I purchased a Sunbeam mini refrigerator to be used in my classroom. I changed schools and left the old one in my classroom - I had used it for over ** years but thought I would start fresh at my new location. I bought it in the fall of ****. It was used for approximately * months of that school year. I stored it for the summer of ****. I plugged it in about September or so. It stopped working by early November. This means that it worked about a year - give or take. I took this up at Target since that is where I purchased it, but they said to contact you. I feel that my money was wasted on a poorly manufactured product. Had I known it was of such poor quality, I would have kept my tried and true refrigerator instead of leaving it at my former school!! I would like my money back. I am currently in my classroom as I write this, but the amount was approximately $**. I do have the receipt at home and can get you the exact figure. I am very disappointed in your product and hope that you can refund me the money as soon as possible so that I can purchase another asap. I talked to Target in December, but my mother then went in to Hospice* she recently passed and now I have the time to get back to you. Please respond to me asap. I have tried calling your customer service number at *-***-***-**** but the call was on hold for almost ** minutes. I had to hang up as I had a class to teach. I was calling on my lunch.
