You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-mshacku's own words
We relocated to an area where suddenlink doesn't service. I called in APRIL, toward the end of the month, and asked them to end my service the first of May. The person on the phone informed me that it would not be disconnected until May **rd. We had a heated argument about it all. She refused to give me her supervisor's name or let me talk with him. Anywho, now it's July and I'm still paying for service. The house is empty and will close to another person on August *th. This service HAS to be stopped, like, this week. And we already have the equipment, but since all the stores are closed, where do I take the equipment?
