If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

Hello, an authorized charge for $**.** came through on my account last night from a site called POF, causing my account to go into the negative. I need this reversed ASAP. Because there was not enough money in my account, how did this charge even come trough? Shouldn't it have declined? I have already reached out to POF, but they are not open yet. I really need that money back, because as it stands I will not have gas money to get to work tomorrow. I had planned this week very carefully because I had a lot of expenses. Again, please decline this charge or whatever you have to do, and I will continue to reach out to this company. Thank you!
