One of your service techs was here yesterday and hooked up our new modem, plus ran a new cable from the pole to the house. I bought the Arris Modem model * SBG****AC. He hooked it all up, ran some tests and all seems to be fine. However now our Alexa no longer works. It would say it has no internet connection or WiFi con not connect. I was on the phone with Amazon and they were being jerks, so I was hoping you could get me connected.
GetHuman-rsbob did not yet indicate what SuddenLink should do to make this right.
