I have funds available in my Sunpass account number * ******** but I received a toll enforcement invoice ********** for ******* even though my transponder was working. Their charge for that day is for a total of $**.** plus an admin charge of $$*.**. The Sunpass equipment cannot have worked because it did not recognise my transponder. The next day their equipment worked and charged me the usual toll of $*.**, and later the same day again correctly $*.**. The total amount of the invoice is $**.**. Please can I have a refund of the first charge and admin fee with balance to be charged to my account * ********. My name is Ian Michael Herman. Thank you for dealing with this.
