My wife and I booked first class tickets on sun country from*LAX to MSP in June for travel **** on flight ****. With the sale and subsequent decision for elimination of first class,. We received standard seating as well as standard service despite paying the first class fee when we booked. In June, after the transition was made public and long before or flight.*I have previously completed online complaint several weeks ago without requested compensation or even acknowledgment of receipt of my concern
