I was told from a live person to come on here to resolve my problem. On August **th we were hit by hurricane Laura and it totally destroyed our house. The house was listed unsafe and unlivable. Everything in the house is either buried or not reachable. Of course the equipment for using suddenlink is part of that. I realize my bill was $***.** but when I looked at it last it was $***.**. I am assuming this is for the non returned equipment. Well if you would like to retrieve it or get someone to go over there and get under the rubble be my guest, but we were told not to touch or go near the home. I am asking you to please understand that we cannot reach or get to the equipment and please waive the charges. I have been a loyal customer for years and has never been late with my bill. Let me know what you can do. The only reason we have not paid last months bill is we are waiting for assessment for the insurance people and then FEMA who have told us to hold up on that for now. if this matter can be worked out please let me know.
