I am a Hay Day player. Unfortunately, the recent update caused issues with the app, and I had to uninstall and reinstall it. My original Supercell account was linked to [redacted], but I now use [redacted] I cannot access my Supercell account as I have forgotten the password for my old email. I have already contacted Google for help without success. Hay Day is the only game I play, and I would be deeply disappointed if I cannot access it anymore. I have been banned for what seems to be a misunderstanding. I was trying to retrieve a lost village in Clash Of Clans and did not mean to come across as phishing. I apologize for any confusion and would like to be unbanned to restore my Town Hall 4 village. I am not a hacker and have read and agreed to the game's rules. Complaint about Hay Day We are a group of players in the Nikolai community who enjoy Hay Day. Around two weeks ago, a player named Csanihun joined and removed members who were inactive, changed our community roles without asking, and made himself leader without any consultation. We have reported this on our site, but we are not sure how to remove him and restore our group to its original state. We love playing together but are upset by these actions. One of our original members, DeJu from the Philippines, is still active. There are also three of us in New Zealand. We hope this situation can be resolved so we can continue enjoying the game together. Thank you.

Hello, I'm not fluent in English. I was advised by a friend that if I wasn't part of the 15 team members, I could switch to another clan to participate in the league. Despite being promised a spot in the 15-member league squad by the clan leader from day 1, I was overlooked, leading me to join another clan for the league event. However, without prior notice, it was indicated that I couldn't participate in the league for another clan if I wasn't on the list from the previous clan. Even if someone is considered a deserter, there is no indicator showing this when attempting to join a league in a different clan. I have encountered difficulties trying to find a clan to participate in the league, as even friends have noticed this peculiar situation. As the league is still in the preparation stage, could you please allow me to switch to another clan to join the league, as it has been challenging to find my original clan to return to due to forgotten clan names?

I'm trying to retrieve my Town Hall 8 account from Clash Royale. I haven't played in about two to three years since the game was released. When I tried to recover my account, they asked for the exact date I started playing. It was just a casual app on my phone, and I didn't keep track of when I downloaded it. I informed them that I didn't know the exact date, and I was permanently banned for account phishing. I was initially unable to log into my other account, so I tried to recover this one, only to get banned for alleged account phishing. I had made good progress on this account and was enjoying it, so getting banned was disappointing.

Purtroppo, malgrado i miei tentativi, non sono riuscito a superare il controllo di proprietà dell'account. Desidererei disattivare il Supercell ID, ma mi chiedo se sia possibile senza rispondere alle quattro domande di verifica. Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Game Center account linked to Clash Royale, which is under the email address [redacted] Today, I had a discussion with Jim concerning an issue I encountered. Despite confirming my ownership of the account, a notification from Jim appeared stating a response, but upon opening the application, I found myself logged out. Despite receiving a Supercell login ID code via email, I faced difficulties logging back in. After entering the 6-digit code, I was prompted for an unlock code due to my account being locked, yet I did not receive any further instructions via email. I was unable to access the last message from Jim as the application logged me out promptly. Could you please assist me with this matter?

I am having trouble accessing my Town Hall 12 in the game. When I sign in with my Supercell ID, it only shows a new Village at Town Hall 1. I have tried entering the correct email associated with my Supercell ID, but it keeps loading the new village instead of my Town Hall 12. As a dedicated Trophy Pusher, this issue is preventing me from enjoying the game. My account was banned because my son mistakenly messaged another account thinking it was his lost account, based on something he read online. He was confused as it had the same name and level as his missing account. I was unaware of this until after the message was sent. It was not an attempt to steal another account; my son was simply confused. I would like to continue playing on my banned account to enjoy time with my kids in the game. I have spoken with my child about messaging without permission, and this was an innocent mistake by a child that led to the ban on my account.

Dear Sir, My account was hacked by someone. It happened over 6 months ago. I was not aware of Supercell ID at that time. The person who hacked my account joined my clan and requested me to take over his account for a few years as he was starting medical school, and playing Clash of Clans was a distraction. Unfortunately, the situation ended up negatively affecting my studies as well, causing me to fall behind in college. When I discovered that the accounts were linked, the hacker asked me to connect his Gmail to my new account by entering an OTP he provided. I now find myself in a difficult situation. I have tried reaching out to Supercell for support without success. I even attempted contacting the PlayGames Help Center, but they directed me back to Supercell, stating that they have all the necessary information regarding my account. Dear Sir, Approximately 6 months ago, a player joined my clan "HINDUSTAN HERO" and requested me to take over their account due to starting their MBBS studies. Initially, I agreed to play their account for wars only. However, the player later provided their Gmail account details for supercell registration, claiming it was necessary. Unfortunately, during this process, control of my own account was transferred to the player, who now goes by the name "Hamza Masud" instead of my original name "[redacted]". I urgently need assistance with this matter as my account with the tag #89VQL2YYL and Town Hall level 11, along with approximately 9K+ gems, has been compromised by this individual. I have saved all WhatsApp conversations with the hacker for reference. Kindly assist me with resolving this issue as soon as possible.

After getting a new phone, I recently tried to log into my Clash of Clans account. While attempting to sign in, I encountered an issue with my Supercell ID. Despite inputting my email, I was unable to receive the verification code as expected. Instead, I received a message stating that no Supercell ID was associated with my email address. Following this, I attempted to register a new Supercell ID using the same email ([redacted]) and ended up losing all my game progress. I previously contacted you regarding this issue, but I am repeating it now as I have not received a response from your team. The bot Sparky seems to be stuck in a loop, and despite my attempts to seek assistance, I have not received any help. I have provided ample evidence to confirm that the account belongs to me and is experiencing difficulties. In my last email, I attached a screen recording to further demonstrate the problem. I am perplexed by the lack of support I have received. It appears that every time I reach out, I receive the same response instructing me to contact you in-game. Nevertheless, I have shown that I am unable to do so, even after following the steps outlined in your message. Despite explaining that I altered my email to separate my personal and business correspondence, my account remains region-locked in Indonesia since it was created during a trip from Indonesia to California. Kindly address this issue promptly.

In an attempt to resolve this, I followed a guide online and deleted my gamer profile in Google Play Games. I am experiencing two significant issues in the game. Firstly, my emotes consistently display a loading icon and fail to show the actual emote. When attempting to access them, a message appears stating that the emotes are downloading. Moreover, I am unable to utilize emotes in clan chat or view them during battles. Despite reinstalling the game multiple times and ensuring I have the latest updates, the problem persists. Secondly, my News Royale section does not load and continuously displays a loading icon. These problems prevent me from obtaining new free emotes or participating in the chance to win 1 million gems. Your assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. I woke up and immediately checked Clash of Clans, only to find a shocking message stating I'd been permanently banned. This came as a surprise because I haven't engaged in any prohibited activities. The ban was supposedly due to selling or buying accounts, which I have never attempted. I've dedicated years to playing on this account, and it's been my preferred pastime during leisure moments. Previously, my account was hacked, and despite the frustrating experience with the unhelpful support messaging system, I managed to reclaim it with Supercell's assistance. It's possible the hacker attempted to sell my account, leading to this ban. Now I can't access my significantly progressed base, including my level [redacted] Town Hall 10. I go by the name "lokpin" with tag "VCR9UG22." Resolving this issue is crucial as I've done nothing wrong and wish to continue playing. I refuse to lose all my progress unjustly.

Hello, I previously sent an email about our clan issue. My friends and I created a clan, but unknowingly someone took over as the leader from my account and kicked us all out last year. We've been attempting to rejoin, but our requests keep getting denied. The clan tag is #89G8U8P2, and the name is [S]alvasion. I've been advised to ask the current leader to reinstate me, but as they are a stranger to me and I lack any social media contacts, this is challenging. The leader and members appear inactive. We put a lot of effort into building our clan, and being kicked out unknowingly is frustrating. Please assist us as only the COC can resolve this matter. Without help, I am considering leaving the clan, which disappoints me and my friends greatly.

I had a Clash Royale account on iPhone under the name "Viewtiful Joe" with the friend code: #2L0R8YPCS. After my phone broke, I switched to Android but can't recall the email linked to my old account for recovery. I had invested around $75.00 in gems there. Now, I've created a new account, "USAWOL," and spent $19.00 already. The new account is part of the same "Paddy's Pub" clan where my old friends and family are. Hello, I'm Carson, a 16-year-old who loves playing Clash of Clans. My game ID is GY9YV2V0, and I reached level [redacted]. I devoted hours yesterday pushing for trophies, spending money on gems.
