I'm seeking assistance in recovering my Clash of Clans account from my previous phone. I require either access to the email address associated with the account or to update the account to my new email address. I go by the name Colt G., player name White Lightning, and my player tag is #Y8RRJQYJJ. I am at Town Hall 11, level [redacted], with [redacted] trophies and 51 war medals. I am part of Clan G-blocc, with heroes at level 15 for Barbarian King, level 13 for Archer Queen, and level 5 for Grand Warden. Your support in recovering this profile would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Justin Surya Wijaya. I am looking to retrieve my old village called Lenoal. It was at level 97 and was part of the Onyx alliance, which is my sister's village. Currently, I am in the "Cybertoxid" clan. I lost access to the village because I originally played Clash of Clans on my iPad using the Game Center email "[redacted]". I later linked it to an Android phone about 3 to 4 years ago. I stopped playing the game about 1 to 2 years ago. Now, with my new Android phone, I want to continue with my village. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my iPad. I noticed that when I logged into my email "[redacted]" on Google Play, it's linked to my sister's account. When I tried to log in with my other Google Play account "[redacted]", I realized it's a new village. I don't have any purchase receipts from my time playing on the village "Lenoal", but I hope that Supercell support can help me retrieve it.

I reached out to your support team roughly a month ago regarding my account recovery. I had invested a significant amount, close to $****, in the account. After that, I found myself blocked from another account I used to contact you. The details of my original account are as follows: Username: Swagbeedog, Level: ***, TH level: ***, Clan tag: QRJGVQQJ. I am eager to regain access to my original account as I simply want to continue playing on it.

My classmates took my phone and logged into my Supercell account on Brawl Stars using their phones. My username is KevinoBrawlz with the player tag #VGRYJ2LG. They are losing about [redacted] trophies each time they play on my account, causing me to lose interest in the game. I have invested over [redacted] hours into this game and losing control over it is frustrating. I would appreciate it if you could either deactivate my Supercell ID or transfer it to a different email. Another option could be to ban their accounts or remove my ID from them. You can verify the unauthorized activity by looking at the series of rank 10s and instances where they scored on my own net in Brawl Ball. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently requested help to recover an account I haven't used in over 2 years, only to be permanently banned by Supercell for providing incorrect information during the process. The account in question was connected to iTunes and is crucial for me as it is where I make in-game purchases. Despite knowing the email associated with the account and other relevant details, I have been left without assistance or a resolution for over an hour and a half since the ban. It is disheartening to be locked out of my main account, and I would greatly appreciate any support in resolving this issue.

Being banned unfairly has caused me emotional distress, especially when I was close to achieving a milestone in the game. My account was unexpectedly banned from the game without any explanation. When trying to log in, I receive a message saying I'm banned. I am certain I have done nothing to warrant this action and find it unjust and upsetting. I urge for a detailed clarification of the ban and wish to contest it as my only intention was to play and enjoy the game like I have for many years. Having dedicated over five years to this game, I have made numerous gem purchases on my various accounts. This unfair suspension has left me feeling disheartened and disconnected from something I love. I kindly request to have my village reinstated and eagerly await a prompt response. I have lost my phone and as a result, lost access to my Gmail account, preventing me from logging into my village. I need assistance with this matter. I prefer email support as the in-game support only provides automated responses that are not helpful, spamming unwanted messages. Despite selecting the appropriate options, the support bot continues to send irrelevant messages without offering real assistance. I am facing issues with in-game support. Hello, I am reaching out to see if we can recover my son's account. I accidentally linked his account to my email address when trying to log in, and now his level 17 account named "wamo" is inaccessible. After the recent update, I noticed that magic items were relocated to the town hall in both bases. While upgrading my clock tower in the builder base, I accidentally used a clock tower potion when I clicked on the town hall, but I did not receive any boost as expected. Upon reaching out to in-game support for assistance, I spoke with Nick who informed me that accessing the clock tower potion while upgrading the clock tower was not possible, and I had to accept the loss of the potion. Despite requesting a resolution several times, I have been ignored and blocked. This lack of assistance is unacceptable, especially considering my status as a veteran and public figure in my community. I have kept records of the entire conversation and am eagerly awaiting a response to address this matter. If unresolved, I am prepared to escalate my concerns to Google and various social media platforms to shed light on the unsatisfactory treatment from Supercell. As a paying customer, it is disheartening to experience such disregard for player satisfaction and common sense in maintaining customer loyalty.

I created an account for my son using my email address [redacted] He made great progress, reaching level 17 with a HQ of level 8 in just a week in the game Voltron with the team named wamo, which had around [redacted] fp. However, when I logged into my account and accepted using "wamo's base HQ22," his account seems to have disappeared. We have a separate email address for his account, [redacted], and we didn't anticipate this issue. We assumed we'd each log into our own accounts while playing Boom Beach. Can his account be recovered and linked to his new email address to resolve this confusion? Thank you.

Recently, I received a 2-day ban for alleged inappropriate language. This surprises me as I have been actively engaging in chats while focusing on gaining trophies without using any profanity, knowing the consequences from seeing my friends getting banned for it. I remember being with a friend in the game, he may have said something in chat while searching for a base together. I only found out about the ban today, and upon asking him, he mentioned saying a few things, but nothing too severe. I truly believe the ban was unjust as I always make an effort to maintain clean communication. Once unbanned, I commit to refraining from any language that could lead to a ban. I also pledge to safeguard my account more diligently to prevent unauthorized access. I play this game extensively, around 4 hours daily, and being a Town Hall 10 in Legends, this ban unfairly threatens my progress and standings. I kindly request to be unbanned, my player tag is #9LCLLYVQO, and I serve as a co-leader in the Voltage clan. Thank you for your attention and understanding the situation.

I sent this email 3 days ago: "Hello, I log into my account, play a few games, then reconnect a few hours later, only to find a completely new beginner account. I have checked, and my Game Center account is linked to the correct email address. GameCenter Email: [redacted] Account Level: 11 Awaiting your response." I have yet to hear back from support other than a generic automated email that was not helpful. I even received a follow-up asking about my satisfaction with the support, to which I replied detailing that my issue remains unresolved with no further communication. It seems my account was inexplicably deleted. Can someone please contact me to restore my account? By the way, it shouldn't be this difficult to reach customer support. It's frustrating that the contact form isn't easily accessible on the Supercell website, forcing me to search through multiple forums to find it.

Dear SC, I have spent thousands of Swedish kronors on gems and other items before, including in Hay Day. This time, I only spent 50 kr on the Gold Pass. When I tried to collect some items from the Season Challenge rewards, I encountered issues. Despite knowing I had too many power potions, I attempted to collect gems. The system offered me 60 gems instead, so I accepted. As the gems were being awarded, an error message appeared, stating that I was out of sync. After reloading the game, I found that I had only received 10 gems. The same issue occurred with the second reward. Furthermore, in the latest Clan Challenge, the reward I received did not match what was promised. My CC is fully upgraded, but less than half of the reward fit in. I have been playing Clash of Clans for approximately four months after its launch and still enjoy it, but these incidents are frustrating. Sincerely, Mikael Andersson

I made an in-app purchase yesterday, but it was unsuccessful. Even though I was charged five times by iTunes, I never received the items in the Fishing Booster Pack. Thankfully, iTunes issued me a refund. However, my diamond count is now negative, and I lost 50,[redacted] coins. My account needs to be restored as I still haven't received the additional items I paid for. Prior to this issue, I had over [redacted],[redacted] coins and 75 diamonds. Also, 8 diamonds from leveling up were not added to my account.

Dear Supercell, I am reaching out to suggest some balance adjustments to certain cards like Miner, Witch, Princess, and Royal Giant. It would be beneficial to address these issues to enhance gameplay. Additionally, the draft mode needs improvement as offering strong cards like P.E.K.K.A or Wall Breakers to opponents can create an unfair advantage. Moreover, the tournament and matchmaking systems should be revised to avoid mismatching like level 9 versus level 12, which impacts the gaming experience significantly. Furthermore, there seems to be a bug with the Goblin Giant in 2v2 Touchdown mode, where it can unfairly lead to additional crowns for players. Such glitches need immediate attention to maintain fairness in the game. Overall, the game has great potential, but resolving these issues could make it even more enjoyable for players.
