Our flight from Minneapolis on *-*-** at *:** pm was canceled by Sun Country at *:** a.m. the morning of *-*-**. Flight * was ****. Sun Country said soonest they could reschedule a flight would be Sunday! WE HAD to be back in Missouri the evening of *-*-**. We had no choice but to extend our rental car and drive home, ten hours, to Missouri. Our rental car extension was $***.** caused by Sun Country's cancellation and inability to get us to our destination on *-*-**. We are wanting our $***.** reimbursed to us. This has been extremely upsetting dealing with this issue and not being able to talk to anyone from Sun Country about this. We have tried numerous times to contract someone with long, long delays and then not reaching the correct person. Please get back to me concerning this issue so it can be resolved as quickly as possible. Rachelle Anrkom
