The issue in GetHuman-zachery_'s own words
So I had made a purchase awhile ago and you guys had taken back all cards and like ***,*** gold. I had a negative gold count but I still enjoyed the game an you guys still have a pending transaction on my account even though it’s all been refunded to you. It won’t even let me update the game because there is verification required for me to do so. I assumed I should contact apple support, I did so they wanted me to contact you, this is the only way I could figure out how to do so. Please check your side and make it so it is no longer pending. Thanks and hope to hear from somebody soon.
