Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the suspension of my account, "EastYYY", which is at level 66. I have invested around 5 years in this account, using it recently to try to recover my town hall 4 account called "Leader". This town hall 4 account was my second account in the clan chat of my previous clan, "EASTYYY MW2". I had promoted it to leader to rejoin the clan as it was invite-only. Despite assurances that my account linked to my Supercell ID would be safe, I was suddenly and permanently banned without warning for alleged "account phishing". Clash of Clans has been a significant part of my life, helping me through difficult times like bereavements. The nostalgia attached to my account is immense, so the accusation of jeopardizing it for a town hall 4 account makes no sense. While I have always followed the rules, the ban seems harsh compared to others who received shorter bans for rule violations like hacking. Losing my account has been distressing, as it is central to my gaming life and connection to the "DevBrosIV3" clan. Please consider my situation and help find a resolution. Hello Supercell team, I'm contacting you from Nepal regarding my account "Kick 2." I had successfully connected it to Supercell ID and was playing without any issues, but after uninstalling Clash of Clans for a few months due to exams, I'm unable to log back in. When I try to sign in, it says there is no Supercell ID associated with my email address. However, back in February 24, [redacted], I received a message from Supercell confirming the linking of my game account to Supercell ID. I have been playing these games for several years now, but I am unsure exactly when I started. They were all created in Canada. I last played these games a few months ago. Recently, I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S9+. My real name is Vincent Bellon, and you can reach me at [redacted]. My in-game name has always been SenseiVJB, and my clan name is **GODS OF WAR** in all three games, which I founded years ago and lead. I typically log in via Google Play using one of three emails: [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] I have not made any in-game purchases yet. I have attached some recent screenshots. Player Tag:#L2ROYRJL Username: rockstar Last Clan: Titans United Level 3 Clan TH Level: 10 My account was hacked by someone using a Micromax Tab. They changed the account name to "Narendra Jatt," all due to Supercell ID. I was about to create my Supercell ID when I received a message notifying me of someone else using it before me. Now the hacker has access, and I'm locked out. Supercell, this is your responsibility. I need my account restored. I am willing to verify any details to confirm ownership. I have now set up my Supercell ID. I'm desperate to retrieve my TH 10 account. Despite numerous messages, I have yet to receive a single response. Please assist me in recovering my account. If unable to delink the hacker's Supercell ID, please ban it from my account.

I play Clash Royale on a phone and tablet, but the tablet was stolen. The thief used it to play a match on my Clash Royale account recently. Providing the IP address to the police could help recover my stolen items. However, Supercell has locked me out and is asking for a new email to access my account, despite my current email being secure. I prefer not to create a new email just for the game. I provided a screenshot from the email they claim is insecure to prove ownership. I believe the situation is unfair, as changing locks after losing a key is more reasonable. I am concerned about facing obstruction of justice charges and may need to involve a lawyer if this issue persists.

While playing Clash of Clans on Google Play, I reached out to in-game help to recover my old account from a previously broken Apple phone. Recently, a friend discovered my account still linked to Facebook. I was conversing with a support person named Nick G in the help chat, hopeful to retrieve my village. However, upon attempting to log in today, I discovered I had been banned for alleged phishing activities. I simply wish to continue playing Clash of Clans with my original account. Please unblock my account and help me retrieve my old village. The tag for my old account is #9vy0lggp.

I am astonished that the attempt to recover my son's lost account, due to my wife's phone being stolen and needing to change all her information, resulted in the banning of my main account I've been playing for 3-4 years. I was unaware that account recovery was possible until a friend mentioned it. As a daily player and clan leader, losing access has been distressing. I am surprised at the situation with my son's lost account, which we have been trying to recover for the past two years. My wife's phone was stolen, leading to a change in all her Apple ID and Game Center information, resulting in the loss of my son's account that was linked to her account. Recently, upon learning that it might be possible to recover the account, I contacted you for assistance. Instead, my main account, which I have played on for over 3-4 years, got banned. I am frustrated and upset as I play daily, lead my clan, and have been unfairly penalized for trying to retrieve my son's account. I am disappointed in the customer service experience and hope for a resolution without having to deal with support. Someone has stolen my Clash of Clans village. I have tried every possible way to log in to my game, but I am unable to access my village. The village details are as follows: - Village Name: PJ - Village Tag: #222RC0CRJ - Clan Name: Doon Danger Boy - XP Level: [redacted] - Town Hall Level: 11 I last played on the evening of 13/07/[redacted]. After charging my phone and having dinner, I returned to my room around 9:40 pm and tried to play Clash of Clans. However, I am being prompted to log in with a Supercell ID that I have never used before. My village was never linked to a Supercell ID. I have attempted various methods to log in without success.

I lost my Clash of Clans village in PJ (#222RC0CRJ) with the clan name "Doon Danger Boy." I was at XP level [redacted] with a Townhall level of 11. On the evening of 13/07/[redacted], after playing, I put my phone on the charger and went to eat. Upon returning around 9:40 pm, when I tried to play again, the game prompted me to log in with a Supercell ID I never created or used before. My village ID was never associated with a Supercell ID, and despite various attempts, I couldn't log back into my account.

Hello. Yesterday I complained about an unauthorized access to my account, which led to you blocking it. THEN, I REACHED OUT THROUGH ANOTHER ACCOUNT TO SUPPORT TO ASK FOR YOUR HELP IN CORRECTING YOUR MISTAKE. AND TO TOP IT OFF, YOU BANNED MY OTHER ACCOUNT "FOR ATTEMPTED THEFT." STEAL WHAT, FOR GOODNESS' SAKE? I OWN TWO VILLAGES, I'VE BEEN PLAYING THIS GAME FOR OVER 3 YEARS, AND YOU WANT ME TO LOSE EVERYTHING? Lost Villages: ALL MIGHT xp [redacted] TH11 Clan - TNT - Demon xp [redacted] TH11 Clan - TNT - I want transparency on this matter because I don't think it's fair to ban accounts left and right without knowing what happened first. I have screenshots, videos, and a legion of players who know that these villages are mine. I know every clan that these villages have been in, and every clan they have been in was with me. I recently changed phones from an iPhone to an Android and unfortunately, my village from the game did not transfer over. I've invested a lot of time and money into this village and have tried the email support, but I did not receive the verification code email. I have all the necessary information about my village and would appreciate speaking with a real person to help me resolve this issue promptly. Hello, my name is Jonas. I began playing Clash of Clans over four years ago on my iPod touch. After taking a break for more than a year, I wanted to start playing again, but I can't access my account because I need to update the app. However, I am unable to update the app due to my outdated operating system (I believe it's on version 6.1 while Clash of Clans requires 9.0). When I tried to log into Clash of Clans using my Game Center account on a different device, my village had been reset. My account name is johoe2000 with the tag #RJQ08Q88. Dear Sir/Madam, I am seeking a refund for an inadvertent purchase. My phone's sluggish performance led to an unintended transaction. Upon completing a game, I encountered a Touch ID prompt. I mistakenly activated it presuming it was to reinstall the game due to phone glitches caused by numerous apps. However, I belatedly realized it was a purchase for a chest, which I did not intend to buy. Although I acknowledge the valid purchase, I am willing to forfeit all data/progress on my account to demonstrate non-usage of the service. My sole request is to have the funds refunded, as I did not intend to make this purchase. Having enjoyed Clash Royale for an extensive period as a free-to-play game, affordability has been crucial to my continued engagement. Regrettably, at present, I cannot afford this expense and would gladly reset my progress for a refund of this accidental purchase. I earnestly hope for your understanding in this matter. Kind Regards

I am feeling quite frustrated at the moment. I have 2 Clash of Clans accounts which I love. However, I encountered some issues. My Town Hall 10 got stuck on a Supercell ID that wasn't mine, but the support team helped me to recover it. Even though I requested to switch it back to Google Play, a Supercell ID was created for my Town Hall 8 without my intention. The team assisted in removing it, but I never received a notification about my Town Hall 8 being switched back to Google Play. When trying to access my Town Hall 8, I ended up on my Town Hall 10 account. Every time I tried to log in, the system forced me to save it to Supercell. I am sharing the information for my Town Hall 10: Username: Kniman2 Level: [redacted] Clan: Veracity I would really appreciate your help to switch it back to Google Play as I don't want to enter a code every time.

Please consider unbanning me just this once. This was a mistake that will not be repeated. My friend, who is new to the game and unaware of the rules, borrowed my ID. I entrusted him and he unknowingly violated the rules by attempting to access an account that belonged to another friend. He searched on YouTube for guidance, as he lacked knowledge of how to undo this action. I have invested a significant amount of money in this game and respectfully ask for my account back. I assure you, I will not disclose this incident to anyone. I value your policies but also request consideration for the finances involved. I was participating in a Clash Royale battle to reach over [redacted] trophies when the game froze, preventing me from logging in due to a maintenance break. Upon logging back in, I discovered my trophies had been lost. I believe I would have reached around [redacted] trophies without this glitch, earning me a spot in the Challenger 1 league. My player tag is #9RCQVQ8QP. I have attempted to contact Supercell multiple times through email and the in-game support feature but have yet to receive a response.

I was in a battle aiming to gain over [redacted] trophies in Clash Royale. Unfortunately, during the game, a maintenance break message appeared, freezing my progress. Upon logging back in, I noticed a loss in trophies. I believe this glitch caused me to miss out on approximately [redacted] trophies, preventing me from reaching the Challenger [redacted] league. I did not sign up for Supercell, and I don't even know what it is. Can you please refund all the money you have taken from my card and remove my card details from Supercell? I do not play any games on it. I am tired of unauthorized charges on my card, so please stop. You can contact me at [redacted] Kindly remove my card information from Supercell. My Clash of Clans account was accessed by another player named Charizad * claiming he wanted to give up his account. He provided his Supercell ID as "*****@***.com" and the code "******". When I logged back in, my account was taken over, and now my username *PantyRaider**** and level *** is changed to Champs *. I invested a lot of time into my account, and it's distressing to have it taken this way. I'm hoping Supercell can assist in resolving this situation fairly and give back control of my account.
