During a recent battle in Clash Royale, there was an unusual occurrence where the towers appeared to be facing the wrong direction, and cards were not performing as expected. This led to a laggy game experience and ultimately a 3-crown defeat. Even the Mirror card acted abnormally by copying the opponent's last played card instead of the expected behavior. Despite having screenshots of the battle, the replay appears normal. I am seeking an explanation for this unprecedented event in the game. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I was recently banned from a clan for an argument where we used curse words. I tried to be mature by leaving after responding to the insults, but another member decided to take a screenshot and report it to Supercell. Despite the clan being for adults and allowing such language, I received a one-week ban. I have invested a significant amount of money into this game and dedicated a lot of time, especially over the long weekend. It's frustrating to face this ban now. I would appreciate any advice on how to handle this situation. Thank you.

After taking a break from playing, I returned to find my farm missing. Strangely, my dad can still see it on his friend's list, but I cannot access it. I am quite disheartened as I had reached level 37 after dedicating considerable time to the game. I have attempted to locate my farm on all my Apple ID accounts without success. Any assistance in recovering my account or identifying the correct account it is associated with would be greatly appreciated. The name of my farm is Timothy's Farm.

Hello Supercell team, I recently fell victim to a friend who took advantage of me and transferred my village to their account. Here's how it happened: My friend joined my clan and claimed they didn't want to play their game anymore. They offered to give me their game ID, to which I agreed. They then instructed me to follow specific steps to obtain their village. These steps involved accessing the game settings, opening Supercell ID, registering using the provided email and verification code, and confirming the transfer. Unfortunately, by following these instructions, I unknowingly connected my village to my friend's account, and now I find myself in this situation. I kindly request Supercell's assistance in reattaching my village to my own email ID for its safe return. I hope this can be easily resolved by connecting the village to my ID.

He then instructed me on a few steps to transfer his village to me: go to game settings, open Supercell ID, click on register, enter the provided email and verification code, and confirm. My account, Zeus, trolled me by convincing me to link his Gmail to my Supercell ID. He then abruptly declared he was quitting and took control of my ID, causing me distress and physical reactions. I tried to reach out through emails and messages in desperation. I mistakenly trusted Zeus, not realizing the consequences. I am now ill and in a terrible state. Zeus mentioned transferring his account to me, but I was unaware of Supercell ID, only connecting through Google ID. His actions led to unwanted consequences, causing my village to malfunction. I plead with Supercell to assist me in reclaiming my account from Zeus's fake Gmail and transfer it to my genuine email, [redacted] Due to being inactive, I initially used [redacted] but later misunderstood the Supercell ID feature, creating confusion. I apologize for the multiple messages and sincerely seek your help in resolving this troubling situation.

Hello, I have been reaching out multiple times without any response. Both my son and I have been active users of several accounts, where we have invested significant amounts over the years. Recently, after a 9-month break, we resumed playing them. Unfortunately, upon logging in, my son was informed that our primary account (KingChristoph77) had been banned for phishing. We are puzzled as we have no knowledge or involvement in such activities. It is worth noting that my son, Carter, had his email compromised not long ago, which may be related. Rest assured, neither of us has engaged in phishing or hacking. We urgently seek clarification on why our account was unexpectedly banned. Despite my efforts to reach out for explanations, most of my inquiries have been disregarded. I have received multiple in-game messages from Supercell regarding a gem purchase refund that was supposedly requested in April [redacted]. They mentioned that my gems were funded, which resulted in a negative balance of over -165k gems. After logging into my account, I was shocked to find out that my account has been permanently banned. I never requested a refund nor received any email regarding this matter. My account is linked to a Supercell ID email, making it easy to verify any refund requests. I have been playing the game for over four years, spending more than $[redacted], and leading a level 15 adult war clan. My clan members are concerned about my sudden disappearance from the game. I demand immediate contact from someone with the authority to resolve this issue. It feels like theft considering the amount of money and time invested in the game. I question why a loyal player like me is given a permanent ban without prior warning. I urge Supercell to rectify this situation promptly.

I have two accounts in the games Clash Royale and Clash of Clans, which I created when I first got my phone. However, I lost that phone recently and got a new one. I am currently on level 74 in the game, and suddenly my farm is missing. Instead, I see two farms, one belonging to my daughter and another one at LEVEL 1. I have tried to provide my details, but I keep being asked irrelevant questions such as the date of my first purchase, which I don't remember. I am willing to provide my credit card information used for multiple purchases of in-game items. My email is [redacted], linked to my Facebook account. I go by Nixon Tracy 8 in Crown1 neighborhood. I am frustrated that my account has been replaced with a level 1 farm. If my issue is not resolved, I will have to dispute all transactions made with American Express due to the missing items. A user named Poolshark152 has maliciously taken control of my clan "Heaven's Wing" and my account. He deceived me into providing my verification code and is now using my elixir, causing harm to my account. Supercell's account setup lacks a password section, making it vulnerable to hackers. It's crucial to have the option to change the password for added security. I urgently need assistance as my clan and base are in ruins due to this breach. I implore you to take action against him for hacking me. I have been an avid player of Clash of Clans, but this incident has left me devastated and contemplating quitting. My fellow clan members from school are also affected by this, and since I am changing schools, I fear losing contact with them. Please help me reclaim my account and ensure that he is permanently banned from accessing it.

Recently, a clan mate gained access to my account through my Supercell ID. Initially, I was reluctant to take over their account, but they insisted and I agreed. After providing my email for account details, they requested a code, which I thought was for their account but turned out to be a login code for my Supercell ID. Consequently, they have depleted my resources and gems and are now preventing me from accessing my own account. I have already secured my email by changing the password. Please, I urgently need to be unbanned from the game. It holds great importance in my life, and being banned has left me feeling lost. I am currently making significant progress in the legends league, and it feels unjust to be banned for two days without a chance to explain my side. I am unaware of who accused me of using inappropriate language. My player ID in Clash of Clans is MrDanKim78, and being unable to play has already cost me 20 in defense. I assure you I will refrain from using inappropriate language in the future. Kindly consider my plea to lift the ban as I am a dedicated customer of Supercell.
