I had an old account that I created a while back. Recently, I got a new phone and made a new account to play with my friends again. However, when one of my friends successfully got their old account back by contacting Supercell, I tried the same but my new account ended up getting banned. Despite my efforts to get back my old account by emailing Supercell, I have not had any success. I am now unable to re-download the game due to the ban on my new account. Supercell has been responding to my emails by asking me to contact them through the game, but I can't access it. The account I'm trying to recover is named CaptainKirk at Townhall level nine, and I did not have a builder base as it was not available when I last played. I believe my level was [redacted]. I am having trouble participating in the clan games. I have not yet completed or even started a challenge, but I am unable to engage with them. I posted on the message board seeking assistance, but have not received a response. I have been a dedicated user for years and I am disappointed to potentially miss out on the current clan games due to this system glitch. Although I am in an active clan, the game prompts me to rejoin an inactive one, preventing me from participating. This is a new issue for me and I am unsure why I am being locked out despite not initiating any challenges. I am eager for a solution to this problem as I am unable to compete in the games despite my efforts to participate.

I recently updated to a new phone and experienced issues transferring my game progress. I reached out to Supercell support, and despite multiple interactions where they requested verification information, they were unable to help me recover my account. Strangely, now I am facing a permanent ban from the game due to alleged phishing attempts. I simply want to access my original account on my new phone, but no one seems able to assist me. I acquired 21 tapes from another player, but my barn is only showing 25 instead of the expected 35 after the purchase. Also, my silo indicates I have seven screws consistently, despite purchasing red boxes containing them using diamonds. I should have received around 20 more screws by now. I have been finding some screws in the catalogue, but I am uncertain if they are being added to my inventory. Going forward, I will verify if the screws are deposited in my barn. This discrepancy is concerning, and I seek clarification on this issue.

Hello, I noticed that a legendary chest was offered for $50, which I wasn't interested in. However, I wanted to claim the free "bag of [redacted] coins," but when I clicked it, the game prompted for my fingerprint. To my surprise, it initiated the $50 purchase without my consent. Despite trying to cancel, the game proceeded with the purchase. I haven't resumed playing since I don't want to open something I didn't plan to buy. Could I please request a refund? I lead a clan in Clash Royale, and we recently had some toxic members join who used offensive language towards us. I have screenshots of the incidents. When we faced another clan in a war, I warned the toxic members about their behavior. Unfortunately, I was banned for two days, which I accepted. After the update, I was unbanned and even spent some money. However, the next day I woke up to find that I was banned again, this time for seven days. Yesterday, someone asked me to assist in creating a COC account without my realization that this person was a fraudster. Unfortunately, I was misled into creating a Supercell account with the email ID ([redacted]) provided by the fraudster. Now, my COC account is under their control, leaving me unable to access it. My account was compromised when a person in my clan offered me his account. Desiring to engage privately, I shared my social media. He mentioned a SuperCell ID issue, which didn't affect me as I didn't have one. Following his instructions, I registered his SuperCell ID on my device. After receiving a verification code from him, I logged in, expecting both bases to appear. Surprisingly, a second verification code was prompted, which he did not provide.
