Hello, I am writing to address an issue with my "clash or clan" account. It seems to have been permanently banned by your services due to an error on your end. Let me summarize the events leading up to this situation, which is quite upsetting as I have been a loyal player to your game without any problems for the past 5 years. It all started at the beginning of May [redacted], while playing on my account, I noticed suspicious activity. Someone external was logging in at the same time as me. As I was connected to Supercell ID, I immediately checked my email "[redacted]", only to find out that I couldn't access it. It had been hacked. I took the necessary steps with the laposte service to recover my email. After a few days, once I regained access, I noticed that someone had sent themselves the ID code to log in to my account. I then contacted support about someone else logging into my account. Subsequently, my account was closed for security reasons, requesting an unlocking code. I took this measure to prevent the third party from accessing my account. After locking the account, I reached out to Supercell support to safely recover it, providing all the necessary evidence. Eventually, an assistant named "Baptiste H." informed me that I could recover my account but needed a new email address to reconnect to Supercell ID. I provided the new email address "[redacted]" as requested. Following this, I successfully regained access to my account. However, the next day, I discovered that my account had been banned for sharing reasons, even though I had followed the procedure correctly. I was never provided with the unlocking code when connected to the old email address "[redacted]". I would appreciate it if we could resolve this matter and enable me to recover my account without any further issues. I have been playing clash or clan since [redacted] and have never encountered any problems with my account. Below are the details of my account. A player with the username "Smith Official@[redacted]" from another clan tricked me into giving him access to my Clash of Clans village by sharing his Gmail, claiming it was his Supercell ID. He sent an OTP, claiming it was from Supercell, and I naively entered it, resulting in him taking over my village. I'm devastated and really need my village, as I love playing. My Clash of Clans username is "Mariya Princess," and my Town Hall level is TH12 with a Clan tag #-[redacted]. Please help me recover my account and remove the fraudster's Supercell ID. The fraudulent player goes by the username "Super King." I have screenshots as proof. My Google Play ID is "[redacted]," and the Supercell ID "Smith Official@[redacted]" does not belong to me. I urge you to assist me in this matter promptly so I can resume gaming with my Google Play ID.

I am unable to login to my village due to my Supercell ID being linked with an unknown Google Play ID. The person who connected their Supercell ID with my village is unknown, but I have their username. My real Supercell ID username is MARIYA PRINCESS, and I want it back as I am the rightful owner. I need help because even though Supercell is asking for the Gmail associated with the ID, I cannot provide it as that would give access to the unknown person. My son recently lost access to his account after getting a new phone. Despite several attempts to recover it through Clash of Clans' service link and spending $[redacted] on a new account to progress, he has been informed that he is now banned. My son plays Brawl Stars on both his smartphone and tablet. We had an issue with the account backup where the tablet account got linked instead of the smartphone account. Now, the good smartphone account is missing, and the tablet account is on both devices. We need assistance to restore the original account from the smartphone, which was more advanced and had money spent on it. I am a passionate trophy pusher and currently a Town Hall 10 competing in the Legend League. Effective attacking is crucial for me to maintain my trophy count in the Legend League. Spending a lot of time playing Clash of Clans and pushing my trophies is essential for my progress. Recently, I logged into my village using a classmate's phone due to my mobile battery being dead. After playing for a while, I forgot to clear the app's data, unlike when I used my family's phone previously without issues. Now, whenever I come online, I receive a notification stating "another device is connecting," which prompts me to logout from the game as a precaution. Since my family doesn't play Clash of Clans, I suspect it's my classmate causing this issue. Despite asking him to clear the app's data on his phone, he has refused to do so. Someone has deceived me by creating a Supercell ID using their email and taking over my account. Hello Supercell, I was playing Clash of Clans today and reached out to Supercell support to recover a lost account. I didn't have all the information as I was unable to locate it in a clan. I did my best to provide what I remembered. Upon returning to the game, I discovered that my current account, held under the username HUNT100 as a TH 7, was permanently banned for account phishing. Hello, our clan has been established for quite some time now, consisting of myself, my girlfriend, my kids, and some of their friends. Recently, one of my kids added new members to our clan, but there seems to be reporting issues resulting in one of my kids' accounts being removed without clear reasons. We have invested significantly in this game and wish to retrieve the account and those of his affected friends promptly.
