, and I haven't been able to play on my account since. Despite trying to connect my game to my Facebook account on a new phone, it wants to overwrite the current game. I simply want to retrieve my account to resume playing and progressing. To resolve this, I aim to link my account to Supercell, allowing me to log in through Supercell on my game and continue with my progress.

I accidentally linked my account to a stranger's email, which resulted in them stealing my account. They have deleted my clan, named Optic, which was a level 5 clan, and changed my username from "Lord Commander" to "Cr@ckCommamder." I have been an active player on this account, reaching level [redacted] with a Town Hall of level 10 and making several gem purchases over the years. My unique code is #GCQPYJCU. The email address the scammer used is [redacted] as my Supercell ID, and my iTunes ID is [redacted], which I have used for gem purchases. I am experiencing severe lag issues with my Clash Royale app, which in turn affects the performance of my phone. The lag started after I purchased the Pass Royale. It causes delays on loading screens, freezes when accessing the shop, and significant delays during gameplay, with a 4-second delay when playing cards. The game lags my phone even after it's closed, resulting in overall sluggishness. I have attempted to resolve this by restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. Prior to purchasing Pass Royale, I did not have any connectivity issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Today, I received a ban on Brawl Stars for using inappropriate language. While I understand the consequences of a 2-day ban, I am disappointed that it extends through the 4th of July, a day I planned to play with my friend. Surprisingly, the rules about language were not explicitly communicated, and even my clan leader permits it. If there is a no-cussing policy, I would appreciate a warning instead of an immediate ban. I reported a player in my clan named NuRrY due to frustration, and I want to avoid any further issues for either of us. Please ensure that neither of us faces additional penalties. Thank you.

Today, I received a ban from Brawl Stars for using inappropriate language. I understand the *-day ban, but it's disappointing that it falls on the *th of July, a day I planned to enjoy the game with my friend. My clan leader allows cussing, and I would have respected a warning about the language policy. I reported a player in my clan under the name NuRrY, and I hope neither of us faces further consequences. Today, I received a ban on Brawl Stars for using inappropriate language. I understand the consequences, but the ban falling on the 4th of July, a day I had plans to play with a friend, is disappointing. The game didn't clearly state the rules about language guidelines, and my clan leader allows it. I'm willing to follow the rules if given a warning. Account Compromised I am in need of assistance. While playing, I encountered someone offering an account in the global chat. After adding the person to my clan, they had me register their email as a Supercell ID on my account unknowingly. Now, I am unable to access my account as it forces me to use the Supercell ID linked to their email. The email in question is [redacted], possibly belonging to someone named Kencoo. My account name is cptthrillseeka6, and the associated email is [redacted] I have a Town Hall 9 with a level 13 Barbarian King, level 12 Archer Queen, 2 upgrading mortars, and the Dark Spell Factory. The account was previously in the clan "theotherbums." Kindly remove the unauthorized Supercell ID so I can resume playing Clash of Clans. I am willing to cooperate in any verification process required. Thank you for resolving this promptly. UPDATE: It appears that the intruder has changed the account name. Hello Supercell team, I am a huge fan of your games and have been playing them for the past two or three years. Both my friends and son also enjoy your games a lot. Unfortunately, while I was out of town recently, my son tried to recover an unknown account which resulted in my account being banned. I have tried reaching out to Helpshift in-game, but they only provide automated responses and no human support. I have been requesting them to unban my account, but they keep providing steps on how to recover an account instead.
