have someone call us regarding lost item ***-***-**** ... My wife was on a flight from Minneapolis to New Orleans a three weeks ago and lost a pair of glasses on the flight ****, seat **D. She is very sure that they slipped out in the overhead. They are expensive glasses and we would like to know who to talk to about this issue. No one has responded to calls and messages left regarding this lost item. The night she flew into New Orleans, there was not a Sun Country employee available to look for them at baggage. An agent from another airline took a "quick" look and said she did not find them.
