I bought your Sunbean Premium Heated Mattress Pad King size, and Its not working. I live in Minnesota so I take it off in the spring and put it back on in the Fall. I store the pad in the original box from when I bought it. Limited Warranty says * years. My original receipt is dated **-**-****.We have tried unplugging and replugging however nothing happens. I tried to call *-***-***-**** and *-***-***-**** and the offices aren't open maybe because its on the weekend. How can I get my Heated Mattress pad replaced. I bought at Costco in Maple Grove MN. the serial number on the pad is K***LT************D**K**.
