While playing Brawl Stars, I encountered a player with the username el neegas neega who suggested trading accounts with me. Despite my initial doubts about the name, I went along with it because of their high trophy count. Unfortunately, I fell for a scheme where the person convinced me to link my game account to their email address, ultimately locking me out of my account. The player provided another email for us to supposedly trade accounts but instead, caused a reset on my game progress. This whole situation has left me seeking guidance on how to regain control of my account. The player and I are members of the "3 Mythics" club, and I believed they wanted to trade due to my possession of Leon. My original account is under the name JukeMasterRTPIM. I urgently request assistance and advice on contacting Supercell for help in rectifying this issue. I also have the email address that was used to deceive me. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My Clash of Clans account has been banned for two days for "disruptive behavior." I reviewed the terms of service carefully, and I did not engage in any actions that violate the terms. I believe my account was banned without just cause. I would appreciate if Supercell could rectify this situation by lifting the ban on my account. Additionally, it would be helpful if they could provide clearer information on what constitutes "disruptive behavior" to prevent similar issues in the future.

I tried to joke with my classmate by trying to get his account, as a joke. I got banned for it. I have contacted Supercell multiple times with no response. Please assist me in getting my account back. Here is what I previously wrote to them: Dear Supercell, I am reaching out to ask for one last chance. I acknowledge that my actions were wrong, and I apologize sincerely for the mistake. Everyone makes errors, and this was one of mine. I have fond memories of playing this game in the past, and it holds a special place in my heart. While I understand that my joke was inappropriate, even my classmate knows it was just a jest. He can confirm this if needed. I believe in the compassion of your team, who consistently deliver fantastic updates. The game truly came to life with your introduction of seasons. Please consider my plea and allow me to continue playing. Clash of Clans has been a source of comfort for me, even during tough times. I promise to uphold the rules moving forward. Hello, I have been struggling for three days to regain access to my account. I started playing Clash when it was linked to an old Game Center account. As an adult now living on my own, I have switched to my own Nynorsk account. Unfortunately, when my phone broke, the new device did not transfer my game data. After reaching out to the help and support team, I managed to retrieve my Clash Royale account, but I was unexpectedly banned from Clash of Clans for alleged phishing. I have invested thousands of dollars over the years in this game, and if I cannot recover my account, I will seek refunds for all purchases made. The handling of the Clash of Clans issue has left me greatly disappointed, but I appreciate the quick and easy recovery of my Clash Royale account. I have missed three days of war in the game, and I am extremely frustrated. Please assist me with the recovery of my account under the username "Abom" in the clan "The Beer Truck." Despite my growing impatience, I am hopeful for a resolution soon.

A few years ago, I lost access to my game account due to forgetting my email and password. I'm hoping to resume playing from where I left off by linking my original account to the email I provided. Supercell was able to assist with my Clash Royale account by connecting it to my Supercell ID, but I'm having trouble resolving this issue. Currently, the automated system prompts me to check for Supercell ID emails even though my account isn't linked to one, and I have been unable to speak with a representative. I recently turned off my iPad and when I turned it back on, my Clash Royale account was missing. I didn't have a Supercell ID set up, and now I have a new account. I'm hoping to retrieve my original account so I can continue playing. I've invested about three years of effort into this game, and it holds a lot of sentimental value to me. My account has been permanently banned due to "Account Phishing." I was attempting to retrieve my old account, which I preferred over my current one. While seeking help on the support page, I was prompted by one of your bots to provide details about the FIRST in-game purchase I made. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall this information as my iPad, the device linked to the account, is broken. When I responded with "I don't know," I was abruptly disconnected during a game. Now, whenever I attempt to log back in, I receive a notification stating, "you have been permanently banned for account Phishing."

I recently tried to recover an old account by contacting one of Supercell's bots. I provided all details about the account, except for one question about my first in-game purchase which I couldn't remember. The device I use to play the game is not working, so I couldn't provide this specific information. While playing, I unexpectedly got disconnected during an attack and upon reloading, I received a message stating that my account was permanently banned for Account Phishing. I am requesting Supercell to reinstate my account and offer an apology for the misunderstanding.

I haven't played Clash Royale for a few years. Recently, I redownloaded the app to start playing again. However, I was prompted to create a new account and lost access to my old one linked to my Apple ID. I would like to see if there is a way to regain access to my original account or merge it with my new one. In my old profile, the ID was #C2GRUYJ under the name Nathan. In my new account, the ID is #9VJQCYCLY with the name nate. My original account is at level 10 with more cards than the current one. Any assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. A few days ago, I returned to Clash of Clans, but I can't remember my Google account details and password. I reached out to Supercell's automated support, where a robot asked me questions about the lost account. After answering the questions, the robot informed me that a support agent would contact me shortly. However, I have not heard back from any support agent, and I am unsure about what steps I should take next.

Hello, I need assistance with recovering my old TH 8 account that was lost when my phone got lost. When I tried to recover it using my TH 10 ID, Supercell permanently banned my TH 10 ID. This situation is devastating for me as I had put in a lot of hard work. Now, I have lost both accounts and I have no account left to play. In the game, my username is "Grand Poobah," and our clan is named "Cottonmouth." We are a group of adults, mostly family and friends. I'm a 47-year-old woman who loves playing, and I usually spend around $30 per month on in-game items like gems and books. I've been playing this game since it was released. My husband and I founded our clan around 06-03-15, and we have never had any complaints against us or our members. Recently, a rude teenager from our clan left during an event and made disrespectful remarks towards me. This person kicked out many members and got me banned unjustly. I hope actions are taken against his accounts "Tyler Brewingto," "lil puma," and his friend "saylor3000" for their inappropriate behavior. It's frustrating to have my enjoyment disrupted by someone's immature actions. I urge the game administrators to address this situation and consider contacting his parents about his behavior.

I'm facing an issue with my accounts "Mel Mac" and "Sparta." Recently, I tried to regain access to my "Sparta" account, previously used by my son. Unfortunately, I forgot the login details. When I provided the information I could recall, they accused me of attempting to phish accounts, which is not true. Both accounts have my personal details, including my name, emails, and bank information. I've even made recent purchases on my "Mel Mac" account that has been banned. I find this situation unjust and unfair. I insist on having access to my accounts restored or receiving a refund for all the money I've invested in both. The fact that payments for both accounts originate from the same bank should validate the authenticity of my claims.

I recently acquired the Supercell ID for Clash of Clans mainly to claim the 50 gems but I am facing three issues because of it. Firstly, switching between accounts now requires logging in to my email every time. Secondly, my payment method got disrupted after obtaining the Supercell ID, leading to difficulties in purchasing items on Clash of Clans or Clash Royale. Lastly, I intended to link both my Clash Royale and Clash of Clans accounts to the same Supercell ID, but when I tried, it connected my level 1 tutorial instead of my level 13 account. If possible, I would appreciate assistance in disconnecting my Supercell ID without affecting my Clash of Clans account so I can link it back to my Google account.
