Upon check in the manager was arguing with a guest over the pet policy I understand guests can be difficult but the manager returning in the heated argument, also I was in a nonsmoking room with my elderly mom and the room smelled with straight smoke and all doors were wide open at ** pm not big on security and it was dirty I had to check my mom in a different hotel and I was charged four times on my card . This was the worst experience I ever, I would of checked out that night but it was late and my mom was in a non pet friendly hotel because that was all I could find available . So now I paid for two hotels when I just wanted to spend time with my family . I feel as I shouldn't even be charged at all for what I was subjected to
