The first one didn't last but * months. I don't know how many of these I have purchased in the last ** years. I have purchased countless heating pads from WalMart. The problem is the same problem that is reported often. The red light blinks and will not work. I know this problem has been going on for at least ** years. I would think the problem would have been fixed by now. I recently found out how to contact you about the guarantee. Please tell me what to do. I realize you can't replace or refund all of the past heating pads that failed me but I would love for you to replace or credit me to buy from your website. I have thrown away the blue ones and only have the burgundy one that I could return to you. Please let me know what you can do for me. Thank you for you attention to this problem. Kathy Hansen
