On January ** I was charged **.** and I did not make this purchase. I contacted Apple support and was refunded. However, COC deducted **** gems from my account when I never received anything on my account to begin with thus resulting in a negative balance of gems. I tried to get help through the game app but the person who was supposed to be helping me ended the conversation instead. I should not have lost in game currency when I never received any and I never should have been treated that way and I should not have ever been put into this position in the first place.
