Hello, my name is Larry. I stopped at Sunoco located at [redacted] N. Federal Highway, Pompano Beach, FL [redacted] to pay for gas. I had $60 in my car, and I took $20 inside to pay. The cashier insisted I only gave $10, but I am positive I handed over $20. Despite my efforts to explain, he did not acknowledge his mistake. I tried contacting the store at [redacted], but it seemed to be a residential number. I left a voicemail and tried again to get in touch with a manager. The store number is [redacted]. This incident occurred on 10/5/[redacted], and I simply want to resolve this misunderstanding. My name is Larry Foster, and you can reach me at [redacted]. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

On July 23, [redacted], I visited the Sunoco station located at [redacted] North Ridge Rd. in Elyria, Ohio, [redacted], around 12:34 P.M. I attempted to purchase $5.00 worth of gas using my debit card, but the pump did not dispense any fuel. Despite informing the cashier twice about the issue, the pump was not activated, and I did not receive the gas or a refund for the $5.00. Unfortunately, the cashier was unhelpful and showed a belligerent attitude, making it difficult to resolve the problem.

I live near the Sunoco station on North Territorial Road in Whitmore Lake, which has a Subway inside. I've been a customer there for over 40 years, but recently, a new employee named Robert has made my visits unbearable. Robert's personal hygiene is so poor that it affects the entire store. He's rude and disrespectful to customers and even had fecal accidents at work. Despite complaints and warnings, the manager hasn't taken action. Robert's behavior poses a health risk as he handles food and touches various surfaces. His actions have already led to the departure of other employees and customers. I felt compelled to share my experience as a concerned witness along with other staff members. It's concerning and unsanitary, and I believe immediate action should be taken before it escalates further.
