Hi, my name is Prince, and my game tag is #2VU08YJ9Y. I belong to the clan 71Force with the clan tag #YQ9GGP29. I've been playing this game for over three years. Recently, I allowed a close friend, who is the clan leader, to use my account to upgrade my base while I was busy starting a new shop selling earrings in Mumbai, India. Unfortunately, I am now facing issues as my friend removed my account from his phone, and when I contacted Supercell to remove my login from other devices, they locked me out. I have explained my situation to them, but I am at a loss without access to my account. I deeply regret sharing my account and assure you that I will be more cautious in the future. I mistakenly changed my email connected to my "COC" game account. Originally set up as [redacted], I switched it to [redacted] Progressing to 125XP, my account was briefly used by my friend [redacted], causing a rift between us. When I sought assistance from the help and support team at Supercell, a team member named ALLEGEO'S was meant to update my email to [redacted] but unfortunately, I am now unable to access my account.

Hello, I was asked by a friend to manage their ID for a few months, so I agreed. He asked me to create a Supercell ID, which was new for me. I didn't realize that it would link my village to his email. He is now controlling my village, including my Level 15 clan, through fraud and misrepresentation. My village was previously connected through Google Play, but I am unable to access it because it now requires the Supercell ID created on his email, which I don't remember. The details of my village are as follows: - Name: W@$eeM (currently changed to BEAST) - Town hall level: 11 - Clan name: Immortals - Experience level: [redacted] I have been playing on this account for four years and I am desperate to regain control of my village. Hello, I was asked by my friend to use his ID for a month, but he ended up defrauding me. He had me create a Supercell ID on his email, and now he is controlling my village through it. I connected my village to Google Play, but it only syncs through the Supercell ID that he controls. He has taken my TH11 and my level 15 clan that I worked hard to build. My Clash of Clans account, linked to my Gmail, has been hacked. I can't access it as the OTP is sent to the hacked Gmail. My player tag is #9JQLY8GLL. Previously known as Ankit, now Ankit Patil, and was the leader of the Indian Fighter Clan. I seek access to my account. The hacker is Govind S Rana, who I met on YouTube. After chatting on WhatsApp, he obtained my information and hacked my Google account connected to Clash of Clans. When trying to contact him, he locked my phone and won't answer calls. He asked for money to return my account. Please help me regain access.

Both my accounts, Ravinderajanie and Ravi2, were unexpectedly banned by Supercell for suspected phishing activities. I want to stress that I have never engaged in any fraudulent behavior with these accounts. There seems to be a misunderstanding regarding the connection between my accounts and different email addresses. My main account, Ravinderajanie, is linked to my Apple Game Center and Supercell IDs with one email, while my second account, Ravi2, is linked through a separate email. I can provide verification for both accounts if needed. I kindly ask Supercell to review and lift the ban so I can resume enjoying the game I am passionate about.

Hello Supercell, My account, linked to the email address [redacted], got suspended for 31 days due to an unauthorized sale. I apologize for this incident. My 10-year-old brother, Igor, played on my account without my knowledge and intended to gift it to a friend but mistakenly put it up for sale on eBay. I only discovered this when I saw the ban and reprimanded him. I sincerely regret this situation and assure you it will not recur. Kindly consider lifting the ban. I will ensure my brother does not access or sell the account again. The games Clash of Clans and Clash Royale hold great sentimental value for me. Thank you.

I recently got a new phone and decided to download Clash of Clans on it. However, when I opened the game, I realized I had to start over. I then tried to locate my old village in the options menu, but I discovered that village recoveries are done through email. Unfortunately, the email linked to my old account is no longer active, so I couldn't receive the verification code. I attempted the second option of providing details about my old base to the in-game support but struggled to remember the specifics as it had been a while since I last played. Despite my efforts, I was unsuccessful and ended up getting banned when I logged back in. I later found my base information on my old phone, but I am still banned. I would appreciate it if you could understand my situation and lift the ban so I can access my old base and continue enjoying the game. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My builder's offense is maxed out, but my clan, "Adult Addicts," at level 19, should be dominant with my troop levels. However, I can't even secure one star on non-maxed bases. It feels like my troops are stuck at level 4, hindering my progress in the game. This issue of troops acting improperly against enemy defenses needs to be addressed. I've invested a significant amount of money, totaling over $[redacted], in both bases for war and farming, as well as for builder upgrades. SuperCell needs to fix these account issues promptly or refund my money. This ongoing problem is frustrating, as I've spent a considerable amount to enhance my gameplay experience. I expect a resolution or a refund for the gems equivalent to my expenses. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I was previously banned for using inappropriate language in the global chat. I've made a point to avoid the global chat to prevent this issue. Recently, I received a 7-day ban for inappropriate language, even though the only time I've used such language was in my clan chat where we jokingly call each other names. I'm the leader of the clan, and this ban has me confused. This ban is frustrating, especially since my birthday party is on May 18th, and now I won't be able to purchase anything until a week before my birthday. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I'm frustrated with Boom Beach. After a maintenance break that increased my Victory Points (VP), I asked them politely to fix the issue as I'm trying to lower my VP. Instead of helping, they accused me of attacking NPC bases. I clarified I wouldn't do that but they have been ignoring me and closing conversations. I requested them to remove the 12 VP they added without my consent. If they don't resolve this, I'm considering quitting the game and canceling my subscription. Their lack of assistance and rudeness is really disappointing.

I have invested significant time and money into my main account, reaching level [redacted], and had a second account for war in my clan. I contacted support hoping they could assist me in merging the accounts. Unfortunately, I was banned because I couldn't provide information from years ago for a game I haven't played in a long time. It's incredibly frustrating to lose all my progress and investments because I sought help to retrieve something I misplaced. I am deeply disappointed and considering discontinuing my support for your games if I can't recover my accounts. I feel helpless at the moment and would appreciate any assistance in restoring the years of effort and dedication I've put into your game.

Hello, This is my second attempt to contact Supercell regarding my account. I have reached out to support, but unfortunately, they have not been very helpful. My account, Coconuticus, was banned last Thursday due to "account phishing" when I was trying to recover my old account named Mogar through support. To my surprise, my current account got permanently banned without any prior warning. The responses I received from support mentioned a breach of terms and conditions and suggested returning to the game if that was not the case. I want to clarify that I had no intention of "account phishing" and was solely trying to access my old account. I am requesting for Coconuticus to be unbanned, as I believe it was unjustly banned, and I have no plans to reclaim Mogar in the future. Looking forward to a prompt resolution from your team. I used to have an iPhone, and now I've switched to a Samsung. Unfortunately, my iPhone won't turn on, so I can't access my Supercell account to transfer it to my new phone. I really want to retrieve my old account, which I've invested a lot of time and money into. My account name was either Sadistik MYTH or just MYTH, and I believe I'm over level [redacted] and no longer part of a clan. I took a break from the game but now I'm eager to return. It would be great if you could help me recover my account so I can start playing again. If not, I won't restart from scratch. Thank you!

He tried to apologize later, but the damage was done. I sincerely regret trusting him with my account and phone. I'm seeking help to undo the ban since I didn't make those requests. Even though it appears I breached terms unknowingly, I hope to regain access since I'm not at fault. I understand the need for a review by an advisor or admin. He tried to apologize when he spoke to the support representative on my behalf. I regret trusting him with my phone and account. I would like to personally apologize for the situation and request a review of my ban as it was not me who violated the terms of service. My account was wrongfully accessed by a scammer I met in a gaming clan. They misled me into thinking I could access their account, but instead, they took over mine. Now, when I try to login with my email [redacted], it shows someone else's name, BrandonBohall97, and prompts for a 6-digit code which is not associated with my Supercell ID. I've invested a significant amount of time and money into this account over the past 6 years. Despite trying to uninstall and reinstall the app, the issue persists. It seems like the scammer has linked my account to their email. I desperately need assistance solving this problem and disconnecting from the scammer's influence.

I have an issue with the victory points system. Previously, I was informed that I would not be matched against players more than ten levels above me. However, I, at level 42, have been consistently matched against level 65 opponents. When I raised this concern, the individual I spoke with abruptly ended the conversation, and the next day, all non-player bases were level 60. This unexpected change affected my gameplay. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment and not the same repetitive responses. Your claim of fair play is contradicted by being pitted against significantly higher-level players due to their low victory points. I am frustrated with how my game was altered by this individual named Jimmy. I am reaching out because I care about the game and hope for a resolution. Thank you for your attention.
