I started receiving in game messages from supercell saying that my gem purchase refund request that was apparently requested on ****-**-** and that my gems were funded and that if I spent them they would show up as a negative balance. I got *-* of these throughout the day totaling over -***k gems. I then log on to my account this afternoon and get a message saying my account has been permanently banned. This is ridiculous and utter nonsense. For one, I never requested any refund. I never received any email about a refund request from supercell. My account was linked to an email for supercell id so there is no excuse for them to not verify via email that the request was real or not. I have been playing this game for ** years and have spent well over a $**** in that same time. I am a loyal clan and am the leader of a lvl ** adult war clan. All my clan mates have been Kik messaging me freaking out because my account is gone. I will not stand for this and I will not allow you to treat me, a loyal and superfan of the game, in such a heinous manner. I demand someone who has the power to fix this issue to contact me ASAP and explain to me how they will fix this problem. This is literal theft as I’ve spent more than enough money for this to be a big issue. Why is it that a player who has been playing for so long and has been a loyal player in the game for so many years is automatically PERMANENTLY BANNED for something that he did not do? Not even a * week or ** day ban? I’d still be furious as I did not use any * rd party software but Atleast I’d get my account back. Fix this
