I have been a customer for over ** years now. Started a auto loan due to my daughter dropping off a car that I signed for, in my driveway with a note that states,,payment due on **th.............plus keys. All for nothing..........called bank and started the car loan process to bring down the percentage, etc on loan. Talked to a different person at least * times a day, having to resend all that they asked for at LEAST * times if not more. Never talking to the same person, all that were home due to covid. No one that I sent the info too passed it on to anyone else from what I can tell. Not too good with computer but figured it out. But still no one seemed to save anything that I sent, so was sending everything * times to a different person only to come back on computer to be asked by a different person to resend, because they didn't get the info..etc. etc. This has gone on for * weeks now I believe. I am at my wits end, cried, tried to be kind and nice, hard at this point. I have good credit, high points, and I am a nice person. But you have made me not a nice person with all your double, triple request for the same info over and over, because I believe no one saved anything that I sent in the first place. I am tired, confused, and very upset with your customer service at this point. Thinking I should have gone somewhere else, and ending it all at this point. I knew it would not be easy, but you have made me jump through hoops that I think you may not have had to, if you just would have saved everything from the beginning and that I never talked to the same person twice................very very bad customer service, you get a big F at this point. I worry as you may not give me the loan, but I do know if I have to start over, it could not be as bad as it has been these last * to ** days with Sun Coast Credit Union. Sorry but you need to hear this now. Stop, listen, learn, please. Thank you
