I attempted to help a friend, "it's yo boy," retrieve their Clash Royale account. We used to play the game together on the bus to school. Recently, my friend upgraded to an iPhone X from an iPhone 6 and had not connected their account to Game Center. Unfortunately, after selling the old phone without wiping the data, the account was lost. With my friend's permission, I reached out to Supercell via the in-game chat multiple times without receiving notifications. The current account my friend uses is "Bob$" followed by something else, indicating that "It's yo boy" is inactive. I'm willing to provide my friend's email for verification. In Clash Royale, I go by the username "ZachNinjaKiller."

Hello Supercell, I am K. MUTHUKUMAR from India. My account, originally signed in with [redacted], was connected to [redacted] for OTP after a Supercell ID update. Unfortunately, this led to me being deceived by the owner of [redacted] Currently, I am unable to access my ID even though it is still linked to playing games. Hello, I am writing about an issue I have encountered while playing your game, which has caused me quite a bit of inconvenience. I purchased the gold pass and became your customer. One of the benefits of the pass is a 20% discount on upgrade times and resources. However, when I tried to upgrade my town hall to level 12, I did not receive any of the advantages despite having the active pass. I was required to pay full price for the upgrade. Additionally, I cannot upgrade to 5 stars because not all of my gold storages are at their maximum level. I contacted a representative in the game who told me the upgrade cost would be discounted when a builder became available. I used gems to free up a builder, only to find out that the discount was not applied as promised. Now, I am left without assistance as no one is responding in the game. I hope to receive prompt and real support as a paying player who respects the rules of the game. I expect the same level of respect from the developers. I am seeking quick assistance and support.

I recently purchased the Galaxy S10 Plus and faced difficulty logging into Clash of Clans to recover my account. Prior to this, I used an iPhone 7 Plus where I played the game for four years, and now I am disappointed as I am unable to transfer my iOS account to an Android device. I am hoping for assistance to resolve this issue as I prefer to keep my Galaxy rather than switching back to an iPhone due to this account recovery problem. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello, my name is Dexter. In the past, I created a few Clash of Clans accounts. One was called Propier and was around level [redacted] at the time. I would like to recover my account. Despite having limited recollection, I remember making 2 or 3 payments for extra gems, upgrading from pink to dark walls when I was approximately 15 years old. The account was transferred between Apple and Samsung devices, including a Samsung Galaxy 5-6, iPhone 5, iPad, and iPod. It was registered with my old email address, [redacted], which I no longer use. I primarily played in Willemstad and Roosendaal in the Netherlands and in Oostende and Middelkerke in Belgium. After devoting a significant amount of time and money to playing Clash of Clans and progressing in the game, I recently encountered an issue where my account was banned for alleged account phishing. I want to clarify that I was attempting to help a friend I met through the game who was not located in the UK. My friend asked for assistance in recovering their lost account, so I offered to try helping by requesting a link code through the game's support system using my account. However, I was surprised to find out that my account got banned for this action. I reached out via email to address this misunderstanding, but unfortunately, the response I received did not resolve the situation. It seems there was a miscommunication, as I did not intend to violate any guidelines, but merely wanted to aid a friend. I am hopeful that someone will be able to assist me further with resolving this issue.

I have a subscription to Instant Troops in Boom Beach. After redesigning my Warship, I went to attack and had to reload troops first. I noticed a pink diamond and a timer on some troops due to losses from a recent battle. Instant troops should work in this case according to what I read online. I also checked my email and confirmed my renewal went through. However, my troops are not instantly renewing. When I click on the purchase icon on the main base screen and then on the Instant Troop subscription, I receive an error message with a server code (df-dferh-01). This is my main concern. My game name is WookieLUVcookie. There are a few Warship bugs you've probably already heard about. Sometimes replays can't be played until the end, and I can't see how the opponent won. After an attack in the regular game, my Warship icon turns grey, even when no season is available. It would be helpful to have only one saved Warship setup to easily revert back after experimenting with new ideas. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a few seconds to hit retreat when the game gets interrupted, especially for non-instant troop players. Lastly, is there a way to recover my other account (Brucifer) from my old task force if I forgot the second Google Play account I used for it? Thank you, Furball

I used to play Clash of Clans a long time ago when logins weren't required. I've recently returned to the game and realized I want to access my old account. I have tried contacting support without any luck; my old account information includes: #2YULPRU9, Town Hall level: 9, username: Rawnoodle, and my old clan name was Fireborne. I had a discussion with a boy in the clan chat who offered me a Town Hall 12 account. He guided me to connect it using his Supercell ID, but I forgot his email. Consequently, he now has access to my Clash of Clans account, and I'm struggling to play for over three months. I connected my account to [redacted] on Google Play Games, and I'm requesting to disconnect from the Supercell ID I signed up for in March. I am a huge fan of Clash of Clans, and I urge you to disconnect my account from the Supercell ID and link it to Google Play Games with [redacted] I'm deeply unhappy not being able to play and sincerely ask for your help in granting my request.

I haven't played my account for a while and upon returning to the game, I discovered that I have to begin from scratch. Previously, I had accumulated numerous legendaries and high-level cards. Despite my recent attempts to recover my account, I was unfairly accused of phishing and the account was permanently banned. As a long-term Clash Royale player who has devoted a significant amount of time and money to the game, I am eager to have my account reinstated as I do not want all my efforts to go to waste.

I accidentally locked myself out of my COC account on my device. I entered the wrong verification code for my Supercell ID attached to [redacted], resulting in a lockout that has lasted approximately 33 hours. Despite waiting for the 24-hour lockout period to expire, I am still unable to log in on my main phone. When I attempt to log in, I receive a message instructing me to check my email for a code, but I have not received any emails with a code since the lockout. I mistakenly entered the last code I received on May 2, [redacted], at 7:18 AM, which was [redacted] [redacted] and caused the initial lockout. Entering this code now results in an error message saying, "Something is wrong." I seek assistance in resolving this issue to prevent further lockouts while I am currently locked out. I have been trying to reach a live person in the game for two consecutive days without success. I am facing an issue with my lost account and have made two unsuccessful attempts to recover it by engaging with bots and providing all the necessary details like account name, town hall level, and XP. However, due to not playing the game for a long time, I do not recall all the specifics required by the bots. After submitting the information I do know, it takes a minimum of 24 hours for a human support agent to respond. But whenever I check for updates in the in-game chat, it prompts me to start a new conversation, removing the previous support reply and starting the process afresh. After spending two days on this issue, I have now discovered an email contact.

I need assistance in recovering an important account that I have been working on for a long time. The account was linked to an email address [redacted], and I suspect the username was either Cleetus55 or Cleetus2447. The account was at Town Hall level 11, and possibly had a Builder Hall level of 5 or 6. Although I do not have the account ID, I remember being in specific clans and the approximate active period was from around [redacted] to early [redacted]. Following a switch from an android to an iPhone, I inadvertently created a new account with the same email, which is causing difficulty in locating the original account. Any help in retrieving this account would be greatly appreciated.

I'm Frida Peoples, and I've been trying to resolve an issue since May 1st without success. I finished the April season challenge, paid $4.99 for the gold pass, and received the warrior king skin, but I never received the resources from the season bank. A support agent incorrectly stated that I purchased the gold pass for May, when I actually bought it for April. I haven't purchased the pass for May yet. Despite reaching out through in-game chat multiple times, the support agents keep closing the conversation without resolving my problem. I've been attempting to get the April season bank resources for days now without success. My focus is solely on receiving the resources from the April season bank that I never got, not on the May season. It's frustrating to have invested in two accounts but be unable to get assistance from an agent on this matter.

I'm frustrated because my account got locked for 24 hours after several failed sign-in attempts. I didn't receive the email with the code to unlock my account despite my numerous tries. This lockout is affecting not only me but also my team during war leagues on Clash of Clans. I've been a loyal player for over 5 years, spending more than $[redacted] on the game. It's incredibly unfair to be prevented from playing when I've invested so much. What's the point of purchasing gems and gold passes if I can't access the game at crucial times to make my attacks? I feel like I'm letting everyone down by being locked out. I've attempted to reach out to Supercell for support, but I've only received unhelpful automated responses. Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue with a recent gem purchase on my account. During the global tournament, I attempted to buy $5 worth of gems to reach the required [redacted] gems for rewards. However, my aging iPad froze during the transaction. After entering my password, it froze again before unexpectedly completing a $50 purchase, giving me 6,[redacted] gems instead. I did not intend to purchase this amount. I am seeking a refund of $50 to my credit card and the removal of the unintended 6,[redacted] gems from my account. I will keep the gems unused until this matter is resolved. I have two Clash of Clans accounts that I use on iOS. I recently signed up for a Supercell ID, which has caused multiple issues. I prefer logging in via Game Center on my iPhone rather than using Supercell ID. Unfortunately, I have been locked out of my main account for 24 hours because I'm not receiving verification emails anymore. Could you please remove the Supercell ID from the clash of clans account linked to [redacted]? This situation is frustrating and is discouraging me from enjoying the game. I also can't purchase the new season pass due to this issue.
