Hola creadores de Supercell, me dirijo a ustedes con una consulta. Recientemente asocié mi aldea a Supercell ID debido a múltiples cuentas, pero ahora que he cambiado de teléfono, me resulta complicado iniciar sesión en Supercell ID. ¿Existe alguna manera de desvincular mi aldea principal de Supercell ID y regresar a Google Play Juegos con mi antigua dirección de correo con la que creé la cuenta? Quiero aclarar que tengo acceso a mi aldea y solo deseo eliminar Supercell ID de mi cuenta para volver a Google Play con mi correo anterior. ¿Es esto posible? ¿Qué requisitos necesitaría? ¡Gracias, espero su pronta respuesta!

I have been playing "Clash" for 5 years alongside my wife. After updating the game today, it restarted during installation and now displays a connectivity issue whenever I try to open it. Despite having functional devices, I am unable to access the game. LG and Google directed me to reach out to the app developers to resolve the problem. As a committed Town Hall 10 player, I missed participating in war due to this issue. I am deeply disappointed after dedicating 5 years to this game. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Dear Sir, I am Nivash Kumar, an avid player of Clash of Clans. In the game, my profile name was Baahubali (currently changed to Kush by a hacker), with the tag #9VP9JQLCJ. I am a TH9 player with experience level over [redacted]. On 10.06.[redacted], a player named "SARTHAK" offered to give me his TH9 account in a new clan "MAHESMATI" with the description 'Hlo come in', invited only. He requested me to insert his Gmail "[redacted]" in the Supercell ID to transfer his account. Following his instructions, I unintentionally registered my base on his Gmail, losing my own progress. I am seeking assistance to disconnect the registration with his Gmail to regain control of my previous account. I am willing to provide any details about my base, including the last army composition and recent upgrades. If necessary, I can verify my progress via my Gmail "[redacted]" on the Play Games app. I am distressed about my Clash of Clans account and hope for a resolution. 😥

Dear Supercell team, I am Uzair Khan, and I desperately need your help. My Town Hall 10 account has been hacked, and I have put in years of work into it, losing sleep over its progress. I am at my wit's end and turning to you as my last hope. Let me explain what happened - a random person offered me their Town Hall 11, and after entering the code they provided on the Supercell ID page, I lost access to my account. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but the verification emails were still going to the hacker's email. Please, Supercell, I adore this game and cannot bear to lose my base. Dear Supercell, My name is Chad, and I've been enjoying Clash of Clans for a while. Unfortunately, I recently faced a permanent ban on June 12th, [redacted]. The ban occurred when I tried to recover my old village on my outdated iPad that couldn't keep up with your updates. Without a Game Center account to link it, I eventually forgot about the game. When I returned to it, I started fresh with a new account named Team 6 as a nod to my aspiration to be part of the U.S. special forces SEAL Team. After getting a new iPhone with a higher iOS version, I wanted to retrieve my old village named Chad by contacting Supercell. I provided details like my town hall level (8), my level (71), my village name (Chad), and my clan (Mowbray), but stumbled on some verification questions about gems and dates, leading to my ban for alleged phishing. I miss my old village and cherish the memories I created. I would appreciate it if you could get in touch with me to resolve this issue so I can continue playing the game. Hello, my name is John A. I am a Clash of Clans player from Supercell. I have invested a lot of time in the game and was excited about the th12 update. Unfortunately, after updating, I lost my th11 account with the username BLACK ONE 2, tag #8VOUQ8UR, in the clan Ride or Die. My experience level is [redacted], and the clan level is 14. When I tried to connect to the server after the update, only a th2 account showed up. This loss has left me feeling disappointed and heartbroken. Hello Supercell team, I want to share my recent experience with Clash of Clans. I attempted to recover my account for the second time and received assistance from Raymond. Unfortunately, I was permanently banned without any prior warning. I believe a warning would have been more appropriate before a permanent ban was issued. Can I still play Clash of Clans in the future or is it a permanent ban for me? I kindly request Supercell to reconsider the ban on my account and provide me with an opportunity to continue playing. Although I am willing to start over, I find the permanent ban to be unjust. I look forward to hearing from Supercell regarding this matter. Thank you, Kerstin.

I recently upgraded my phone and am struggling to recall the password for my level 81 "DaKoTa" town hall 8 account. Unfortunately, I am unsure which email I used for it. The possibilities are either [redacted] with an unknown password, or [redacted] with a password of Facebook.02. I have dedicated a lot of time to this account and can provide proof of ownership, such as a screenshot. Starting over is not an option for me, so any help would be greatly appreciated. I believe someone has linked their ID to my village on Supercell ID. I wasn't previously connected to Supercell ID, but now it shows that I am. The person has changed the village name from "YASH ANTIL" to "ARCEUS AND GOKU." When I tried to contact them using my other account, they claimed to have hacked my ID and refused to return it. I need assistance in reclaiming my Supercell ID. Thank you, Yash Antil

I am unsure of the account creation date, but rest assured only I have access to it. By properly verifying my email, I secure my account from unauthorized users. My COC ID is solely for my use. Initially, I used a Symphony W69 before switching to a Samsung J7, where I continue to play using my COC ID. Occasionally, I play on a computer as well. Please assist me with any remaining issues. Hello Supercell, I reported my missing account on the Clash of Clans help and support option a few hours ago. Here is what happened: A player claimed to be giving away his account as he did not want to play anymore after losing his TH11. He gave me his Gmail but said he forgot the password. He suggested I log in through Supercell ID without realizing the risk. After entering the code he provided, I logged in but found something amiss and logged out. Shortly after, I lost access to my own account. The player who gave me his details seized control of both accounts and even removed special decorations from my base. I fear he may change my account's name and lose all progress. I am desperate for help to reclaim my account, which holds sentimental value as it was started by my girlfriend and me four years ago. Please assist me in recovering it.

I have been playing Clash of Clans for a while now. Before the game's recent upgrade, my Golem was at level 6. After the update, I noticed that when I donated to a fellow clan member, my Golem was not leveling up as it should have. I contacted the game's support team about this issue, and they claimed my Golem was always at level 5, which is untrue. I have been at Town Hall level 11 for over 2 years and it's impossible that I never upgraded my Golem to that level. Before the update, I only needed 1 level to max out my Golem at TH 11, then 2 levels after the update, and 3 levels following my contact with support. The support person who replied to me was named Shane. I suspect Shane may have done something to my Golem rather than addressing the leveling issue. Other players in my clan also faced similar problems. I hope this matter can be resolved without having to wait another 10 days. I have been dedicated to this game since [redacted] and it's disappointing to have a support member interfere with my progress. Hello, I am seeking clarification on the attacking policy for my Builder Hall level 4. Despite being at this level, I often encounter opponents with higher levels, possessing mortars and battle machines. Could you explain why this mismatch is occurring and how I can both attack and defend effectively? I believe the versus battle should only pair players with similar Builder Hall levels. Similarly, in my Town Hall level 5, I am consistently attacked by higher-level players who gain a significant advantage in resources and trophies. This places me at a disadvantage in defending my village. It seems unfair that despite my efforts, I am unable to find equally matched opponents in battles. I ask for a review of these matchmaking systems to address these issues. If not, I may consider disassociating from Supercell. The current situation leaves me feeling defeated and disheartened.

I believe someone unknown has access to my account. My main account (TH9) on Supercell was accidentally linked with my Mini account (TH3) under the same Supercell ID. Every time I try to log in using Supercell ID, it loads the TH3 instead of my TH9, despite having the correct password and Gmail for my TH9. When I enter my Gmail to request a code, I receive it, paste it in the Supercell ID code request, and then it prompts to load my TH9, but the TH3 always loads instead. Can you assist me with this issue, please? The details for my TH9 are as follows: #V2LPCYYY, player name J&Y, XP level [redacted].

Hello, I am seeking assistance to change my SuperCell ID due to security issues. Someone has fraudulently linked my Town Hall 11 base to their SuperCell ID after hacking my Gmail account. The individual receives the verification code for the SuperCell ID on their Gmail, jeopardizing my data. Hello, I need to report that I have lost access to my account because of Supercell ID. Initially, I created a Supercell ID and verified it. However, when I tried to link it to my Supercell games, it wasn't connected. I then created a new one as prompted, but it disconnected me from my original account. I attempted to resolve this by deleting and reinstalling the game, but my account is now missing. My player name is SSG!ETHAN! with player code #QYYJ8V20. I would appreciate any assistance.

I'm a new user of Clash of Clans, and I'm facing a significant problem. On February 14, [redacted], when I attempted to log in using my Gmail account for the first time, I was asked to go through two verification steps. After receiving the OTP on my phone and entering the code, I received a message saying Google couldn't verify my account. Despite trying again, the same issue persisted. I noticed on my PC that I was logged out of my Gmail account. Despite multiple attempts to recover my account, I kept receiving the message that they can't verify it to me. It's distressing as my Google access is locked due to Clash of Clans. I have all the necessary account details, including valuable files and a YouTube channel with over 500k subscribers linked to that Gmail account. I even visited the Google office in India, but they redirected me to Gmail support there. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.

I have attempted to contact your company seven times regarding this issue, but have not received a response. I am seeking information on my total spending on Clash of Clans over the past 5 years, as I recently purchased gems from a third-party vendor resulting in a negative gem balance. Despite spending over $[redacted] on in-game deals this week, my gem balance has increased further into the negative. I would like a refund as I believe I may have spent over $30,[redacted] over the years, including $1,[redacted] with a third-party vendor, for which I received a one-month ban. I am currently facing a balance of over -[redacted],[redacted] gems, which makes it difficult to enjoy the game. As a dedicated player who has invested a significant amount in a supposedly free game, I find these penalties unreasonable. Despite the ban, I am still left with a negative gem balance that hinders my gameplay experience.
