Dennis Anderson ************. service started **** phone not working tech arrived **** (came at *am instead of scheduled **am) walked into house told him the problem. He looked around the living room did not check or touch the phone did not check or touch the cable box he called someone on his phone in a language I did not understand afterwards he said the problem was not us but suddenlinks and the problem would be solved within * hours. It was not but later. Tech left (**min max) handed me a work order which i did not sign (initials on form was not mine) or was I informed of the $** charge. talked to billing all I got was "there is nothing we can do" I asked to speak with a supervisor was told someone would call within ** hours (still waiting) I paid $** for installation (internet said it was free, store said no) since phone did not work service to get it working should be part of installation fee. request the $** service fee be removed from my bill
