In summary I’m trying to get Suddenlink service out in my area because they’re the only ones out here and they’re killing me from approximately four years ago when I did have service with them but I still have the equipment which I did return already what I need to do is get them to resolve this so I can get service again they are the only ones that come out to my area so I need their service whatever can be done to resolve this issue have show the equipment returned

Hello and thank you, I had Suddenlink approximately four or five years ago and I am trying to establish service with them again and I tried to do the poor and they keep telling me that I have not returned the equipment from four or five years ago when I know specifically that I did return those items because they have to be shipped via UPS with their tracking label now this was so many years ago I don’t have any of that information anymore and they keep telling me I have this balance due because of that equipment
